Description[]
Zach is a well known drug addict and criminal. He is addicted to crack and will do absolutely anything for his next hit. He is down to do any job that will get him a little crack.
Zach lives in an RV filled with items he acquires, and he calls it his "Wares Emporium." Criminals often use Zach to do small task or to obtain goods in exchange for crack or cocaine. Zach awaits the day meth is available in Los Santos.
Quest For Meth[]
Zach learned that meth is available at the prison from inmate Bovice Wilkinson. Zach once worked for Bovice and stabbed a judge for him. Bovice wanted Zach to come to the prison and smuggle meth out to sell on the streets. Zach agreed but warned that he would also use the product and become Bovice's biggest customer.
Zach works at the local Burger Shot restaurant. Zach planned to offer free Burger Shot food to prisoners, and DoC staff in the prison cafeteria. The visit was approved by Judge Dennis LaBarre, but guards Ryan Johnson and Pat Downing refused to let him in. Zach was frustrated, but he remains determined to get prison meth.
