Description[]
Zaceed Skengerton (born December 13th, 1998) is a member of Chang Gang. His current goal is to become one of the best hackers in Los Santos.
He is recognizable in the city for his pink hair and his hyperactive/chaotic energy. Zaceed is known by his associates and friends for his "ride or die" mentality, often being the reliable source of help from his friends when in need. He is very loyal to the people he likes and/or respects but can be ruthless and cold-hearted towards somebody if he feels that they've wronged him or the people that he cares about.
Zaceed is a social person who isn't afraid to hang out with new people from different crews/groups around the city. This has led him to many opportunities and connections, but has also given him the reputation of being a gang hopper. Zaceed is highly independent and needs the freedom to do his own thing or else he starts to feel trapped. One of his biggest insecurities is that people only like him for his skill set rather than him as a person, and a lot of his time in the city has been spent searching for a family that will accept him for who he is.
Zaceed is quick-witted and a big yapper which leads to many fun conversations and interactions. Only a few people can keep up with him in a roast off, though sometimes his British humor and tone makes him come off as overly cocky and rubs people the wrong way. He loves to be a nuisance and troll to the point where people mald, which is often followed by his characteristic giggles. It's difficult to fully earn Zaceed's respect but once you have it, you have it for life.
After the Economic Collapse[]
Zaceed returned to Los Santos, after being gone for five years, with nothing to his name. He had lost all of his money, his car and most of his dignity due to a bad gamble on 2nd 12. Eager to earn some money back, he tried out the different jobs in the city, and did some petty crime like stealing Grime packages and Gruppe 6 bags. After being fired from G6 for having a felony charge (which he essentially got from jaywalking), Zaceed started leaning into doing more crime, often with a crew consisted of Dougles, Ramone and Beetlejuice, or his closest friend Luke.
During this time Zaceed did criminal jobs with different crews/groups around the city, acting almost as a mercenary hacker and shooter. One of the people he did several jobs with was Jean Paul, who told Zaceed that he wanted him to be one of his main hackers in a future heist crew.[1] When JP and Chang Gang needed a hacker for the laundromat robbery Mr. K asked Zaceed if he could step up, which he gladly did.
Joining Chang Gang[]
Zaceed ended up being invited to do more robberies/heists with Chang Gang and they quickly realized that they worked together well and enjoyed each other's company.
A turning point for Zaceed was when he was caught up in a police chase and not able to shake them off. He called around asking if anybody could help and Ramee ended up saving him, risking his license as an attorney in the process. This meant a lot to Zaceed, knowing that someone with that much to lose would still help him out when he was in need.
Zaceed started helping the gang out by gathering materials, finding them weed sellers or just being there as protection/help when they needed him, and is now considered as a full member of CG.[2]
In May 2024 he was part of CG's heist crew who were the first in the city to complete the Maze Bank Heist.[3][4]
Stepping Up the Weed Game[]
As a member of Chang Gang, he has been a crucial connection for weed selling on CG's La Puerta turf. Zaceed is a good friend of Ray Mond, and when he learned about her boyfriend Chatterbox's debtor law issues, facing many years in jail, Zaceed offered to help. He added Chatterbox to his personal HQ app and set him up for selling the Sam Gaas strain on La Puerta. This assistance extended to the clowns Kirk Jerkems and Twinkles, and with other clowns also buying CG's product for sale, Zaceed turned one of CG's oldest enemies into a very effective force for them in the weed game.
After a chance meeting with September Fooze at Paywool, Zaceed offered to be her stylist after they both realized they had similar fashion and pink hair. They began hanging out regularly, and Zaceed started mentoring her in petty crime and weed pushing, and they decided they wanted to buy a house together. This led to a lot of gossip around the city about their relationship.
Turf Changes and July 3rd[]
While Zaceed and September eventually became official, the criminal underworld was going through turmoil, as Chang Gang briefly lost their weed turf. Eventually, through a partnership with Bondi Boys MC, they were able to reclaim the La Puerta turf but at that point, Zaceed's agreement with the clowns was over when they moved to their own turf, Ray Mond had left town after a tumultuous arc of her own, and much of the gang had pivoted to focusing on moonshine work.
During this time, tensions with the government and police were extremely high. Mr. K arranged a massive July 3rd riot with many gangs involved, and Zaceed took point on organizing it on Twatter. The gangs stormed Davis City Hall, and then open fired on Mission Row, shooting most of the available police force at the time. Despite his public involvement, Zaceed was not arrested and charged for anything related until nearly a month later. During a botched store robbery, he was caught with an extremely hot gun used during July 3rd, and sentenced to prison for 600 months.

- Vinny and Ramee like to tease Zaceed about going Daddy K back to Daddy Lang due to his past. When he first flew in from the Public City, he attempted to hang out with Claire from the Angels. He made his own gang which eventually collapsed,was a Balbani hangaround, a Seaside associate, an unofficial Mandem hangaround, a Gulag Gang member for 5 months, and eventually rolled with CB as Harry's son.

- Zaceed was the first person to enter the vault of the Maze Bank heist in 4.0.
- In critical situations, more often than not, Zaceed has -1000 speech. Once in a blue moon though, he clutches up and the right words come out of his mouth.
