Yuri Devlin is a character role-played by Randomhero805.

General Description

Yuri Devlin is a serial killer, who was incarcerated in Bolingbroke Penitentiary. He pleaded guilty to 3 counts of 1st degree murder and 4 counts of attempted first degree in order to escape the death penalty. His deal included the possibility of parole after 30 years.

Upon his release, he continued his then relationship with Paris Dior (now Argo). For the first few days after his release, he was abiding by his parole conditions, until he attempted to save Carmella Corset. She was stopped by 2 officers, and Yuri held them up at gunpoint to give her a chance to escape. In doing so, he was shot down shortly, thereafter and identified thus breaking his parole conditions.

This lead to a citywide manhunt which lasted for a while until he eventually turned himself in to Lauren Forcer.

After being resent to jail, he escaped a few days later only to be shot down and killed by DoC Officers Wynona Fontaine.
