XPD was a crew consisting of ex-cops.
General Information[]
XPD is a task force, that consist of former officers of the LSPD, who have resigned, been fired, removed or quit/left for other reasons. The group doesn't have a central location and typically only come together whenever one of the members needs help with anything.
The group originally came together on May 4th, 2024, when Zolo, a member of the Chang Gang, asked Alex Suarez to prove himself by shooting a police officer.
Since all members of the group are former officers, they have deep knowledge on how the LSPD operates. This grants the group an advantage since they know where police officers will be located at, what they will do, how many officers are on the scene and anything else the LSPD might think of.
Eventually Suarez joined CG, Kyle joined the Besties and the group split apart.

| On May 4th, 2024 Alex Suarez was approached by two members of CG who wanted Suarez to prove his street cred after he had recently been removed from the LSPD. Zoey "Zolo" Levy and Bobby Brown met with Suarez and encouraged him to help them take care of Officer Shiesty, who had previous beef with Zolo and was sticking his nose in Suarez's business; even after an anonymous phone call warning him to stop. At first Suarez wanted to wait for a better time but then quickly changed his mind and agreed to help. Suarez proceeded to call other ex-police officers Lucas Lovesick (previously quit LSPD in March 2024 due to friendly crossfire), Lenny Hawk (previously quit LSPD in April 2024 due to grievances within the department, and also shot Cpt. Leonardo Slacks and Snr. Officer Kit Archer on the day he quit) and Kyle Pred (ex-sheriff and long term high command officer from the police force 5 years ago before the city collapsed) to meet and help out with the plan.
While patrolling, Pred got called to MRPD to do a cell rep. So Pred and Lenny decided to go stake out MRPD from the inside providing information as to Officer Shiesty's potential whereabouts. After 30 minutes or so of patrolling, the group decided they needed another plan. So they determined the best thing to do would be to go back to a previous plan, where Zolo would set up a meeting with Officer Shiesty under the guise of a "fake traffic stop" in order for Zolo to "leak information" to Officer Shiesty, in what would actually be a set up to take Officer Shiesty's life. Zolo was successful in setting up the meeting with Officer Shiesty. Due to high tensions in recent times around the city, Zolo and Shiesty's history, as well as the general feeling of the PD being "spooked" by multiple calls between Zolo and Officer Shiesty, the latter refused to show up alone and wanted to bring at least one other officer in the car with him. The fake traffic stop was set up and Zolo was approached by Officer Shiesty while seated in his car with Cpt. Slacks in the police cruiser as back up. There was also a police officer gassing up 50 meters away - supposed to provide back up - as well as an officer undercover in a civilian car. Lovesick's job was to keep an eye on the scene and provide a decoy escape by getting the police to chase him down Great Ocean Highway in the exact same car Suarez had, if needed. Lovesick gave the clear for the team to enter and Suarez drove up to the traffic stop with his gun out while Lenny and Pred followed meters behind on a motorcycle. Suarez shot Officer Shiesty in the head after saying "You were warned done-zel" and then drove away while Lenny and Pred opened fire to provide cover for an escape. Everyone got away clean except for Zolo who was shot in the crossfire by Pred. During scene control, as part of the aftermath, police illegally searched and impounded Zolo's car before taking him to the hospital. Once Zolo had been treated, Pred was summoned to the hospital to represent Zolo as his lawyer. Here he got some information about what the police knew about the scene. He also talked Cpt. Slacks into giving Zolo 7.5k cash, as an apology for the illegal search and seizure of his car. After this, the ex-cops linked up to debrief and the mission was deemed a success. This could be considered the official formation or first job of the XPD but was not specifically acknowledged at this point by any of the members. |

| On May 5th, 2024 Kyle Pred attended the Shift 1 meeting at LSPD for personal business reasons. During the meeting Snr. Officer Cletus Cornwood was showing the whole LSPD staff a confiscated glockatron (glock pistol with many illegal modifications) and Pred took notice. After the meeting and approximately 10 minutes later Pred noticed that Snr. Officer Cornwood still had the gun on him outside of LSPD. Pred immediately saw this as an opportunity to potentially rob Officer Cornwood and steal the gun which has an estimated value of around 150k. Pred assembled the available XPD members Lovesick and Suarez as well as CG members Daquan "Pnut" Dumas, Zoey "Zolo" Levy and Mr. K to come up with a plan. After some deliberation they decided to take 3 oil tankers and park one at each of the following locations; Snr. Buns, the apartments and Mosley's Auto Repair. After which they would then send photos of the tankers to Snr. Officer Cornwood with the hopes of the police department splitting up their forces and sending groups to each location. Once the department was spread thin they would locate which scene Snr. Officer Cornwood was at then zero in on that location. After securing the oil tankers the 3 CG members took the personal cars of the XPD members and parked them in strategic places in each location while the XPD members dropped off the tankers with transport trucks. Once each tanker was positioned the XPD members positioned in their cars waiting for the word to explode the tankers as the CG members patrolled and kept watch, waiting for word on which location to collapse on. This portion of the plan worked to success but was also hindered by the low number of police officers on duty. Snr. Officer Cornwood responded by going to the tanker at Mosley's and then the word was given to shoot the tankers. After the tankers were shot and exploded Officer Cornwood and Snr. Officer Callista Bell were downed and quickly robbed by Pnut before any other officers could respond. The main target item, the glockatron, was not located but other supplies and PD guns were stolen. During the aftermath and while the dust was settling Pred called Suarez to debrief and mentioned how good they worked together, finally calling the group "The XPD". The second mission was deemed a success. This would be the first time the name XPD was given and although the structure hadn't been fully fleshed out, the foundation was laid.
