X-Mart is gas station on Strawberry Ave. near the south side co-owned by Gulag Enterprises & Cerberus. Business was approved by the Mayor Emma Gaine and they await for construction now.
Cerberus Investments[]
Gulag Enterprises sought out a business meeting on February 21st, 2022 with Cerberus for an investment opportunity. Gulag Gang makes plenty of money robbing banks, yachts, and everything in-between, so they did not necessarily need money but instead were seeking the guidance from the 3 Cerberus heads & the tail. Primarily they were looking for any extra money in the future in case they were to need it. But were also looking for help progressing the contraction of the gas station. The agreement between Gulag Enterprise and Cerberus ended up being that Cerberus will own 25% for $0 with the contingency that Cerberus will take care of the construction costs when they come around.
Gulag Gang Territory[]
Jean Paul's idea for X-Mart is to bridge it with the highway and clean up the surrounding area with new upgrades and make that area next to X-Mart Gulag Gang's territory.
