General Description[]
Wyatt Turner is the Chief of Police for the Los Santos Police Department, Badge #209. He was appointed interim chief till mayor Nino Chavez choices the new chief in two weeks on January 31st, 2025.
History[]
Wyatt Turner, alongside with Leonardo Slacks and Brooke Ruth were chosen to lead the LSPD after re-opening of the city. After few months of hiring people and building up to the department and officers saying how important Chief of Police is for the department, the mayor Maximilian Thoroughbred, decided it was time to appoint the Chief of Police. After passing Police Continuity Plan (PCP) Maximillan was able to gain full control of the department and began interviewing for the Chief of Police.
Shortly after Beric Johnson was appointed as the Chief of Police, Turner decided it was time for him to retire due to not liking the current direction of LSPD and believing the department had no role for him to play anymore.
Returning as an Advisor for the LSPD and becoming the Chief of Police[]
Nearly a year after Turner had left the, Mayor Nino Chavez reached out to him to help with the current state of the department. At first, he served as an advisor for Mayor Chavez with no intention of returning to the LSPD. After some time, Mayor Chavez started throwing around an idea of Turner becoming the interim Chief of Police if he wasn't able to find a replacement for Chief Moss in time. He eventually was appointed as the interim Chief of Police after Chief Moss resigned and two weeks later, he was appointed as the new Chief of Police.

- His favorite food is the glazed donut. Usually runs out of his daily rations of ten donuts by the end of his shift.
- Despite his strict and serious demeanor, he has a humorous side.
- He is against wearing gloves or having hand tattoos for work. Once forced a recruit to remove hand tattoo in front of other officers. Only allowing gloves to be put on if the need arises.

- He is against dyed hair colors for PD. Recommending cadets to wear wigs with natural looking colors. Ellie Yen, who had green hair, tried dying her hair but all of her hair fell off and she became bald.
- In discussion with Captain Leonardo Slacks in regards to his resignation, Turner highlights several points to his decision. Turner believes the LSPD is being coerced by the executive power of Mayor Maximilian Thoroughbred who he deems to be "corrupt" and does not know the meaning of leadership. He also believes the LSPD does not have a role for him to play in regards to the path it's taking.
- On his farewell train departure from Los Santos, Leonardo Slacks and Cletus Cornwood tried to stop the train twice by jumping in front delaying the departure. Finally, the train departed with Turner saying his final goodbye to his fellow officers as it entered the tunnel.
