Wyatt Jones is a character role-played by JRandyDL.

General Description[]

Wyatt Jones is a former Corrections Officer for the Department of Corrections, Badge #750.

He has left the Department of Corrections to focus on himself as a person, and to explore the rough waters in the abyss. Will it be "Blondi till I Bondi"? Sooner or later, we will find out.

Wyatt aspires to start his own business named "10-Churro", where churros and slushies will be the only food products sold in different variations.

Backstory[]

Wyatt Jones moved to Los Santos for an opportunity in the film industry.  He was known for his employment as a Lifeguard, which was followed by his surfing career in San Diego, California.

Wyatt and his dog, Sparky, moved to Los Santos to settle in Vespucci where he regularly surfs and lifts "iron" on the outdoor muscle facility at the beach.  After two months, the tides depleted and Lifeguards were let go from their job.  Wyatt has always loved nature and the mountains, which led to the start of his hunting career and self-employment as a hunting instructor.  In order to pay for his asset fees and feed himself, Wyatt applied for a job at Harmony while maintains his hunting ambitions.

As an apprentice at Harmony, Wyatt was introduced to a life of illegality as his peers regularly raced, boosted, and performed heists.  Wyatt felt tempted to become involved but his commitment to keep a clean record turned him away.  Peter Ross, a manager at Harmony, enjoyed Wyatt enough to bring him to a race and drive him through the basics: Wyatt was on his toes the entire time, paranoid and ready for action.

Wyatt felt tempted to pursue this line of work with his peers, which lead to him buying his first ever "Phone Dongle".  While this opened the opportunity to dive into a life of crime, Wyatt refuses the bait and continued with his legal ambitions.  However, this all changed when one day, the owner of Hayes Auto Repairs left their vehicle on the backside of our property with a planted firearm in the glovebox to frame our shop.  In an effort to defend, Jordan Walker: the owner of Harmony Repairs, recruited a group of three to ensure was not stolen or retrieved.  Wyatt stationed on the mountain while Jordan Walker and Jackson Wilson scouted out the area.  Two different vehicles attempted to retrieve the vehicle, both of which received a barrage of bullets.  Unfortunately, our group was outnumbered and the individuals were able to retrieve the vehicle.

Harmony introduced the idea of family to Wyatt Jones and how it is important to find a group of people who are trustworthy, reliable, and, of course, full of personality!  Wyatt, at first, did not know where to go or who to trust so he did the only reasonable thing in his mind... which was fairly idiotic; sprint directly toward a place full of untrustworthy, locked up people: Bolingbroke Penitentiary.

Wyatt walked through the door to be greeted by Edward Ngyma a Correctional Officer with the Department of Corrections.  Edward handed Wyatt an application which was filled to the brim with beautiful answers, however, as Wyatt answered YES to moving to the Police Department his application was denied.  Fontaine, the self-elected Warden: God Captain of the prison told Wyatt to re-apply in a month.  Wyatt, exactly a month later, called Michael Robinson to receive an interview and re-apply for the DOC.  After a miserably long month, Wyatt was finally employed.

In Bolingbroke Penitentiary, Wyatt met lots of people with differing personalities, three names in particular: Lennon "Bane" Lee, Marty Holiday, and Dash Whitlock.  As Wyatt feared for his life, FRIENDLY was his only option with inmates and this lead to his interest in fostering healthy interactions with the regular "visitors", in hopes to make a name for himself one day in the city.  Wyatt sadly had to leave the country to pursue education in his hometown of San Diego and left Los Santos for 5 months before he returned with an aroma of weed and a reformed personality.

After the return, Wyatt re-united with his long lost friends Tim and Jim Littleman; oddly enough, both of them owned the prison land and their mother was Fontaine.  Wyatt with his time back had the pleasure of meeting newly hired Correctional Officers, all of which were fond of Wyatt or stun-locked by his presence.

Jerry Sweets and Ethan Maxwell are two of the DOC Wyatt Jones regularly worked with and hung around given their enthusiasm.  Wyatt became quick friends with Jerry Sweets as he had similar interests and an impeccable sense of humor.  After countless shifts and plenty of crude humor; the two became bust buds, or as they would say: bLondi boys.  [The joke was a comedic reference given their hair color and Lt Custards other character affiliated with the Bondi Boys.]

One day, during a shift, Wyatt and Sweets were hungry after Flop sent up an inmate with churros.  The soldiers went on a search for churros from the Farmers Market all the way to Roosters Rest.  After finding the scrumptious desserts, Wyatt spent $6,000 at Roosters Rest for 20 churros: the start of the HEAVENLY, MAGNIFICENT 10("FRICKING")-CHURRO.  This 10 CODE was a reference to the other codes in the DOC and was never used until one day, Kai B. Knight, the Deputy Warden, announced it was an official 10-Code for the Department.

Wyatt loved his life in Bolingbroke Penitentiary, he felt safe, however, safe was not enough for Wyatt.  The stories presented to him by Lifers and temporary inmates intrigued him and persuaded him to pursue an illegal life legally.  This would be difficult given the nature of his duty is to protect people and not endanger them so he kept his ambitions on the downlow.  The next thing Wyatt searched for was a group of people with similar personalities and interests to his own; the only two options were Street Team or the Bondi Boys.

Life After DoC[]

The Bondi Boys interested Wyatt as it is a gang which rests in Vespucci; where he lives, however, it would be a risk given his affiliation with the Department of Corrections.  It was TWICE as difficult when you had threats whispered down your neck by Irwin Dundee himself; Wyatt was scared for what the future holds but his adrenaline drowned the fear and created opportunity.

Dundee and Wyatt have a chat.

After being discovered at the front of the Billabong, Dundee recognizes Wyatt as a DoC. Later explanation reveals that he had left that life behind to pursue something he felt was greater than the complacent life he had at Bolingbrook.

Gaining Dundee's wary respect, after a sort conversation, they part ways, exchanging numbers and Wyatt getting shot in the leg.
