William "Lil Dub" Told aka "W" or "Lil Pump" is a rapper. He makes rap music for the streets with hard gangsta beats, a grimey voice and creative bars. He is known for his braided pink hair and face tattoo and is often mistaken for Lil Pump.
He is well known among the south side gangs spending a lot of time there and interacting with them. He is almost immediately recognized by them as well due to his appearance and fashion sense. He sometimes gets treated harshly by police due to his bad reputation among law enforcement for many violent crimes he committed.
