General Information[]
Wayne could often be seen wearing a NOS bottle with a cone hat. He was known for being involved in the sale of NOS balloons. Even though he was generally a troll, he was a very good racer and hacker when it came to boosting. He was very active in the racing scene and a Lead mechanic at the Tuner Shop.
Backstory[]
Wayne is the biological son of Eddie Marshall. He spent the majority of his life living alongside his mother as Eddie had no idea of his existence. When Eddie discovered that he was Wayne's father, he took on a fatherly role very quickly- despite being bad at it. Wayne is also the cousin of Shane Kerr. His mother being the sister of Shane's mother.
Death[]
On December 6, 2023 in a purposely reckless airplane plan, Wayne and Isabella Long kidnapped Lt. Jackie Snow to the Sandy Shores Airfield where they got surrounded by the police. Once Wayne and Izzy gunned Snow down, the police including Officer John Spartan shot both Wayne and Izzy to death.

- Changed his last name from Kerr to Marshall due to his father being Eddie Marshall.
