General Information[]
Wayne Freeman is a 'morally grey' criminal within Los Santos, calling himself the Sewer King, and leading a group called the Sewer Rats. He enjoys drugs, crime, side questing & explosives. He was previously with the Clowns and a member of the Clowncil.
Wayne's life philosophy remains simple: "Do what you want, when you want- just be ready to deal with the consequences."
His decision to be a criminal (despite being originally out of necessity) is now a lifestyle he thrives in. The freedom to do what you want, when you want is a major driving factor for Wayne and his life choices. He looks to inspire others toward unleashing their true potential through the same philosophy.

"I'm a criminal, not an asshole."
Backstory[]
Born on a bank of the Cassidy Creek, Wayne Freeman was raised by his Grandfather, Grogdor Freeman after his parents' untimely demise from a mountain lion attack. Classic San Andreas wilderness, amirite.
A naive but caring man, Grogdor looked after Wayne, never believing the Sheriffs when he received calls regarding his grandson's misdemeanors and shenanigans. This naivety may have stemmed from the financial struggles the two faced, understanding that on the island of San Andreas, coming by a clean job isn't easy & paid far less.
This naivety turned to second nature for the old man, as his grandchild Wayne Freeman progressed to more serious crimes with age. Grand theft auto, drug dealings, small shops, establishments, banks, racketeering- Wayne had grown to be a prolific criminal. One who's mind was set on profit, power, and a more comfortable final years for his grandfather. Roughly a year passes, as Wayne continues to work his way up in the criminal ladder, striving for more, eventually working his way into black market weapons dealings. He had become more enticed with his business- balancing a front and his profits, keeping out of the general public eye. His grandfather passed mere months after Wayne solidified himself as a reliable middle man for high caliber weaponry, and the state.
Life for Wayne was all business after his grandfather's passing, as well as spending time with one man who had been with him through Wayne's entire rise to power- Vincent. A bold and hardened man, who would fire a weapon at someone for any form of blatant disrespect. A mutual friendship and sense of comradery was formed between these two over the years, until greed and vanity changed the course of Wayne's life forever.
He receives a call from Vincent. He wants to meet. Somewhere open. Alone.
Wayne grows concerned for his friend, and quickly rushes to the pinged location.
"What's going on Vincent? You alright?"
"Yeah.. Sorry bud."
Vincent whistles and waves his hand.
Wayne notices, and almost by instinct, dives to the ground. A bullet cracks inches from his head. This is his first true betrayal. One who he called his brother, had attempted to kill Wayne and take his place as a primary weapons dealer of San Andreas. A shootout ensues, and Wayne escapes- bleeding, but alive. Days later and in hiding, Wayne receives news Vincent was arrested, and assassinated while being escorted from a police vehicle to the courthouse. He knows he's next.
All ties are cut. All warehouses and stores and burnt and all data destroyed. Wayne flees into the woods with a duffle bag with money, a revolver, and a parka coat. He also carries a backpack containing 2 ounces of marijuana, 34 oxy tablets, 163 tabs of lsd, 25 grams of cocaine, & 3 boxes of cigarettes. Days turn to months to nearing a year, as we come back to Wayne waking up on the banks of the same creek he was born. Gaunt, shirtless, injured, hungry, weakened, poor, sobering, and nearing death, a decision is made. There's more to life than wasting away, mentally broken and in fear for what could be waiting out there. The choice is made to begin anew. He takes what is left of his clothes (a green parka jacket and his pants), & makes his way toward Los Santos, ready to begin anew.

Wayne Freeman's reintegration into society didn't begin smoothly, but he quickly found his place- meeting many great people along the way. From crazed newcomer, to small arms dealer, to Bang Boy, to Clown, and now Sewer King, Wayne has become a fairly known face around the city for his over the top and generally chaotic attitude. Though the typical person may see Wayne as "crazy", strides have been made that go unseen, with which he stands proud and self- forgiving for. Ups and downs are common in his life, but that's the way he seems to prefer it, always looking for more to deepen his life experiences.
