Wayne Freeman is a 'morally grey' criminal within Los Santos. He enjoys drugs, crime, side questing & weapons of varying destructive capabilities. Currently associated with the Clowns and a member of the Clowncil.
Wayne's life philosophy remains simple: "Do what you want, when you want- just be ready to deal with the consequences if you're caught!".
His decision to be a criminal (despite being originally out of necessity) is now a lifestyle he thrives in. The freedom to do what you want, when you want is a major driving factor for Wayne and his life choices. He looks to inspire others toward unleashing their true potential through the same philosophy.

Backstory[]
Not much is known of Waynes childhood other than being raised by his Grandfather, Grogdor Freeman. Wayne alludes often to his teen and young adult years, like the origin of his face paint, though never much more than that.
