Vittorio DiCenzo, more commonly known as 'Vito', is an Italian man, co-leader of the 'Famiglia DiCenzo', alongside his brother Luciano. Vito is a logical mind and a blunt speaker. He is a brilliant orator and adept manipulator, with a worldview that leans towards extreme realism, sometimes bordering on pessimism. He perceives all relationships as transactional, always valuing the worth the other person can bring to the Famiglia. Vito places high value on dialogue over violence, always striving to avoid conflicts when possible. His ideals and morals are old fashioned and quite grand - he used to clash with people because of this, especially those close to him. Despite his criminal associations, Vito believes that power can be acquired through non-criminal means - in the past, he ventured into politics and secured a position in the mayoral office as a deputy mayor. Vito is generally uncaring of his own well-being, entirely disregarding his feelings and emotions. He believes his happiness should always come last, prioritizing the family over everything and everyone else.

After leaving town right before the economy collapse, he lived on a ranch in Colorado with his girlfriend Juno, where they took care of multiple animals together left in their care by Tessa, while also being completely separated from any outside contact - including his family. When notice came that his father had died, they took a flight back to LS to attend his funeral, sure to stay only for a few days and then go back to the ranch.

A Twatter Spat: "I'm not saying this as your boyfriend, okay? *Small pause* That day with the whole twatter thing- I allowed you to do whatever you were going to do; I could've told you what was right or wrong... I- I could've. As you were talking over the phone with whoever the fuck that was, I could've told you to hang up; I could've told you not to continue saying what you were saying... but I didn't. And when you asked me: 'what are you gonna do? if im gonna help you' I said: 'I don't know; you decide; you do you'. I did all of that on purpose, cause I want to see how you react to these things and how you deal with these situations and what kinda things you get into; how far you take them. Juno, I dont know if I can trust you with a lot of these things if thats how you reacted to that situation... over twatter? You got to the point of not only getting yourself possibly hurt, but you were on the brink of tryna murder somebody... over twatter. It wasn't even the person that you were twatting at; somebody else, some random person decided to get themselves involved, and... in a matter of seconds we were talking about cutting tongues out and you getting hurt, and you wanting to hurt somebody- in the matter of seconds. *Small pause* Being violent doesn't make you... Being violent just in itself doesn't make you intimidating, doesn't make you scary. It's being violent with the right reasons; it's being violent in a selective way. Any- any joe shmoe could threaten to cut somebody's tongue out over the phone because of a twatter spat. If you wanna confide in me things like your opinion on things then I need to trust that your opinion is not gonna be swayed by your... hotheadedness, your recklesness, when it comes to things. If I'm gonna ask for your imput about a family decision, I need to, at the very least, be able to trust you to not get into a violent situation as a result of a twatter spat. One comes before the other. I'm not gonna rule it out if you want to give me input, and know that i do want your input. You need to re-earn that trust with me and prove to me that I'm wrong, prove to me that I'm wrong. And the day you do that, I will gladly accept that I'm wrong; that you were right; that i should've been able to trust you from the very beginning.
