Vincent "Arnie" Carl is a character role-played by arnie_v.
General Information
Vincent, who is mostly referred to as Arnie is a well-known street racer, gaining popularity from his driving skills. He is a member of Bowl Cut Gang, which is often apparent due to his bright-red bowlcut. He is also a member of the Vendetta racing crew and a full member of Hydra Gang.
Family
During late February 2022, he was formally adopted by Juan Carlos "Flippy" Hernandez and Claire Seducer. Due to Flippy now being his father, it automatically meant that Alexander Campbell became his step-brother. This led to a close bond between the "family", Flippy and Claire giving Arnie pocket money everyday.
