Victor Mandy is a morbidly obese man in bedraggled clothes and a backward baseball cap. He is known to insult people on Twatter for absolutely no reason, and often calls Yellow Page ads in order to complain about typos and unprofessional text. He also fond of a website called "Dreddit" and takes any opportunity to recommend people educate themselves by visiting d/Atheist.
Victor often challenges people to fights over Twatter and on the phone, telling those he antagonizes to meet him and square up. To date, no one has taken him up on this challenge.
