General Description[]
Vic Hanna was a Captain for the Los Santos Police Department, Badge #409.
Vic's funeral was held on November 7th, 2024 at the cemetery.
Before moving to Los Santos he was a Detective Sergeant, second in command, of the Broker Homicide Division of the Liberty City Police Department. He had over a decade of law enforcement experience with the LCPD, which allowed him to be fast-tracked to full Officer in the LSPD.
Vic was a highly competent officer in many avenues of police work, as a result of his extensive law enforcement experience. However, he often received complaints due to his aggressive and antagonistic nature during his interactions with colleagues, superiors, and members of the general public, which resulted in him regularly being in hot water.
Vic had many vices and addictions, he was a self-admitted alcoholic and could almost always be seen with a cigarette in his mouth. He also had a very strong pill addiction to Percocets.

However this turned out to be a cover so Vic could return to Broker, Liberty City to attend "Fat Camp" for a week. [12]
