Vee Hernandez (born April 20th, 2000), née JJ, is a member of Civ Gang.

- Selfless, used to give all materials and spend most of her own money on Civ Gang
- She's a grinder (Used to do a lot of sanitation but has been grinding less over time)
- Gets scared/nervous most of the time when doing crime
- Known for being very nice and always feeling bad for other people
- Got close with Hydra Gang members and ended up marrying Juan Carlos Hernandez (Flippy)
- Gains a lot more confidence around Flippy and seeks his opinion and guidance on certain things and situations
- Frequently forgets things, is known as a 'goldfish' along with Flippy

This timeline contains information about Vee's "arcs", things that contribute to her character development, and other highlights.
2024[]
- Vee first came to the city on January 7.
- Vee met Nunu El Nene and Civ Gang on her second day in the city on January 8.
- In mid/late January, Vee officially joins Civ Gang (see Joining Civ Gang).
- In late March, Vee attends the crime school My Criminal Academia hosted by The Company.
- Between January and May, Vee did crime for an extended period of time without being caught. She got a gun license which caused her to be very afraid of getting caught, so she held back on crime sometimes. After a while she got caught after doing a cash exchange job getting tasered off a bike by Aziz Sultan, but the arresting officer Leon Cassidy forgot to remove her gun license as well as take her DNA, so she kept being very careful. Eventually, she got caught and her DNA was taken, and since then she has not really cared about getting caught.
- In May, Vee starts hanging out with Hydra a lot and becomes close friends with Flippy.
- On May 28, Vee hangs out with Flippy and they end up getting shot by a guy called Pedro. They track him down, and Flippy gets Vee to shoot the guy. This is Vee's first time shooting someone.
- On June 12, Vee and Flippy get married (see Hydra and marriage). They got their marriage license on July 17.
- On June 27, Vee shoots Alana Reviews after Alana shit talked Vee on Twatter (see this video). According to Flippy, Vee evolved this day.
- On June 29, Vee starts carrying her gun after Flippy convinces her that it's worth it and she won't get robbed. Flippy has tried to get Vee to carry her gun for a while, but here she finally accepts it. However, she has a tendency to put it away for jobs and not equip it again afterwards.
- On July 25, Vee gets into her first shootout. Hydra wanted to contest an Ammu-Nation crate but did not have a full team of 6, so they asked Vee to join. This was her first time doing anything like this, and also her first time using a "Glockatron".
- On July 27, Vee joins in on defending Hydra from being raided. Hydra were expecting several of their houses to be raided and knew that the cops would be using class 2 weapons. Vee hit multiple cops before getting downed by a class 2 rifle. This was her first time shooting cops.
- On July 29, Vee gets shot by Gigi during a war between The Manor and Hydra for being Flippy's wife. Vee called out Gigi's location to Hydra a few minutes prior to the shooting, but she felt bad about it and didn't want them to come even though Flippy told her that The Manor would do the same to her. Gigi shooting her made her realize that she made a mistake and shouldn't feel bad next time.
- During September and October, Vee started getting very close to Hydra members outside of Flippy. This made it harder and harder for her to not join Hydra. It got to the point where Hydra members essentially saw her as a member unofficially, as she hung out and did everything with them every day. Vee also started wearing the Hydra masks on the day they became available (September 30).
- On October 6, Vee's last name was officially changed from JJ to Hernandez.
- On October 11, Vee had a conversation with Raia about her future with Civ Gang and potentially joining Hydra. Essence of the talk was that Raia supported her. This was Vee's first step into potentially leaving Civ Gang officially.
Joining Civ Gang[]
It was Vee's second day in the city when she found herself outside the clothing store next to the apartments. As she was running towards the clothing store from her car, another car nearly hit her. In reaction to almost being hit by a car, one of the passengers of the car - Nunu El Nene - heard and fell in love with Vee's voice. When Vee a few minutes later got back into her own car, Nunu quickly ran over to Vee and politely requested her to say "hey, mommy". Vee proceeded to say "hi, mommy", to which Nunu reacted with "oh my, oh my god, thank you" as she ran back to her own car. Nunu and Vee quickly took a liking to each other and met up several times the days after their first interaction.
A day or two after the initial interaction outside the clothing store, Nunu invited Vee to join her and her crew members Eugene Zuckerberg and Raia Kaine doing sanitation work. Although Eugene was also in the car with Nunu outside the clothing store, this was the first time Vee got to meet Eugene and Raia.
As Vee was starting to talk to and hang out with Nunu and others from Civ Gang, the members of Civ Gang began discussing the recruitment of Vee to the gang. Vee's main occupation was sanitation work, and Civ Gang decided that materials could be her way of contributing to the gang in order to join instead of putting in money like the rest had done. Vee happily provided materials to the group, and not long after she was accepted as an official member of Civ Gang.
Aubrey[]
Vee in her early days in the city was nervous to interact with people which in turn led to her using the fake name 'Aubrey'. She decided to use this fake name when interacting with Outto-Tune Tyrone and Jack Kettleman because she was scared of them knowing she was in Civ Gang and therefore not doing business with her. After many conversations and business deals with Jack, Vee eventually revealed that her real name was not Aubrey and despite this Jack still decided to keep calling her Aubrey as he liked that name better than Vee.
She has rarely ever used the fake name Aubrey since then except from the occasional time she does crime with Raia Kaine were Raia calls herself 'Riley' and so Vee uses the name Aubrey to go along with it.
Vee's first car[]
Early on in Vee's time in the city she had very little money, this was because she mostly did Sanitation which didn't pay well and instead of selling the materials she got from doing the job she would give them away to Civ Gang to prove her worth to the gang in hopes of potentially joining. When Vee eventually ended up joining Civ Gang she then proceeded to spend most of her money she had saved up on furniture and decorations for Civ Gang's first house at Covenant Avenue, this left Vee with very little money to herself.
After a long time Mosley's Auto had finally re-stocked in cars and amongst them was the Comet which Vee liked a lot. She really wanted this car so she talked with Jason Polam who had actually bought a Comet for him and Nunu El Nene the same day and they eventually came to an agreement that Vee would buy the car from Jason (Nunu didn't like the Comet and wanted an Elegy instead) using some money of her own, a lot of borrowed money from Denzel Wallace and a small amount of borrowed money from Yuno Sykk. She worked very hard earning money from that point on and ended up paying Yuno back very quick and paid Denzel back shortly after that.
The colour of the Comet was painted grey with a light blue under glow but got changed to pink months later which it remains to this day. Vee planned to change the colour of the Comet again at some point, but since getting gifted a Vacca from Flippy and Jordan Walker on her "second birthday" she rarely used the Comet.
On October 9, 2024, Vee sold her Comet to Rex for $250,000 as she no longer used it.
Hydra and marriage[]
During the two weeks that Raia Kaine was in the ICU in May and June, 2024, Vee started to hang out much more with her best friend Freya Pepperwoods. Since Freya is in a relationship with Miguel Almerion, who was second in command of Hydra at the time, this meant that Vee also started hanging out a lot with Miguel and Hydra's leader Flippy. While Vee had known Flippy for months before this, they had not really been hanging out together. However, they quickly became close friends. Vee started doing a bunch of things with Flippy, Freya, and Miguel, such as roof running, jobs like laundromat and cash exchange, and robbing sanitation workers. Vee got so involved with Hydra that she made new outfits inspired by Hydra, and she even got her own Hydra nickname. Arnie first suggested the nickname Lil Veedra, but Lil Vydra was used just a few minutes later and seems to be the one she stuck with. As Vee began spending a lot of time with Hydra, people started joking around with Vee saying she was going to leave Civ Gang for Hydra, but she has consistently denied this.
Due to Civ Gang getting into conflicts with the Manor and the fact that Vee had become very close with Flippy, Civ Gang wanted Vee to marry Flippy to strengthen the relationship between Hydra and Civ Gang, hoping to gain protection by Hydra. All of this was discussed in the gang without Vee.
When Vee woke up on June 12, 2024, and learned about this, she did not know what to think of it, but she agreed to have a talk with Flippy about what Civ Gang wanted. Later that day, Vee met up with Flippy on a rooftop in the city to have the talk, although she did not really know what to say. She ended up explaining the situation and how Civ Gang wanted her to marry him. Flippy was not sure if it was a joke or not, but Vee ensured him that the gang was serious about it. During the talk, Alan called Vee but Flippy hung up the phone for her and said "if this marriage thing's going to work, you'll have to learn how to deal with people like Alan," implying that he potentially would be open to marry Vee. During the whole talk, Raia had been hiding in a bush next to Vee and Flippy, calling people about the marriage. She then called Eugene - without Vee and Flippy knowing - to have him come marry them. Suddenly, Eugene arrived and without hesitation started marrying the two, essentially doing a drive-by marriage. Neither of them said yes or no. Shortly after, a bunch of people from Civ Gang, Hydra, and the Angels showed up to celebrate the marriage.
Despite the fact that neither Vee or Flippy said yes to the marriage, and that they did not have an official marriage license, they both went along with it and were considered married. Because of the circumstances that they got married under, the marriage was seen as a political marriage. However, they were both happy with the marriage.
On July 17 they got officially married by getting a marriage license. They chose the family name Hernandez. After getting the marriage license, Flippy gifted Vee a Bati bike as a wedding gift. As Hernandez is the family name, Vee's last name could be considered changed from JJ to Hernandez, however, due to name change limitations, Vee's legal name was still Vee JJ. This meant that her name on public records, MDT, her ID, etc. was still Vee JJ. She wanted to change her name officially if possible, and on October 6 she officially had her name changed to Vee Hernandez.
