History[]
In April of 2021, Mick Flair and Virgil Simpson came up with an idea to legally rob banks. Together with Richard Chiclets and Nancy Drew they created and successfully executed Vault Tec over the period of 2 months. Vault Tec came to an end on July 8th, after a week long investigation. The idea was to build a completely fake business around Vault Tec. The group made work orders, contracts, certificates, websites, a jingle and even hired an ex-wrestler (an inside joke for one of the involved police officers) to record video's claiming he was the CEO of Vault Tec. Vault Tec worked out of Vice City and came to Los Santos after being 'contracted' by the city to perform penetration tests and upgrades on the current systems, to minimize the robbing of banks. After the testing and upgrading, the group collected the dirty money from the bank vaults to be incinerated in Vice City. The banks that were being serviced were several Fleeca Bank locations and the Paleto Bank (Blaine County Savings Bank). Both Mick Flair and Richard Chiclets had previous felonious records and thus were part of a second chance program in collaboration with the DOC.
Work Method[]
Before the group went to work on the bank, they changed into uniform and made sure their pockets had the right equipment in them. They messaged the police using the 311 system, to let them know that a penetration was being done in a specific location. On their phone, they had work orders, contracts and certificates proving to the police that they are in fact professionals being hired out to be servicing the bank. When on location, the group hung several notes around the building, mentioning that it was being serviced and that the bank was temporarily closed. They also included the websites in their notes, to show legitimacy and transparency. The website that was used for the Fleeca Banks was https://fleeca.money, and for Blaine County Savings Bank it was https://bcsb.money. The website for Vault Tec was https://vaulttec.services. After the engineer successfully penetrated the bank door and performed the necessary upgrades (like a sexier door or shinier screws), the group timed the arrival for the police to show up. If any police showed up, the group informed the police of their response timing and provided all the necessary paperwork to prove they are in fact, working on the vault. The group explains who they are and what they're doing. Usually, the police stays and patrols the scene, making sure everything is okay. After everything is done and the money is safely removed from the bank, the group thanks the police officers and drives a merry 35 mph away from the bank with the contents of the vault to 'incinerate' the dirty money in Liberty City.

Events[]
May 9th, 2021
Richard Chiclets, Mick Flair, Nancy Drew, and Virgil Simpson planned a bank heist that was successfully executed. The plan involved convincing the police that the robbery was actually a planned penetration test on Fleeca Bank's security systems. Virgil built a web presence for the fictional Vault Tec Services and a fake Fleeca Bank website to mislead the authorities. Mick was in charge of hacking into the bank vault itself. Dick played the role of "door-man" and was in charge of speaking to the police when they arrived at the bank while Nancy fulfilled the role of an off-site supervisor, ready to drive to the location if needed.

The Vault Tec crew of Dick, Mick, and Virgil attempted to rob the Paleto Bank, but were single-handedly thwarted by Mike Block who coincidentally arrived at the bank seconds after the crew arrived themselves. Mike robbed the crew of their equipment.

Vault Tec embers Dick, Mick, and Nancy successfully completed another Fleeca bank heist. This time, Nancy was an on-site supervisor who spoke to the police to explain the second chance program that Vault Tec is running after two of the responding officers, Sexton Hardcastle and Jeffrey Bundy, noticed the criminal record of Dick and Mick. Mick successfully completed the penetration test. Unfortunately, Officer Hardcastle took the bills with him to MRPD. However, with a phone call from Nancy and impeccable Oscar winning acting, she managed to meet Officer Hardcastle later that day, and he gave the money back to her for 'de-circulation of the bills'.

On the morning of the Paleto Bank operation, Nancy met with several officers of the LSPD and BSCO to talk about the services of Vault Tec, and to provide all the necessary paper work. Some of the attendees were Domenic Toretti, Anita May, Sexton Hardcastle, Mina Price, and Mackenzie Hayes. They got approval for a police escort to the bank to avoid the unfortunate incident that occurred on May 21st.

The Vault Tec crew of Dick, Mick, and Nancy successfully operated the Paleto Bank with the assistance of Ursula Leichenberg in a transport Helicopter. Virgil created the Blaine County Savings Bank website, and Dick created the Vault Tec work order to perform another standard penetration test of the bank's vault as well as the removal of any marked bills for incineration. Deputy Sexton Hardcastle and Sergeant Anita May, along with Mackenzie Hayes and Dwayne Carter, escorted the group to Paleto and protected the scene while the group went to work on the penetration test and the vault upgrades. Nancy played the role of supervisor, and Dick and Mick performed the necessary "upgrades" to the vault after it failed the penetration test. After the upgrades were done, the police assisted with the removal of the marked bills from the vault and escorted Dick and Mick back into town. Officer Hardcastle escorted Nancy to the awaiting Helicopter in Fort Zancudo to fly to Liberty City for the destroying of the bills.
Due to the recent changes in the criminal records of Dick, Mick and Nancy, they are no longer operating routine penetration tests under Vault Tec.
June 26th, 2021
Vault Tec investigations started the night when Nancy, Mick Flair, Richard Chiclets and Kirk Jerkems successfully robbed the city vault. Responding officers to the robbery were Jeffrey Bundy, Sexton Hardcastle, Dwayne Carter, Anthony Copleone and Sam Baas. During the getaway, the group split up with Dick and Mick getting away with the dirty money but due to an unfortunate ghost-crash incident on the highway, Kirk and Nancy's car stalled and they were arrested and taken to MRPD by Baas and Carter. While Kirk went to the holding cells, Nancy was brought in to the interrogation room where she underwent an hour and half long interrogation with Tidus Schwinghammer present as Nancy's lawyer and Jeffrey Bundy and Sexton Hardcastle leading the interrogation. During the interrogation, Nancy pleaded the 5th and referenced the Non-Disclosure Agreement she has with Vault Tec, to minimize giving away incriminating information. The interrogation ended with Hardcastle mentioning that they'll be 'talking more soon' and Nancy got away with a 7k fine and no prison sentence because of 'time served' in the interrogation room.
On June 28th, officer Hardcastle met with Nancy Drew to serve her a subpoena asking for records of all the bank accounts she has access to. On July 1st Nancy handed Hardcastle the records.
After a week long investigation, the case closed on July 7th after not have found anything relating to crimes. On July 8th, the statute of limitations has ended for the Vault Tec jobs and Vault Tec has officially came to an end.
