Vance Vixen is a member of Hades. He was recruited as a Company weed seller when he happened across Benji Ramos randomly.

He grew close to the Hades crew during his time with Pharma in Sandy Shores. Vance was formally invited and accepted into Hades on May 21, 2024 as the group's first Associate. He was promoted the following August.

Weeks later, he started dating Benji's daughter Winter Sison which came at a cost of his promotion from an Associate to a Full Member. Despite being tried to be poached by other gangs like C4, picked on by bosses and underbosses, and meme'd as "The Permanent Associate", Vance remains as loyal as ever to Benji starting from The Company days to now in Hades.
