History[]
The ULSA: HALLS OF ACADAMIA was a university run by Thad Owens, Kaleb Rush, and Hal Apenyo. They planned to make it into a full-fledged college with classes. Yeager Demonblood bought the ULSA campus from the HOA for The Guild to own.
