Eugene "Twinkles" Anwar is part of the New Clown Order.
Appearance[]
Twinkles can be identified by his clown mask with bright green hair. This look is usually accompanied by his helmet, a pot, or some other headwear. Additionally, he tends to wear goggles over his mask that cover his bright blue eyes. Twinkles typically wears colorful outfits, while sometimes opting for a more neutral style. Some of his outfits that people would consider “tacky,” he considers “stylish.”
Hidden beneath Twinkles’ clown mask is the charred face given to him by the mimes during the war after they set his head on fire.
Twinkles has several leg tattoos and has one tattoo on each of his hands, one being a smiley face and the other being a brick pattern. He is commonly seen with black nail polish and shaven chest hair in the shape of a smiley face.

Personality[]
Twinkles is the kind of guy you couldn't help but notice in a room full of people. His infectious smile seemed to radiate warmth, and his eyes sparkled with a genuine kindness that drew others to him like moths to a flame. He greeted everyone with a cheerful demeanor, always ready with a joke or a kind word to brighten someone's day.
Despite his outward appearance of boundless happiness, there was a hidden depth to Twinkles that few ever saw. Beneath the surface, he carried a burden of sadness that he carefully concealed from the world. He had learned to wear a mask of perpetual joy, believing that his own struggles were insignificant compared to the happiness he could bring to others.
