Tristan Carter was a Trainee Dispatcher for the Los Santos Police Dispatch, call-sign Delta-42T.
He was accepted into the Los Santos Police Dispatch on September 9th, 2021.
Tristan resigned from his Dispatcher position on 1/8/2022 due to his lack of confidence in being a good fit for the job, he went on to pursue a career in EMS.
Tristan was hired to Emergency Medical Services as a Trainee on 03/04/22, callsign Tango-83
Tristan became Chang Gang's Medic on 03/23/2022.
Tristan was fired from EMS on 4/1/2022 due to unprofessionalism.

Personality[]
Known to be very quiet the keep to himself kind of guy but, can also be very fun and outgoing once out of his shell. He can be seen trying to reach out to people, and having fun from time to time. While outside his job doing Temp Dodo Logistics job, working at Maldini's Pizzeria, The Jeweled Dragon, Tuner Shop, Bongjour, and Bullet Club.
Reputation[]
Emergency Medical Services: Tristan has a poor standing with most EMS due to his past while working for them. While he's still friends with the Chief Rivington Rivera, most of command do not like him and hate him.
Police (All Departments): Rather good reputation with the police, Tristan is usually nice and kind to them to avoid any conflict or issues just to stay respectable in the public eye. He was formerly Dispatch so he did make a good amount of friends and made a little bit of a name for himself while in that position. Police like Crystal Clear, Anita May, Alejandro Martinez, Jack Davenport, Gage Draider, T.J Mack, Tommy Horver, Lucy DeMonte, and Raycardo Flick.
Chang Gang: Tristan had worked with CG as their personal medic for a good while (estimated 6-8 months) and to give back to them he promised to work at any CG owned business to help make money for them, Tristan at the time was a Shift Lead at Maldini's, Manager at The Bullet Club, while slowly working on music at Wu Chang Records, and selling jewelry at The Jeweled Dragon. His standing with CG has grown a lot the past 8 months to the point where he can typically be seen hanging around them during the in betweens of them doing bigger crime.

Nearly the end of a Life[]
On 03/19/22 Tristan went down to the Vespucci Barber Shop in Bondi Boys MC territory to trim his beard since it was getting a little too fluffy for his liking. When he arrived, the power was out city-wide. Once inside Tristan was approached by 2 women in masks know as the 'Dabria Twins' with one holding a pair of scissors. The two women talked very ominously almost like a horror movie, they told Tristan that he was going to play a game with them and continued to blindfold Tristan and ask him if he picks Rock, Paper, or Scissors. While Tristan was thinking of an answer, one of the ladies started counting down from five. Once they reached three, Tristan said paper and The Twins both laughed and slit his throat with the pair of scissors, nicking his ear and severing a small piece off. After Tristan started blacking out slowly, The Twins started sewing his mouth shut, sewing 'L L' into his left arm and threw the piece of his ear to the other side of the room. While Tristan was barely awake he managed to hold pressure to his neck which was bleeding profusely and hit his panic button triggering a 10-14A. Police & EMS arrived on-scene shortly after and treated Tristan and documented the scene. Tristan suffered from his injuries and the sewn mouth was untreated because Nancy is a bad surgeon.
Joining Chang Gang[]
Tristan had met Ramee El-Rahman at Pillbox Hospital one day and began to get along with him. Days before the Mayoral Election, Tristan told Ramee that he would fully support his campaign and attempt to secure votes from EMS/Doctors, and civilians that he knew. From time to time Tristan would relay information regarding the election to Ramee to help him gain an advantage with his decisions and would also suggest ways to boost his votes. Ramee began calling Tristan the 'CG Medic' and Tristan became very invested in the name and eager to represent Chang Gang as a legal member. Tristan started introducing himself to other CG like Novah Walker, Vinny Pistone, Miguel Almerion, Mr. Kebun, April Fooze, Ray Mond, and Taco Prince. A few days into the voting period, Tristan pitched an idea to Mr. Kebun about opening an illegal doctor business inside of Little Seoul, this would be off the books and would allow Tristan to make a name for himself if he was ever fired from EMS. It would benefit CG and a specific amount of trusted criminals as a place to go rather than Pillbox/Grandmas which likely would be watched by the Police. Kebun agreed with the idea and said he'd started getting things going for it, but due to how busy Kebun was, it never got done.
Life After EMS[]
When Tristan was no longer EMS, he found it hard to make a steady income. At the time he only had worked at Maldini's, and having to pay off loans for a $500,000+ car wasn't helping his financial situation. Due to this Tristan talked to Randy Bullet about getting a job at The Bullet Club. Although when Tristan got the job he had no idea what he was doing, or how to open up the business. Tristan was barely making any money since all of it was paid off to his loans each week which were about $50,000. He struggled to make anything close to that each week and at one point ended up staying in his apartment all day for weeks due to a depressive stage in his life. After getting out of this, he was threatened with a lawsuit from Diamond Hand Credit from him not paying his loans off for about a month. Tristan decided to take the easy route and give back the vehicle and make 6 more payments to be loan-free. After paying everything back and losing his Honda Civic Type-R which he had sunk so much money into for liveries already. He slowly began saving money again. On 07/17/2022, Tristan would take another loan out for his second car, a Coquette. Tristan was very excited about this car due to it's handling, speed, and overall the look. Even thought he would be paying off a loan again, Tristan felt confident with the loan being $14,000 a week and having two stable jobs. He currently stills is employed at Maldini's and is hoping to become a manager soon while working his ass off at The Jeweled Dragon.
EMS 2.0 (Rehired & Fired)[]
Not long after being rehired to EMS, Tristan was suspended due to middle fingering a patient after they had complained about EMS not being Doctors and treating his wounds when that is not their job. Tristan was told by EMS Command to contact an FTO/FTI to continue his training for signoffs, once he did he was pretty much immediately given Solo Trainee back and continued his SBS stuff. Eventually after being caught uncuffing Randy Bullet out of Police Custody he was fired from EMS effective immediately. This wouldn't be the first time Tristan has gotten Randy out of custody however. Earlier just after being re-promoted to Solo, He was inside the Chang Gang Compound with several officers around and managed to move Randy behind a car while Ramee El-Rahman dressed like an SDSO Deputy and took Randy through his house and put Randy inside of Chad Brodie's car where Chodie drove off in his Imponte Ruiner 6STR and evaded police. After Tristan was fired again he returned to working at The Jeweled Dragon, Tuner Shop, Bullet Club, Maldini's Pizzeria, and making music at Wu Chang Records. After being fired, this time Tristan was "up good" and had 2 Vehicles to his name. One being a Coquette which was sold to Mushkin's Motors when Tristan saw a Civic Type-R for sale, after selling his Coquette he purchased the Type-R which he previously had but was forced to sell due to financial issues. Another vehicle he owned was a Jeep SRT8 which was a 6-seated vehicle.
An Unexpected Visit[]
One night Tristan got very 'bored' and decided to spend his money but in a more helpful way to others. First he went to UwU Café and bought 1x of each item, which ended up totaling at $4.5k then proceeded to buy 1x of every drink at the Liquid Library. After getting extremely wasted to the point where he couldn't even walk or talk. He was brought to Viceroy Medical Center by Abdul AlRahim so that he could get medical assistance. After speaking with Storm Peyton (who at the time was an off-duty trainee) the two exchanged words for no longer than an hour and 30 minutes, after that they'd see eachother around more often, and one day Tristan would drive down to Storm's house in the Vespucci Canals to bring her food since she was decorating her home. Though after he left from giving her food, Storm called Tristan and would ask if he was outside her house still, he replied and told her that he's at Wu Chang and she became audibly scared. So Tristan dropped what he was doing and drove down the road to her house. When Tristan arrived there was nothing out of the ordinary. However, while talking to Storm, Tristan noticed a figure in the distance behind her. It seemed like a person wearing suit like apparel and a hat with a metal mask and black goggles, and it was almost like the figure was glitching, appearing and re-appearing every few seconds. At this point Tristan drew his MP5 and began freaking out, aiming his gun at this figure threatening to shoot it. Storm became very scared and kept trying to tell Tristan that bullets don't hurt him, but Tristan was still wanting to try. Tristan got on top of his Civic Type-R and was erratically looking in all directions. Once he had let his guard down after 2 minutes passed without seeing the figure, it appeared behind him as he turned around and it stabbed Tristan in the stomach. Tristan fell backwards onto the hood of his car and slid off onto the ground. Before going unconscious all he had heard was "What if I were to remove his tongue?". When Tristan woke up, Storm was unharmed and Tristan felt no pain at all. Even after being checked on by EMS. He was very confused and felt like it was just a bad dream. Storm ended up explaining to Tristan the next day what had happened since he barely remembered and he was told that that "thing" was Peter Speedwagon a.k.a The Highway Man, a sort of protégé of Norman Bones, who was The Grim Reaper himself. Although The Highway Man could not physically harm anyone, it's still something that scares Storm, especially since he's going after Cody Speedwagon.
Faced with Death[]
On the night of 10/15/22, Storm and Tristan unexpectedly met Norman Bones at the Lighthouse. While Tristan was initially scared to even talk to him, he made very small talk and let Norman speak with Storm alone. After leaving the lighthouse to go to WuChella, Storm and Tristan decided to drive around and from time to time revisit the Lighthouse to see if Norman had left yet. After finding him still there, Storm called Tommy Melarky and told him that Norman was at the Lighthouse, moments after this phone-call Tristan picked up Tommy at Viceroy Medical and started heading to the lighthouse. After passing Sandy Shores, Norman called Tommy via phone and asked to talk with him in person. During their conversation Tommy hinted that he learned how to kill a god, referring to killing Norman. Norman then threatened Tommy back with his life. While Tristan and Storm watched, Tommy collapsed at the lighthouse and they both ran to save him. Storm called 911 and shortly after Jeffrey Bundy, Lucy DeMonte, Balto Connelly, and Ali Adams arrived to help save Tommy. After he was being airlifted to the Hospital, Storm waited until Tristan left the property to then ride with Bundy back to the Hospital. However Tristan had different plans and circled back to the property, meeting Andi Jones. She locked the gates on him and Tristan made his way around the island and watched as Andi put something down next to the lighthouse door. After she had left, Tristan swam to the Lighthouse and confronted Norman with an MP5 to his head. Tristan demanded answers and a simplified version of everything that's been happening along with wanting Cody Speedwagon back unharmed. Norman did not have Cody, and then as Tristan lowered his firearm, Noxee flew down and joined the conversation. The black crow scared Tristan to the point where he started giving short responses. At the end of the conversation, Norman told Tristan to leave the lighthouse and to never try and attempt to threaten him again or else he'd meet the same fate as everyone else who has. As Norman finished his sentence, Noxee blocked Tristan from getting any closer to Norman with a wall of fire. Norman then angrily told Tristan to leave, and Tristan left the lighthouse.

Cayden Bottomley - Cayden is Tristan's EMS Lieutenant and also close friend. They often work together and may be seen off-duty together doing Dodo. TLDR, Tristan secretly likes Cayden.
Ramee El-Rahman - Ramee is a friend of Tristan's and one of the main reasons he's been able to work for/with CG. Tristan has full support of Ramee and only cares to see him thrive and make better decisions, more specifically those that don't seriously fuck him over.
Novah Walker - Tristan and Novah can often be see bullying each other, having L + Ratio wars between them and overall harassing each other. They share a lot of laughs together, Novah will usually tell other CG that Tristan is being mean to her which always results in Tristan either getting beaten up or robbed in which Novah finds joy in doing.
Tommy Horver - Horver was Tristan's Dispatch FTO while he was a Dispatch Trainee, Tristan bullied Horver by putting up signs that it's 'Punch Horver Day' and usually twats it out to get people to beat up Horver. After putting up these notes around the PD, officers would see it and act on it and typically threw a few punches at Horver. Although Tristan also has lots of respect for Horver since he's very confident and a great mentor.
Sana Satoru - Sana met Tristan on her birthday when she had twatted out something about it, Tristan called Sana vip Yellowpages and told her to meet him at Pillbox because he had a birthday present for her. He ended up giving her flowers and a flashlight out of the EMS Cabinet and wished her a happy birthday, from there on out Sana and Tristan became good friends and she even let Tristan be one of her back-up dancers for a concert she performed at a comedy club venue.
Keelee Kita - Keelee also known as 'KK' was initially known to Tristan as his Boss/Manager at Maldini's, since working there the two get along quite well and are very good at communicating to each other, Tristan does however look up to Keelee since she's so dedicated to working at Maldini's and that she isn't afraid to say what needs to be said.
Bailey Jade - Originally met while in EMS together, Bailey, and Tristan were decently close during his time as a trainee. They would sometimes ride-along together and have fun with their job. There was a time where Bailey had a date with some random guy who asked her out and Tristan being Tristan kind of felt suspiscious towards the guy. It wasn't long after their date that Tristan caught the same guy flirting with multiple doctors/ems while claiming to like Bailey. Tristan informed Bailey of this and although she was a little upset about it, Tristan empathized and gave her some confidence about it and said something along the lines of: "Some guys are super shitty, they play with girls feelings like it's a game to them. However you're an amazing person and if you want me to kill him, I will." Although Tristan never actually went through with hurting him, Bailey understood his care for her and ended up becoming really good friends.
Rivington Rivera - Tristan had met Riv while under him in EMS, Riv was one of the only EMS in High Command that shared empathy for Tristan after his departure from EMS. Riv would often SBS with Tristan and Cayden Bottomley while on-duty such as driving a Robin around to 911 Calls and when things were slow just driving around and having fun. Riv told Tristan once he became Chief of EMS that he would re-hire Tristan and allow him to continue his EMS Career as long as he wasn't being stupid. Riv who's also aware of Tristan's connections with Chang Gang and with being their personal medic, told Tristan that if he were to ever get a CG Chain, he'd be able to wear it while on duty.
Raymond Cain - Raymond is Tristan's superior at both Maldini's and The Jeweled Dragon. Raymond is seen by Tristan as like a big brother and best friend. They're usually at Maldini's together beating each other up or threatening to shoot each other for SBS.
Chad Brodie - Tristan met Chodie when he was hanging out in and around the CG Compound, Chodie was talking about a business he was trying to open up called Bongjour and offered to help by selling bongs whenever he could. He was quickly hired before the shop opened and since has been helping with materials and sales. They are both usually seen together outside the business smoking together and talking.
Randy Bullet - Randy is a good friend of Tristan's, they met when Tristan initially got involved with Chang Gang and was brought in to be their Medic, since Tristan no longer is able to legally perform medical now. Randy still tends to keep in contact with Tristan and work with him on idea's, changes, and generally everything surrounding his business The Bullet Club.
Storm Peyton - Tristan met Storm one night when Tristan was at Liquid Library when he ordered everything off the drink menu and got incredibly intoxicated to the point where he was brought to Viceroy Medical by a Liquid Library Employee, there he met Storm who was the only EMS on-duty. Storm gave Tristan advice over a girl he had feelings about but didn't work out. Since then the two would often be seen hanging out together, doing Dodo Runs, or random things around the city. Storm is also the reason Tristan had met Norman Bones and Peter Speedwagon and became somewhat involved with Storm and Cody's issues with Norman. They'd work together on trying to provide support to one another and be in constant communication regarding both of their safety. Storm was easily Tristan's best friend and closest friend at that point.

Ayub Elmi - Ayub has a grudge against Tristan due to him being corrupt in EMS as well as always making memes about Ayub, which he never took kindly to. Tristan never let Ayub talk down on him and often defended/stood up for himself when Ayub would verbally abuse him, Tristan thinks of Ayub as a power hungry EMS that doesn't deserve the position he's in due to his poor communication skills and his attitude.
Norman Bones - Although Tristan hasn't known of Norman for long, he does know that Norman is the reason people like Storm Peyton, Cody Speedwagon, and the Bundy Bunch have had trauma and lots of fear towards him. Which once angered Tristan resulting in him pointing a gun to Norman and nearly losing his life.
