| The first person Tommy interacted with in Los Santos, as well as Tommy's mentor. Tommy feels indebted to him as he introduced the city to him and feels without him, he would have been lost on his 1st day. Since then, the two have been in frequent contact with each other, going on rides together and helping each other out. On multiple occasions, Abdul has driven Tommy to the hospital after getting injured, and once Tommy has tried helping Abdul getting his taxi back with his rental car after it was towed away without his consent. Tommy has also expressed interest in having a job as a taxi driver, and Abdul has taught Tommy how to be a professional taxi driver and has rented him a taxi for a low price which he could pay back once he gets enough money, and lent Tommy some money for him to make the down-payment for his own taxi. As of late, due to Abdul's waking schedule's change as Ramadan was over, Tommy saw less of Abdul, but do meet up once in a while to catch up with each other. After seeing the progress that Tommy has made, Abdul said that he is very proud of him. Abdul has met tommy occasionally, talking to him about his day-to-days and how the criminal life in the city is doing. During elections, Pilbot recorded Tommy's voice in election campaign message. Abdul has always considered tommy to be his brother and mandem as his family. One day, Abdul approached Tommy for a private meeting.In which Abdul explained that he was being too nice towards the civilians of the city and he would want a small cut for the amount of work he has done. He then explained that he gets free money for housing from the state. After successfully winning the second mayoral campaign, Tommy put Abdul in contact with Locksley for embezzling state money through the hotel. Both parties agreed on this and Locksley made a contract in which Abdul was charged for 1.3 million out of the state funds. After this Tommy gave him his deluxe suite. After a few days, a major conflict between the PD and the government led to investigation of state bank records. Hotel Owners (Cerberus), Abdul and other associates were questioned of the missing money. A few days before Tommy left the city for ten days, Abdul and Tommy had a meeting, in which Abdul gave a guarantee that he will take the hit if Tommy was involved in this and said he will always have his back.

The two met when Alan was a member of NBC and got along instantly, leading Guy Jones to jokingly tell Tommy not to try and recruit Alan for The Mandem, as he is English. While Tommy was parked on the side of a road, Alan stopped next to him and asked if he wanted to do a bank job. He accepted and they did it with Salem. While in the car, Alan gave Tommy advice on what to do during bank jobs, as he had never done one before. Tommy was unable to escape, but Alan escaped with all of the loot and gave Tommy his cut after he got out of prison.
Later that day, Alan asked if Tommy wanted to hit another bank. After a bit of thought, Tommy agreed. They hit the bank along with Stacey and Peanut. Alan was the hacker and Tommy was assigned the role of driver. Alan reassured Tommy that he had full faith in his ability to lose the police. His confidence was well placed as Tommy was able to lose the police in about 70 seconds.
Alan once called Tommy and told him that the other members of NBC were bullying him and jokingly asked to join The Mandem. He then asked if he could join if he ever left NBC. Tommy said that he would always be welcome to join. Alan has offered to help Tommy with bank jobs numerous times. He also encouraged Tommy to learn how to hack, and has pushed him to be the getaway driver on numerous jobs.
After Tommy started to get more confident with his ability to hack, he wanted to see how he would fair during a real job. He arranged to hit a bank with Alan. They agreed that Tommy would try the first hack, and if he failed, Alan would do the second one. The pressure got to Tommy and he failed the hack. Alan reassured him that there was no reason to worry, as lots of people fail on their first attempt. Immediately after they hit the bank, they bought another laptop and tried again. Although he knew what he needed to type in, Tommy couldn't type it quickly enough, as he said that his brain froze when he started the hack. A few days later, they hit another bank. This time, Alan gave Tommy the first two attempts at the hack. Again, he failed under the pressure. Alan watched over his shoulder and told him that he was typing too fast, however Tommy said that it was all because of the pressure as he was struggling to type other things as well. They planned to hit another bank, but were unable to as they had all already been hit.
Tommy was able to successfully hack his first bank while Alan was in the Bahamas. When he returned to the city, Tommy told him that he had hacked six banks, which made Alan proud.
When Tommy left the city, not knowing if or when he'd be back, he text Alan saying, 'I tried calling you, but you aired me fam. I'm heading back to ends, thank you for everything. ♥' Alan then responded saying 'I'm sorry daddy :('

| Tommy and Lil Cap met at Wu Chang. The pair haven't spent that much time together but seem to enjoy it when they do. Lil Cap usually calls Tommy 'T' and Tommy usually calls him 'Cap' or 'Lil Clapped'. Lil Cap suggested that the pair should fight at VLC 3, but Tommy wasn't very interested in the idea. In Lil Cap's song 'Bodies' he says 'Don't know about me I'm Lil Cap' which may be a reference to Tommy's line 'Don't know about me I'm Tommy T'.
Tommy and Cap get along well, however Tommy will often joking tease and mock Cap. An example of this, is that he will rarely actually call him Lil Cap, instead often calling him 'Lil Clapped' or 'Lil Hat' instead.

| Tommy and Anto haven't spent much time together, however they get along well. While he was talking to Lana, Anto said that Tommy and The Mandem were 'good people'. After members of The Mandem and Chang Gang ran into each other on North Rockford Drive, they started chanting and surrounding Crocodile Steve. After this, Anto and Tommy spoke about starting a firm, based in North Rockford. They plan for it to welcome members of different gangs, who can put aside any beefs that they may have. They have said that the firm will walk around the streets, only carrying melee weapons and wearing football t-shirts. Their enemy will be the police.

| Tommy and April get along well and have good banter with one another. Although April got him into a fiasco with March Fooze on a bridge rigged with explosives, which led to Tommy ending up in the ICU for a day, their relationship wasn't really affected. While they don't get to talk much, they enjoy updating each other on their lives and wishing Ray Mond would spend more time in the city with them.

Tommy met Carmella through Dean and they have gotten along well. When Carmella found out about Tommy's relationship with Lexi, she said that Lana had to 'steal him or [she] would', due to her disliking Lexi. Since they first met, they have done a few jobs together.
Carmella overheard The Mandem talking about Stacey wanting to become a police officer, and Tommy, who wanted to keep it between them for the time being, said that he didn't trust Carmella not to tell anyone. Dean tried to convince Tommy that she wouldn't tell anyone, but Tommy's mind was not changed. He and Patar then shot Carmella multiple times and ocean dumped her. While he was taking her into the ocean, Patar hit her head on a rock twice. This caused her to forget everything, including who she was. They then returned her belongings and acted like nothing had happened.
Since this incident Tommy and Carmella have hung out less, but still get along quite well, partially due to their shared connection with NBC. In the period after Tommy and Lana split, Carmella invited Tommy to visit her new mansion alone, which he initially agreed to, but later flaked on her to hang out with Ray Mond.
After a petty disagreement about their alleged romantic interest in one another, Tommy called Ramee El-Rahman and told him that Carmella wanted him, painted her Huracan lime green, and left a fake love letter in her car. Carmella shot Tommy in the head after they confronted each other at the Mandem Block.

| Claire Seducer

Tommy and Claire are very good friends, however over time, they have spoken to each other less, as their schedules fell out of line for quite a while. Tommy has gone to Claire for advice multiple times, mainly on leadership, but would sometimes ask for relationship advice towards the end of his relationship with Lana. Claire has also gone to Tommy for advice, for example when Lexi got hit with a hammer by Ray Mond, as Tommy had recently had to deal with a situation when he and Dwayne were shot by Mr. K.
Tommy and Claire have only had a major falling out twice. The first was when Claire pretended to go on a date with Lana, as Lana had asked her to in an attempt to make Tommy jealous. After finding this out, Tommy pointed a gun at Claire, but decided not to shoot her. A couple of hours later, they both apologised to each other, and then agreed that they wouldn't pot stir each other's relationships anymore. The second occasion happened when the Mandem were at war with Chang Gang. The first person to down Tommy in the war was Flippy, so Tommy decided to try and get under his skin. However, all Tommy knew about Flippy was that he was dating Claire, so when Flippy threatened to take Tommy's pet scorpion, Tommy said that he would take Claire from him. Flippy then told Claire, which lead to things becoming awkward between the two for a while, but Tommy later apologised and things went back to normal.
Tommy and Claire frequently insult each other; however, they don't seem to mean anything they say. When around Tommy, Claire often says words in an English accent and uses English slang,
The two once joked about starting a new gang called 'The Angeldem' or 'The Mangels' as they say that being a gang leader is like being a parent because they feel like they need to babysit their members. Since they made this joke, they have both referred to themselves as the 'Angeldem’ and have hosted 'Angeldem' races for members of both gangs and their friends to take part in, as both Tommy and Claire have said that they don’t like how serious the racing scene gets. They have hosted multiple races together, often with a certain theme, such as only being able to use a moped. Since hosting these races, the name Angeldem stuck and members of both gangs started to use it, and it is featured on the Mandem's mural on their block.
When Tommy left the city, not knowing if or when he'd be back, he texted Claire saying, 'Just at the airport about to catch a flight back home! I tried to call but I guess you're busy. Make sure you look after the boys for me, whilst I'm gone. Not sure when I'll be back. Thanks for everything. ♥' After reading this, Claire replied saying, 'D: WHY also update your gang is dying without u.'

| Tommy and Peanut met through the other members of NBC, which Peanut is the leader of. They have hit multiple banks together, where Tommy has hacked and Peanut has driven. Tommy has said that he enjoys having Peanut as a driver, as he feels that he can learn a lot from him.
When Dean and Patar announced that they wanted to leave NBC and join The Mandem, Peanut originally said that he would shoot The Mandem, however after he calmed down, he said that he would allow them to leave and said that he wanted to have a meeting with Tommy. During the meeting, Peanut asked who the leader of The Mandem, to which Tommy said they didn't have one. Peanut then said that he thought that Tommy was the leader. By the end of the meeting, they agreed to form an alliance between The Mandem and NBC.

| Tommy and Elena first became acquainted in the days leading up to his and Lana's breakup. While they flirted for a bit after the breakup, they stayed as friends, and Elena grew closer to the Mandem as a result. Tommy has floated to Elena the idea of leaving Wu Chang for MDM Records multiple times.

| Tommy and Francis became friends in late 2021, and would talk whenever they ran into each other, often having rather strange conversations. They then became much closer and started talking a lot more in late 2022, when Tommy started to hang out with CG a lot more frequently.

| Tommy and Garrett briefly met at a Storage Wars auction, and would then meet again after Garrett stole Stacey's car, without knowing it was hers. Several months later, they hung out with each other for multiple hours, and quickly became friends. After this encounter, they started to run into each more over the next few days, where Tommy gave Garrett a tour of the casino, while Chang Gang were looking for ways to rob it.

| Guy Jones said that he wanted to do a job for a long time, and it finally happened when they hit a Paleto along with Randy and Big D. When Dave and Reggie got into beef with NBC, Guy and Tommy had to sort the situation out. Tommy managed to return what was stolen, and he told him that if they did it again, he wouldn't ask him for the stuff back. Guy Jones has helped Tommy whenever he needs help. Whether it comes to war or fights or doing heists together. The strong leader friendship between Tommy and Guy has passed on to other members of their each respective gangs. Both Mandem and NBC have seen each other as brothers and have always backed each other when the other is in some sort of issues. When Guy returned from Bahamas, Tommy took him to do the paleto where they bonded even more. When Tommy was gonna leave the country, he asked Guy to look after The Mandem while he was gone. Tommy has turned to Guy for advice on multiple occasions where he grew frustrated with leading the Mandem, such as when they were losing battles in the war with BBMC. Guy also invited Tommy, along with other Mandem members, to do the VAR heist. Tommy has said that without the help in becoming a capable criminal he received from Guy and NBC on his come-up and the avenues they opened for him, he probably would have left the city.

| The first time the two met was when Dundee accidentally t-boned Tommy and caused him to fly out of his windscreen and fall off a bridge. Surprisingly, Tommy didn't get knocked out by this. While he was falling, he heard Dundee shouting to his friend that they should leave. A few days later, Dundee ran Tommy over outside of the apartments, again by accident. Tommy then got up and said that he recognised Dundee's voice as the man who t-boned him. Months later, Tommy accidentally hit Dundee off his bike.
After Dundee and other members of BBMC robbed members of The Mandem while they were doing a Fleeca, Tommy declared war on BBMC. After the fourth fight of the war, Lana was put into the ICU. After this, Tommy got a call from Tony saying that he was at the Clean Manor. Tommy then told Tony that he had a car bomb and that he wanted to put it on Dundee's car. Tony was unsure wether Dundee was planning on using it in the S+ Boost that they were about to do. Tommy then decided not to do it at that point, as it wasn't long until tsunami and he didn't want to waste it.
After the end of the war, there was no bad blood between the two and they became friends.
After Tommy was handcuffed and placed in a car during a vault getaway near the Billabong, Dundee approached and started talking to the police officers. He got them all to get out of the car, saying that he wanted to talk to them about something. When they walked towards him, he ran and got in the car, and was able to get Tommy to safety, where Barry uncuffed him.

| Tommy and Flippy briefly met when Dean was trying to stir the pot between them and Claire. The next time that they would talk would be during the CG and Mandem war. Flippy was the first CG member to gun down Tommy, so Tommy decided to try and get under his skin. However, the only thing he knew about Flippy was that he was dating Claire. Once when Tommy was down, Flippy saw that Tommy had a pet scorpion in his pocket and he said he was going to take it, Tommy then said that if he took it he was going to 'take Claire from him.' After the war ended Tommy apologised to both Flippy and Claire, and said that he didn't mean what he said as he was just trying to annoy Flippy.
They then didn't really speak for a while, but after about five or six months, Flippy texted Tommy and asked how he was doing. At the time, The Mandem were having a lot of internal problems, and Tommy texted Flippy asking if he was looking for new Hydra members. Flippy replied saying that he was and that he could become second in command. A couple of days later, Patar and Dean read the messages on Flippy's phone and Dean asked how this had happened, Flippy then replied saying 'Tippy on top'.
Shortly after this, Flippy went to prison for five years. Dean used this as an opportunity to try and get Flippy to hate Tommy, which would mean that Tommy would no longer be able to join Hydra. He then tried to stir the pot between Flippy and Claire, trying to push Claire towards Tommy while Flippy was in prison. The day after he did this, Dean was sent to prison, where Flippy stabbed him after he heard what he had said to Claire. After Flippy was released, he and Tommy decided to try and scare Dean, with Flippy telling Dean that he had shot Tommy. When Dean approached Tommy, he was lying on the floor pretending to be unconscious. He then got up, kicked Dean in the head and ran off.

| Tommy met Kevin not long after he first moved to Los Santos, however they didn't interact much until around the time Kevin ran for mayor. Tommy and Kevin have discussed multiple different business ideas, with the aim to have a company that can make them good passive income. After Kevin lost his mayoral campaign, he turned to doing crime, which Tommy helped him with. Kevin later served as Tommy's instructor when he got his helicopter license.

| Tommy heard about Lang Buddha when he used to fish in his early arrival days. During the Corpo-kid interview, he met Lang. Lang in his note wrote this about Tommy SEXY ACCENT, VERY GOOD AT ANSWERING, AND POTENTIAL CEO CANDIDATE. After being approved after the interview to take part in the show, Tommy kept proving Lang how good he is. At the end of the show, Tommy successfully won the show. Tommy's and Buddha's relationship doesn't usually extend past business meetings, however Buddha has told Tommy that he likes working with him.
When Buddha had a warrant for his VIN scratch Sultan, Tommy told this info to Dean Watson. Tommy, Tony, Mickey and Dean helped Lang escape the PD and save his car. Tommy pitted the Trooper Charger that was trying to get Lang and in this process, blocked the whole road and stopped about most of the pursuing units. Lang successfully escaped with his car. While talking to Dean Watson, Lang said that he never thought that Tommy would stay in the city for so long and is glad that he is still there.
Lang and Tommy now work more closely due to the inception of Mandem Enterprises

| Lexi and Tommy met through at the gallery and got along well. Not long after they met, they hooked up, however, they didn't tell anyone for quite a while. A few days after Lexi told Violet what happened, Tommy said that he wanted to meet Lexi and give her something. When they met up, he said that he wanted 'to try something new' and gave her a pair of pinky fluffy handcuffs and whipped cream, which she agreed to use. When talking to Moses, Tommy said that Lexi was just a friend, but they have pizza and do 'other things'. Very few people know about Tommy and Lexi's relationship, as they haven't even told all of The Mandem or The Angels. Dean found out about their relationship after he saw security footage from the Rooster's Rest. He told them both that he had seen the footage, but neither of them seemed to care. He asked them both if their relationship was serious, but they both said that they were just friends. Lexi has sold Tommy illegal guns and bought dirty money off of him at a better price than she would for others. They have both said that they are now back to just being friends.
After Tommy started to focus on the gang more, and was trying to get businesses going for the gang, Lexi was his go-to friend who he would talk to and be fully honest with. The two agreed on not liking how other people would often stir the pot between others relationships, and general friendships to try and cause drama. After Elena and Aleks broke up, Lexi was talking to Hydra and mentioned that Tommy and Elena had been flirting while Elena and Aleks where still in a relationship. This caused Flippy to call Tommy, with him stating that Elena and Aleks broke up because of him. Tommy was confused and asked what he meant, and Flippy said that he was told that the two had been flirting. Tommy then asked who it was that had told him that, and Lexi then texted Tommy that it was her. After this, Tommy and Lexi spoke, and Tommy told her that he couldn't fully trust her anymore, and that what Claire had told him was right; that you can only fully trust people within your gang.

| Tommy and Mickey met when The Mandem asked him to do a hack and dip for them. They haven't interacted much, but from those interactions, Mickey shows how much respect he has for Tommy and the Mandem.

| Tommy first met Miguel at the CG cubby, but they haven't really hung out until they caused havoc around the city as the Top Boy Heist Crew. During this, they got along very well and have since become friends.

| Mr. Kebun

| Tommy and Mr K met when Tommy was at Wu Chang with Dwayne, Eli and Remy. Dwayne played the reference track for Tommy T and Mr K said that it would sound good when Tommy recorded his lines. Mr K hired Tommy as an artist for Wu Chang, however he never made him sign a contract. Mr K has asked Tommy to perform his song twice, once to headline a Wu Chang event, and once as a collaboration between Wu Chang and VLC. Due to Tommy being a Wu Chang artist, Mr K said that he would protect him if anyone came for him.
Once when Tommy was holding a metal detector, he pointed it at Mr K and started making beeping noises. He then said that it had found 'the hottest man in the city'.
Tommy ran into Mr. K at the apartments and Mr. K told him about his new chain business and asked if Tommy would be interested in a Mandem chain, to which Tommy said that he would be. After the Chang Gang and GSF chains were made, Mr. K began working on The Mandem chain.
When Tommy, Eli and Dwayne left Wu Chang Records for Mandem Records, Mr.K respected their decision and gave a very blissful exit.
After Tommy shot Dwayne for being disrespectful, he went to Mr. K and asked how he handles situations where people within his gang disrespect or disobey him. He said that it doesn't happen often, but he suggested that he put him on probation, meaning he would be excluded from the gang until Tommy decided to put him back in. He also suggested showing him some tough love. Tommy then met with Dwayne and used Mr. K's advice of tough love, and said that he would put Dwayne on probation if he were to continue acting out of line. A few hours later, Mr. K called Tommy and asked how the talk went with Dwayne, and Tommy told him that it went well, and thanked him again for the advice.

| Shortly after Tommy and Nancy first met, Tommy repeatedly tried to get Nancy to hire him at the paintball arena, but she refused. She eventually hired him as a janitor, but fired him within a minute. They will often refer to each other as Wommy/Lommy and Wancy/Lancy, depending on the situation.

| Tommy first met P Money while they were watching Moses and Patar setting up for a Jiggity Studios recording at Lana's house, however they didn't really talk to each other. At P Money's first Wu Chang event, Tommy told members of Chang Gang that he wanted to make a song with him. P Money became friends with other members of The Mandem, so Tommy and P Money became friends as well.
Both P Money and Tommy have agreed on doing some songs together but are yet to go to the studio. P Money has advised Tommy and Dwayne on MDM Records multiple times and genuinely supports their growth despite running their rival label.

| When Tommy was relatively new to the city, he said that he looks up to Ramee as both a criminal and a business man. Ramee employed Tommy at Diamond Sportsbook after Tommy asked to be hired in order to put English sporting events on the app, as all of the events were based in America at the time. For quite a long time, this was the only job that Tommy actually actively worked for. When Dean Watson was looking for a CEO for his Hotel, Ramee recommended Tommy for the job. Tommy was then entered into Corpo Kid, a TV show where the winner would become the CEO of the hotel. Tommy went on to become the joint winner with Sabith Cohen.
Ramee has said numerous times that Tommy has changed, and that he doesn't call him anymore. After saying this for months, and a conversation between Tommy, Ramee, Mr. K and Jaylen, where Ramee said that he wanted Tommy to call him more, Tommy and Ramee started to call each other a lot more.

On the day that Tommy was going to perform his song at Wu Chang Records, Randy lent him his Audi R8. Tommy has said that he wants to do a song with Randy on multiple occasions, which Randy agreed to, if he got help with his lyrics. On multiple occasions, Randy has said that he would help Tommy if he got into trouble with the police or other gang members. Tommy once tried to save Randy from a burning car but accidentally set himself on fire. After VLC 2, Tommy said that he and Randy should fight at the next event. He suggested that Roundy Buffet, Randy's heavyweight counterpart, should fight 'Tubby T', which Randy said he would be down to do.
When Randy found himself with more guns than he could carry, he called Tommy and pinged him to the location, telling him to go there, but not what for. He then pinged a load of random numbers, and realised that he may have pinged a cop. He then told Tommy to be careful as there might be cops in the area. Tommy got to the area and called Randy as he couldn't find anything. Randy told him that there should have been a car there with four Mac 10's in the boot. Randy then said that he would get some more for Tommy.
After Tommy hit his first bank with NBC, he told Randy that they should hit a bank together soon, which Randy said they should do '100%'. Tommy and Randy finally hit a bank together on August 23, 2021. They took two mopeds to the bank and tried to get the police to use one of them to chase them. The police agreed to chase them on the moped but had to leave as they got another call. After this, Tommy and Randy decided to steal a police officer's phone. They found a police officer and held them up with knives and demanded that they dropped their phone. After they got the phone, they fled on their moped which lead to a lengthy chase. They eventually ended up crashing and Tommy was placed in cuffs, however Randy was able to escape and find another moped. He then returned and said that he would give the phone back if Tommy was freed. The officers accepted this deal and let Tommy free, however they took both of their knives. Since this, they have called themselves the 'Moped Gang' and have said that they would like to do more things together in the future.
For Tommy's birthday, Randy gave him a 'Randy Bullet Bodypillow', which is a white body pillow with Randy's face on it, which Tommy happily accepted.
While Tommy was giving Randy a tour of the Casino Hotel, Randy noticed a toy yacht in one of the rooms and said that it looked the exact same as the yacht by the pier. He then told Tommy that it was possible to rob the vault on the yacht, which Tommy was unaware of. When they finished the tour, Tommy asked Randy if he wanted to make a deposit for one of the rooms. Randy was unsure, however he made the deposit as he said that he wanted to help Tommy look good to the other CEO.
Tommy once called Randy and asked if he had a hacking tool, as he wanted to do an A class boost. Randy said that he had one, when he received an offer for a bank truck. He accepted it and got the job and asked if Tommy wanted to do it with him, which he agreed to. They did the bank truck, along with Big D and got a safecracker, so they then went and did a store without a hostage and all hid in the trunk of a car. They then decided to do a jewellery store, which they escaped with ease. Next, they decided to do a Fleeca, as Randy wanted to show Tommy the new system. It took a while, but they were successfully able to hit the Fleeca, where they got a blue dongle. They then hit the Paleto along with Guy Jones. During the getaway, Tommy dropped Randy off at a bike, so that he could split off and secure the loot. After he secured the loot, he got a boat and waited for the others. Tommy then drove the car into the water and they all got onto the boat. Randy then drove the boat to where he had a car parked. They then switched into the car, however Guy got tased and placed in cuffs. Big D then got out of the car and also got cuffed. Randy and Tommy drove away, but then drove back and grabbed Guy and put him in the car. They then escaped and broke Guy out of cuffs.
The next day, Tommy, Randy, Big D and Curtis decided to hit the vault. They set up a plan, where Tommy would be the driver and would drop Randy and Curtis off onto two separate bikes. They would get away and Randy would secure the loot. Curtis would get out his Subi and park it at the start of a tunnel and Randy would get a boat ready. Tommy would drive the car off of a highway into the water, then Tommy and Big D would get into the boat and Randy would drive it to Curtis. After they executed the plan, they were still being chased by the cops, however Curtis was able to lose them.
Prior to hitting the vault, Randy got a bank truck job. After they hit the vault, Tommy, Randy and Curtis went around the city looking in all of the spots. They found it and dropped it off and received a green card. Randy asked if they wanted to hit it then, but Tommy said that he wanted to delay it so that they could set up a proper plan and as he was tired. They then agreed to hit it in two days time. A week later, they hit Bobcat along with Ramee and Curtis, with everyone escaping with all of the loot. Chang Gang then decided to give Tommy most of the guns, with them taking one AK-47, one Browning, three Grapple Guns and one C4, leaving Tommy with one AK-47, one MAC 10, four Diamondbacks, three Brownings, one Grapple Gun and one C4.
When Tommy left the city, not knowing if or when he'd be back, he text Randy saying 'Bro, I'm at the airport heading back to the ends. Not sure when I'll be back, thank you for everything. You've always looked out for me ever since I met you and for that I just wanna say thank you. If you come back to ends, you know who to call.' After reading this, Randy replied saying 'D: <3 Thankyou for bringing the ends back to me u legend! Hope to see you soon my bruddaaaa! Always a good time! :D'.
Randy called Tommy to talk about the racing scene, as he knew Tommy enjoyed racing. They met, and he told Tommy that he was looking to make the racing scene more enjoyable, as he found that people at the top of the racing scene didn't try to make it fun for others, and would often complain and make excuses whenever they lost. Randy then told Tommy about a racing event that he was planning, for people that enjoyed racing but weren't good enough to compete with the people at the top of the racing scene. Tommy and the rest of The Mandem agreed to take part in the race. After the first race, Randy called Tommy and asked how he did. He then told him that he went from 17th to 3rd, and Randy said that he should take part in the semi-pro league as well, which Tommy agreed to. After the second race, Tommy spoke to Randy and suggested some races they could hold in the future, such as having members of different gangs compete against each other, and see how can earn the most points across three or four different races.
Randy is one of the very few people in the city that Tommy has told that he loves.
After accidentally being shot in the crossfire by Mr. K when he tried to shoot Dwayne over a dispute, Tommy told Randy that he wasn't sure if he could see CG as family anymore, but said that Randy was an exception to that.
They are also part of the TBHC together, along with Adam, Alan Kyles and Miguel.

| Ray was one Tommy's many love interests since his argument with Lana Tommy describing her as "pretty leng". Tommy has helped Ray with racing much to Lana's displeasure and even letting her use his car.
On February 20th 2022 when Tommy nearly went into the ICU after accidentally being shot by Mr. K while he was trying to shoot Dwayne Flores Ray went to Pillbox To see Tommy after he came out of the surgery room where she almost got into an argument with Lana Valentine while Lana was standing over an unconscious Tommy.
Ray told Tommy that if he was interested in Lexi she would back away immediately. She admitted that she liked Tommy but wanted them both to be in a better mindset first. Both Ray and Tommy felt comfortable talking and confiding in one another about the private issues they were facing. When Tommy told her that it isn't all doom and gloom in the city, Ray said she wouldn't believe him until he changes his car colour back to the usual bright colours he uses, and upon being asked what her favourite colour was said 'Whatever colour you choose next will be my favourite colour'.

| Salem is a member of NBC, and someone that Tommy looks up to. He has said that he is very grateful towards Salem and the other members of NBC, as he says that he has learnt a lot from them. While Salem was driving during a getaway he performed a juke that Tommy would later use himself.

| Tommy first met Sam when Alan asked Tommy if he could VIN scratch a car for him. A few days after this, Tommy tagged along for an NBC Fleeca job, where Sam gave Tommy a brief explanation of how the power boxes worked. The next day, Sam and Alan gave The Mandem a full explanation of how to do the update system. Since this, Tommy and Sam have hung out multiple times, and get along well.

| Tony and Tommy met during a race when Tommy accidentally crashed into someone. Tommy apologised, but said that Tony was being a dick after he drove off. Much later, Tony called Tommy asking for a taxi ride. Tommy took him to Paleto and Tony paid him $1000 and gave Tommy his phone number, telling him to call him if he wanted to 'get into some things.'
While Tony was at the Vanilla Unicorn, Tommy T started playing, and he said that he loved the song and started to sing along to it. On Twitter, Lana Valentine once said that she was Tommy's biggest fan. Tony then tweeted saying that he was Tommy's biggest fan. Tony then called Tommy and asked if he wanted to race in his R8, but Tommy declined as he was about to go to sleep.
On December 10, 2021, Tommy was doing Angeldem racing and asked Tony to come, which he accepted. Tommy and Tony then paired together for a race where the driver would not be able to see the track and would need to be given directions from their passenger. Tommy drove, and with the help of Tony's directions, they won the race.
When Tony returned from his vacation, Tommy showed Tony his R8 Hycade. Tommy referred to being called Double T as both of them are the only people in the whole city to have the Tuner shop R8. Both of them then took their R8s around the city and having fun driving them together. Tony then invited Tommy to race with him, for which Tommy agreed to. Tony also said that he is willing to teach Tommy some of his tricks in the future.

| For Tommy's birthday, Vinny gave him an advanced lockpick and two Mac-10's. The two didn't talk that much, until the Mandem and CG Knife War, where they developed a friendly rivalry, that started after Vinny defecated on Tommy's head while he was in the hospital. Tommy then said that he would throw a molotov in Maldini's, Vinny's business. Tommy and Vinny also attempted to complete the first two anniversary riddles together, and worked well as a team despite not winning.
On February 9, 2022, after Randy accidentally mentioned Vinny's bench to Dean, Vinny decided to tell Tommy about it himself. He told him that he is the source of most things found on the streets for criminals.
Vinny gave Tommy keys to Maldini's, and lets him take food for free whenever he wants.

| When The Mandem were looking to rob Paleto they called Randy to ask for help with a hacker. Randy gave Tommy Yuno's number and told him to call him. Tommy called him and Yuno said that he was down to hack it for them, but they couldn't do it as the safe was already open. A couple of days later, Tommy and Yuno met in person, and Yuno said that they should hit a bank at some point. Recently Tommy has be helping Yuno get better at racing.
