Musician Tommy Puff was a Founder and the Vice Prime Minister of the Bondi Boys & Babes Motor Club. He is now associated with Hades.
Backstory[]
Thomas John Puff was born in Blacktown, Sydney. He had a rough childhood, struggling both at school and financially at home. After accidentally causing a gang war after attempting to defend his friend and father figure, Jacobs, younger brother. After Jacob passed in said war, Tommy reclused, his attention solely focusing on music. Proceeding to do so until he decided to buy a plane ticket, flying to his new beginning atop the island state of San Andreas.
