Toby Jones was an associate of Cypress, under the leadership of Captain Teddy Bosco.
After a long history of criminal activity, he decided to get expunged and turn his life around.
He contacted Brittany Angel about a job opportunity and held multiple meetings with her and Brian Knight to work as a CI, to gather information about the racing scene that he was a part of for many years.
After putting together an extensive list of names, aliases, vehicles, plate numbers and a written summary of the current state of the scene, he was offered the position of Cadet with the BCSO.
As of October 5th 2025, Toby Jones is a Cadet for the Blaine County Sheriff's Office, Badge #740.
On October 19th 2025, he was promoted to PPO.
On November 17th 2025, he was promoted to Full Deputy and changed his callsign to #340.
