General Information[]
Timo is from Finland. He is of 100 percent Finnish ancestry. He formerly worked as security chief for both Mosley’s Auto, Maximilian Thoroughbred, and Snr. Buns. When Bolingbroke Penitentiary was re-established with Carmine Costello and Bobby Charles as wardens, he has worked with them on a pro-bono basis, as he is ineligible to be hired due to his criminal record. In his free time, he can often be seen towing.
Brainwashing[]
After travelling to Moscow, Timo was abducted by the Russian mafia who brainwashed him and sent him back to kill Maximilian Thoroughbred. He adopted the name "Piotr Vladkov" and was hired by Bobby Charles to assassinate Max during the January 2024 Mayoral Inauguration. The attempt failed, with both being captured and charged with terrorism. He was later put on bail with Max and Gloryon’s help, and was sent to Mosley’s to act as their sole guard.
