Backstory[]
Timmy Delaures. Was a Caucasian man who moved to Los Santos from Atlanta, Georgia when he was 18. His single mother ‘Jessica’ was brutally murdered by Timmy’s Father, ‘Jackson’ who was a drunk, drug abusing kind of father. Jessica had the plan to move away and divorce him for the constant physical abuse happening in the family towards herself, Timmy and his siblings. Because of this, Timmy’s father had strangled her and started blaming Timmy for his actions, this angered Timmy but he knew the Police would investigate it and find justice. When the Police arrived, Jackson claimed that we had been robbed and that the robber choked her out in her sleep. The Police took this and believed it, leaving Timmy’s father free of custody. At age of 15, Timmy snapped due to the constant abuse, drinking and everything his father stood for. He had a physical argument with his father which included a fist fight, lots of blood and the living room destroyed. Timmy at this point knew his father would not care about his words and may even kill Timmy himself if angered enough, at this point he knew only one thing would stop him from haunting them all.. Timmy went to his room and pulled a Glock-17 from under his mattress. Since he was pretty responsible, he had been cleaning his own room, bed and taking care of his siblings for a while now.. Nobody ever checked his room. He entered his sisters' rooms and told them to sneak out to the back porch and run across the street to their neighbors house until given the OK to come back, they did so. Timmy confronted his father, in anger and began penalizing him for sitting around, drinking, getting high and taking any anger he had out on Timmy and his siblings. Timmy continued by calling his father a disgrace and that he should have NEVER put his hands on Timmy’s mom, and it’s your fault she’s dead. Timmy ended his sentence with calling his father a drunk. After, Timmy’s father became fused with anger and hate and threatened to kill Timmy as his sisters sneaked out the back door. Timmy raised a firearm from behind his back, aiming it directly at his fathers head and chuckled. His father’s face went from angry to fearful. Before he could finish his sentence Timmy cocked back the pistol and shot him two inches from his heart. His father was speechless as he fell back onto a chair.. Timmy, with no emotion, walked towards the back porch into the garage, minutes later coming back with 2 Gas Cans full of gasoline and began dousing the living room with it. After he finished, the floor soaked in liquid and the room stunk of gasoline he looked back at his almost lifeless father and before anything else could be said, Timmy shot a line of gasoline and the living room went up in flames.. The Police, Fire Department and Medical Services arrived and once they fought off the fire, they found a man's body, unable to distinguish who it was. Just burnt tissue and a few gunshot wounds visible in the upper chest near the heart.
Timmy would continue his life as a criminal racking up charges on warrants due to never getting apprehended by the Police, he became a priority on the most wanted list in America from the FIB. Later he created a gang called 'The Syndicate'. The Syndicate was an illegal arms organization that sold Class 2, Class 1 Firearms and Explosives like RPG's, C4, Pipe Bombs and had bigger bombs as well. Timmy would be a very successful business man in the Black Market with enough skill to hack into a bank account via tablet and steal someone's money and transfer it to his own without a trace leading back to him.. In total near the end of his time being a free man, Timmy had been caught while robbing a bank when a police officer shot him in the leg upon leaving the bank because he was a high value target at the time. He now is in jail for life at Bolingbroke Penitentiary.
Timmy has been sentenced to Life in Prison without Parole for his charges and is held inside Bolingbroke Penitentiary.
