General Information[]
Prior to his retirement, Tim Collins was the Chairman of AEGIS, the General Counsel of Cerberus, and a former Senior Attorney for the Department of Justice. He was also a Deputy Mayor for the first term of Mayor Lang Buddha's administration before the war with Sanguine Isle caused San Andreas's economy to collapse.
In December 2023, Tim had left Los Santos to travel the world with his Cerberus millions but he still sometimes returns to see his old friends.
