Description

Thor McWave is a notable Mime.

He is an antagonist of the Clowns and emerged after the disbandment of the Clowncil and New Clown Order. He causes violent chaos for clowns in the city, as well as their associates. Notably, he caused issues for Mumbles Fumbles' mayoral campaign.

Like most mimes, he doesn't speak, but is very aggressive over text and on Twatter. He is extremely agile both on foot and behind the wheel.
