The Sirens, formerly known as the Mona Gang, is a criminal organization established in Los Santos in 2023. The group, known for its predominantly female membership, was founded by Winter Sison and Issa Belle. Following the disbandment, the Sirens re-emerged in February 2024, coinciding with the economic collapse in Los Santos. They currently reside in both Vespucci and the South Side. They previously claimed turf in Rancho, South Side, sharing with the Vagos.
Origin[]
In 2023, Winter Sison and Issa Belle discussed the possibility of forming a criminal group composed primarily of women in Los Santos. They were aware of the perception that such groups were unsuccessful in the city, and they aimed to be the first to defy that stereotype. Their motivation stemmed from their shared love for criminal activity, the thrill it provided, and their reliance on it for financial gain.
Their experiences with friends involved in criminal activities, along with Winter's past gang affiliation under Cindy's leadership in Mortelle, fueled their desire to establish their own group. Initially, they faced challenges due to being underestimated by others, possibly due to their carefree demeanors.
However, they eventually connected with Mona Sanchez, a member of Seaside who desired more female companionship within the gang dominated by men. Winter and Issa approached Mona, seeking mentorship and training. Mona, alongside her partner Demetrius Jones, provided them with guidance and instruction in various criminal activities, including drug trafficking, weapons trade, and bank robbery techniques. This period of mentorship laid the groundwork for the transformation of Mona Gang, a casual group undertaking occasional jobs, into The Sirens, a full-fledged gang.

The Reformation of The Sirens
After accumulating sufficient funds, along with The Housemates, the core members decided to purchase a house in the South Side. Following this, Nori Valentine was extended an invitation to become a hangaround in the BBMC. However, she declined, expressing her intention to eventually join a female gang, specifically keeping The Sirens in mind.
Upon learning about Nori's decision from Jamie McQueen, who had heard it directly from Nori, Winter was informed. Jamie emphasized that Winter Sison had been indecisive about reviving The Sirens, and he wanted her to avoid any regrets about losing potential members. Winter, torn by the decision due to gang concerns and past issues, contemplated the idea but remained uncertain.
The following day, Nori met with Winter and candidly shared her recruitment experience. Nori expressed her desire to wait for The Sirens but assured Winter that she didn't want to pressure her into bringing back the gang if Winter wasn't inclined to do so. During a discussion involving Kim Brulee and Issa Belle, they confirmed their interest in reviving The Sirens. Winter, sharing her feelings about wanting a proactive gang that took initiative, revealed that she had considered bringing it back but felt overwhelmed by the responsibility. The consensus among the girls was to move forward, reestablish the gang, and commence recruiting efforts.
A New Leadership
After a plane crash left Winter Sison with amnesia, erasing the last three months of her life in Los Santos, she found herself bombarded by information from Issa Belle upon her return. The borders had reopened, and The Sirens, their former gang, had begun to reform.
Winter, surprised to learn of the group's lack of progress, decided to take action. Disregarding the traditional "no leader until unanimous vote" rule, she approached Issa, her ex-co leader, and expressed her desire to formally lead The Sirens and revitalize them. Issa, ever supportive, pledged her allegiance.
Days later, Winter sought out Nori Valentine, who had just awoken. Hesitantly, Winter voiced her wish to become the sole leader, worried about stepping on toes if someone else had taken charge. Nori reassured her, revealing that everyone already unofficially considered Winter the leader. Taking the reins would simply make it official.
On April 16th, Winter's leadership was formally recognized, marking the beginning of a new chapter for The Sirens.

First Cash Exchange
Following the weekly meeting meeting, The Sirens executed a heist at the Cash Exchange. The operation involved disabling security measures, breaching the vault, and securing a cash sum. Specific details regarding the methods employed are omitted for security purposes.
The assigned roles included hackers (Winter Sison and Issa Belle), a hostage holder (Alana Reviews), a primary driver (Ash Lott), and backup drivers (Nori Valentine and Jamie McQueen) tasked with extracting the crew if necessary. The heist resulted in a police chase and the apprehension of at least one member, including Issa. The gang attempted a rescue but was unsuccessful and subsequently Winter was captured by the police.
