The Neon Tigers MC is a motorcycle club operating out of Tequi-la-la. They do not claim to be a 1% outlaw club, as they carry both civilian and criminal members within their ranks, although you may see the criminal-oriented members wearing the 1% ring on their finger. The club focuses primarily on underground raves, hallucinogens (pills/LSD), and anything drug-related. However they do dabble in just about anything and everything they can, to keep things interesting.
