Forming The Mandem
The Mandem started as a small friendship group originating from the UK. The initial group consisted of Dwayne Flores, Eli Porter, Remy Brown and Keith Adams. In the early weeks the group developed a lot, with Moses Khan, and then Tommy Tate - while Keith drifted away from the group. Before they officially identified as The Mandem, the group's criminal background was limited but not bare; they mostly conducted petty crime rather than heists or gang shootouts. Much of their time during the early stages was spent working legal jobs such as fishing, hunting and taxi driving. Eventually, when the group decided they wanted to progress further in both the criminal and business worlds, becoming an indentifiable group was seen as the best way forward. After locating a suitable block to claim as their territory, and devising business ideas for the area, the group was formed in May 2021. The seven OG's were Dwayne, Eli, Remy, Ali, Moses and Tommy - with no one appointed leader.
Initiations and Recruitment

Dean and Patar had been members of NBC for a few months, when in August 2021 they decided that they didn't feel as connected to the group as they would like. In earlier months the pair had been spending a lot of time around The Mandem and had both been identified as MDMA for a few weeks before they officially left NBC. Upon leaving NBC they both decided that they wanted to join The Mandem, so they asked The Mandem at the block if they would be accepted into the group. Tommy didn't make a decision straight away and gave it a couple of weeks, wanting to talk to the rest of the gang first to get their opinions. The consensus of everyone's opinion was that they'd like to accept both Dean and Patar in the gang, but only if it wouldn't negatively impact their relationship with NBC. Unexpectedly, Peanut (NBC co-leader) took the news well and held a meeting with Tommy to discuss the situation. If anything, the relationship between the Mandem and NBC strengthened, with Patar also declaring that he would like to remain an associate to NBC. Patar and Dean were officially accepted as full members on September 7th. |

On asking Tommy to be MDMA, he was asked to prove himself and show his loyalty to them. Vince went on to become very good friends with everyone in the gang and started hanging out with them all the time. When Mandem joined the Meth game, Vince was given the duty to push it on the streets, which he happily accepted for a fee, and went on to push almost over a half a million in week. Vince also was brought into jobs where he would eventually become a thermite-er in absence of Moses or on bigger jobs be a decoy where he would escape the chase on a bike with a little bit of the loot, to help the boys. The rest of the members wanted Vince to become MDM sooner, but due to Tommy not being the city often it was pushed and stalled. When Tommy finally came back into the city, he wanted to do something special to initiate Vince in. On the 11th of December 2021, After completing a successful, flawless, Upper Vault heist, Tommy decided it was time Vince joined them. He wanted to do a bingo but the rest of the members wanted something better. He called up Randy Bullet, from Chang Gang, and told him to take his boys and pull up on Vince, who at the time was cleaning his money selling meth, to kidnap him and take him to the torture chamber in GrapeSeed. Vince was abducted by Chang Gang (Randy, Ramee and Wayne). After he was made fun of, pocket-wiped, bullied, and questioned, Tommy and the Mandem arrived to the scene, where he questioned Vince about robbing a Chang Gang member, Novah Walker. He was told to kneel down and kiss her feet and ask for an apology stating her as 'My Queen'. Tommy then later put the chain on the ground as a surprise and told Vince to pick it up and give it to Novah. At VInce's utter confusion, he then told Vince to put the chain on, and amidst cheering, he invited Vince to be the next full member of the Mandem, saying he had proved himself and it was well deserved. Everyone after that proceeded to beat the shit out of Vince. He was thrown off the Casino rooftop later. He survived. The rest of the Mandem then took him to a meeting spot near The Jetty, and informed him of Dean's Bench. |

On 1st April, 2022, Tommy decided to play an April Fools Prank on Lana and Vince that he was stepping down from The Mandem and joining CB. Vince and Ved (who was also told) believed the prank, with Vince calling Tommy and telling him that Ved was "freaked out" and "shocked" that Tommy was leaving. At the block Tommy continued the prank with Ved, who made it known that he would respect the decision he made, but was firmly against it. Tommy described Ved as pouring his heart out when Ved explained that "he looked up to him in the city" and was "the foundation" of The Mandem. Ved also said that the Mandem was "family - sometimes maybe good, sometimes maybe sh*t". He ended his piece with "In my opinion you shouldn't leave, you're family, we all look up to you, you're a friend, you're one of the bros, you shouldn't step down". At this point Vince and Tommy knew they couldn't keep the prank going any longer and told Ved the truth. However, for Tommy, this was a clear sign that Ved truly loved The Mandem and deserved an official place in the gang. He handed Ved his own chain as a placeholder, telling him he had proven himself and would get his own chain as soon as possible. Tommy, Vince and Lana carried on the tradition by punching Ved unconcus and congratulating him.

On the 22nd of July 2022, While standing in front of a Fleeca bank door, Sparky received an anonymous ping to Blue Cage (The former home of The Roadmen), believing that Luke was playing a prank on him. Sparky arrived at Blue Cage, alongside Guy Jones, and found the following clue painted on the No. 10 door. "YOU STARTED IN BLUE CAGE, BUT NOW YOU'RE FEELING PINK, ART ME PLEASE, YOU'RE HOT GIRL PLS, COME ALONE". After a few minutes, he solved the clue knowing it was referring to Pink Cage. Sparky arrived at Pink Cage to find Mortelle members standing on top of a tour bus and dancing, they then asked him to hop in. Sparky now believed he was being initiated as an honorary Mortelle member. Cindy and the rest of Mortelle drove Sparky to Harmony where he barked at cops and later dropped him in Grapeseed with pack of cigarettes, a lockpick, and a note reading: "DON'T GO CHASING WATERFALLS, PLEASE STICK TO GOLD PANNING IN RIVERS THAT YOU'RE USED TO". Sparky quickly realised this was leading to a waterfall that he had shown Tommy to gold pan with. Sparky drove to the waterfall in the Tongva Valley, and found Elena sitting under the waterfall with an umbrella. As per instructions, given to her from Tommy, Elena "roleplayed" that she was behind all the clues and drove to the Galileo Observatory while reminiscing on their past together. When they arrived, Elena used the codeword "GIMP" and 10 members from MDM/MDMA jumped from the roof. Tommy, Dwayne, Patar, Vince, Ved, Matt, Cruizer, Winston, and Elena were witnesses to his chain initiation. |

The Hierarchy
A Leader is Appointed
On August 19, 2021, After a long meeting between Stacey, Tommy, Moses, Dwayne, and Eli. Dwayne wanted to make a change for The Mandem and implement a hierarchy. This left the group with a big choice to make which would have a major impact on how they progress, and how they could guide the gang. However, because Dwayne knew he couldn't guide The Mandem in the right direction, he said he wouldn't be the leader. After Dwayne counted himself out of this new position, he then questioned Tommy on whether he would be ready to take a position with this much responsibility. After some discussion on the future of the gang as well as Tommy's visions for The Mandem, the group all came to an agreement that from that moment forward, Tommy would be the leader of The Mandem.
After several weeks after Tommy's disappearance, Patar got a call from Tommy, who was in London. During this call, he made Patar the official leader of the gang, in his absence.
The Roadmen
On 21st February, 2022, Adam called Tommy to check up on him and update him on what the Mandem were up to and how he and Eli had taken the initiative to make progression in the meth and weed game. Adam, Eli and he went aside to talk about the gang. Eli gave him the news that he had finally got his own strain and he would be taking lead of the weed business for the gang. He mentioned how he made a group, namely, Ved, Jay, Shankz, and Big Toe who would work for him. Adam brought up the subject of meth game, and that now the gang had two meth tables, they would have a better production of meth and would do meth runs soon. They brought up the idea of Ved Jiggyjoglue becoming MDMA, and creating a 'street team' called RoadMen to bring in other people that they can trust as they expand the MDM turf and make progression for the gang. Tommy agreed with them and said in a future meeting, he would tell the gang, that in his absence Adam and Eli and the OGs (Dwayne and Moses) would be in command.
After having talks with Adam and Eli, Tommy gave them them the permission to start the RoadMen. On the 23rd February, Patar and Eli decided it was better to start sooner than later and brought it up to Tommy who said yes. Patar and Eli invited Shankz to be the first members of the Roadmen (RDM), a sub-group of The Mandem who run the streets and protect the Mandem Turf while handling the underground businesses of MDM.
On 25th February, Eli and Adam invited Jay Martin, to help alongside Shankz. On 28th February, everybody in the gang par Dwayne met inside Patar's house along with Shankz and Ved, discussing RDM, meth and weed. They decided they wanted to do a meth run the next day and Vince would be the one with the rep on the streets while Patar would focus on cooking. In the following months Lyon, Sparky and Ved would be recruited, as well as Matt, LJ and Tommy.
A New Structure is Formed
The gang started realising that they need more people around them who were useful and loyal to the gang who could one day be MDM. Individually, they started realising they need to open their gates to more people and start MDMA from the beginning. On 15 June, after a MDM meeting where everyone was present after a long time, a lot of decisions to change the gang in the upcoming weeks. During the meeting, Tommy put in place a structure for when he is not around.

They agreed that T would talk to the Roadmen, about bringing them into MDMA. They also decided that after a week or two they would consider people for new MDMA and a voting system to bring in new changes to the gang e.g. new members.
With their increased numbers and new hierarchy, The Mandem drastically improved their operations. They would often have ten or more people selling weed within their turf at the same time, and were able to effectively fight off the PD, which lead to the PD being more hesitant to respond to calls within The Mandem's turf. During this time they also got a warehouse, the first MDM warehouse since their creation, they bought it for $600k from Kevin Ram.
On 30th June, Patar as 3rd in command dissolved RDM officially for indefinitely and brought in all the boys into MDMA. On July 6, 2022, Winston Bolt was also brought into MDMA.
A New Era of Hierarchy
Patar now becoming the de facto leader of the gang, he wanted a high command with him to get more structure in the gang. On 6th September, 2023, Patar decided to make Eli the 3rd in command of Mandem and along with his help he decided to look for people who could be added to the new High Council of Mandem. On 23rd October, 2023 during a MDM meeting, Eli announced that Sparky , Jay and Denzel will be the new High Council Members of Mandem. In November 2023, Tommy returned to the city and was not happy with what he saw with the gang, after questioning Patar, he was told that Jay and Sparky did not respect Patar, so he decided to immediately disband High Command. Five days later, Tommy had a meeting with Patar and Eli, and decided to strip them of their titles of Second and Third in Command of The Mandem, after many issues had been caused and he felt that the issues stemmed from the top. He then told the rest of the gang to step up, or they could lose their chains, and that a decision on the new hierarchy would be made at a later date.
Tommy steps down
After feeling distant for a while, on 30th November, 2023, Tommy asked for some advice from Miguel. Miguel told Tommy to step down and appoint someone else as Leader if he doesn't feel like Leading. Tommy informed The Mandem that he is stepping down as Leader and will leave the gang which shocked the gang. The gang understood Tommy's reason for stepping down but didn't want him to leave the gang. Tommy asked them to appoint a new Leader for the gang and the gang voted for Sparky Kane to be the new Leader of The Mandem. Tommy told Sparky that he has 1 week as Leader and if Sparky doesn't do well then Tommy will leave.
Wars and Conflicts

Between the 31st of May 2021 and the 8th of June 2021, The Mandem had their first major conflict was with the Ballas. It started when, their leader, Mando shot Dwayne at the apartments, as a message to Mr. K. The Mandem didn't take to this lightly and three days later they spotted Mando at the apartments. This is where they shot him in a drive-by and Three days later, after bumping into each other at a VLC event, the Mandem and the Ballas agreed to have another shoot-out. Initially the Mandem chose the location, however the shoot-out was cut short due to the cops arriving. A second shoot-out later that day took place at the south-side mega mall, of which the Ballas came out victorious again. Despite the Mandem not providing much competition for the Ballas, Mando was appreciative of the fight they put up, and the two gangs resolved their beef the next day. Subsequently, Mando started doing jobs with the Mandem and the Mandem started pushing the Ballas' meth. |

The Mandem and BBMC had very little interaction with each other in the first months of The Mandem's inception. Their first serious altercation happened when The Mandem started slinging meth on turf that BBMC regularly sold at. The groups eventually clashed when meth slingers for BBMC decided to trouble Vince at their meth selling spot. The Mandem, infuriated about the situation and wanting to get a claim on this spot, decided to ambush BBMC's meth slingers which resulted in a shootout. Police intervened before either side had casualties, leaving the situation unresolved. For the next few months, The Mandem and BBMC would return to their previous state of seemingly peaceful coexistence. This all changed on the 31st December 2021, when Tommy got a 'player contract' to boost. They decided to roll 6 man deep on the boost in different cars and while they were on Great Ocean Highway, a few members of BBMC pulled up on them and opened fire. Vince helped Tommy get away with the car and shot down the BBMC members. This situation was eventually resolved with Dundee paying The Mandem for the return of their car, however it added to the tension between the two groups. The final altercation that lead to the war happened on the 7th of January 2022, when BBMC decided to breach the fleeca bank that the were in the process of robbing, even after identifying themselves to BBMC as Mandem. This breach lead to Moses, Lana and Dwayne getting shot. On January 10, 2022, Tommy declared war in a heated phone call with Irwin Dundee. Earlier in the week, Dundee had led a bank breach against Mandem and were immediately found out. Tommy retaliated by removing all BBMC graffiti from the Billabong. When confronted by Dundee about it, Tommy admitted it was him and said his group was tired of being disrespected by BBMC - and was ready to go to war over respect. Tommy and Dundee agreed to terms and began arming their respective gangs for war. On February 4, 2022, BBMC attempted to assault the Mandem, but was interrupted as the police showed up immediately. Dundee called up Tommy and declared that he was sick and tired of the police interfering with their war. He offered to end it in exchange for BBMC and Mandem teaming up to take on the police. Tommy accepted, ending the war and beginning their new alliance in one fell swoop. |

On 4th March 2022, Big Toe is having a launch party in the Vanilla Unicorn. During the event, some Chang Gang and Mandem members had a back and forth on twitter over some disses that are said by the songs. The result of this alteration made CG to be L+ Ratio'ed on twitter which led CG to push the Mandem Block. While CG was pushing the block, Sparky Kane a MDM Artist, decided to shoot CG as he felt threaten after the threats CG brought up during the twitter beef. This led to a shoot-out which ended with the Police arriving, and Anto left the area with some downed CG members. After CG left, The Mandem got into a shootout with the PD, which led to all the Mandem members going to prison. After leaving prison, Tommy and Mr.K discuss terms to find a way to not lead this into a war, it is decided that Dean, could take it for the team and change his appearance to whatever CG decided for a full week. On 15th March, after the release of Saint BaLenci's Wu Chang Records diss track, that mentions Ramee El-Rahman, Ramee spoke to Shoot-outs happened on 16th and 17th non-stop. Mandem followed their new tactic and did drive-bys on CG at LS, where they randomly downed one or two CG members each time. They still hadn't wiped CG, but came close when they got into a shootout near the chopping spot in the SouthSide. On 22th March, 2022, Tommy, Vince, Dean and Patar met Mr. K and a few others from CG to discuss terms to find the way to end the war. After several discussions back and forth and a few sidebars later, Tommy agreed to Dean making a song, as it was the best solution possible. Mr.K then called a ceasefire, to which Tommy agreed. On 28th March, 2022, after a week of ceasefire, Dean's song with Sparky came out titled 'Conscience', he performed it for CG and MDM at WuChang and Mr.K officially declared the war over and hugged it out with Tommy. |

MDM and MG have always had small tussles here and there in the past which were stopped before it went to war. This is the first time they officially went to war after several instances when Lana was robbed and shot by Faz Thuggerson, from MG. He was later shot down and ocean dumped by Dean and Cruizer. Later that night MG called Patar, and said its on sight but the gang didn't pay much heed as they had issues to take care amongst them. Next morning on 4 August, Patar was called by MG and they declared war on MDM. They were rolled up on at the block a few minutes later where Patar got on and Sparky got 3 more. While a few of them escaped most of them got caught and sent to jail. On the 5th of August, 2 members from Marabunta Grande drove into the block asking that in exchange for Patar's Mandem Chain to be returned they would want a hug from Patar. Unfortunately when Patar arrived on Fudge Lane he was taken into a trap. Patar was held on top of the MG Water Tower, for a considerable amount of time, hoping that he would be rescued. In the middle of negotiations for Patar's life in exchange for $20,000, the police arrived and swarmed the Mandem members on the ground and pushing them out into a police chase. While On 7th August, a fight between the two gangs drew a lot of police attention to Mandem turf. 7 MDM members would ensure that all MG members made it out without getting caught, and ended up killing 22 police officers before Brian Knight made the call to retreat the PD. Having gained respect for their rivals, Marabunta went to the MDM block and the war was mutually ended. MG thanked MDM for helping them get away from the cops and congratulated the gang on wiping the PD. |

The day that MDM's war with MG ended, the war with Royal Mafia started. While MDM were helping Mortelle with a war, they landed on a roof within the RM turf. RM then landed a helicopter on the roof, giving away their location, so After a while, RM pushed the MDM block but were wiped the MDM, which was an even 4v4 fight, the police got involved and Zaceed Skengerton had to save Sparky, On August 9th, even after On August 10th, a 6v6 fight occoured, with MDM downing 6 RM members, and RM downing 3 MDM members, and then accidentally killing a cop, which lead to cops shooting down 2 of the remaining MDM members, and Shanks getting chased down and arrested. On January 9, 2023, a war with BSK started after they shot Denzel Wallace, put a meth table down next to him and called the cops on him. Later that day, Denzel explained that members of BSK were taking pictures of people going into vans on the Block and giving them to the Police and that they had told the Police the name of Denzel's strain. Winston Walker told Denzel that if he didn't give up the name of BSK's clean person, the entire Mandem Block would be raided. To avoid the raid, Denzel gave up the name of his own old clean person. The following day, OTT caught Shankeal lacking whilst he was going into his weed van. He shot him and was going to leave him next to the weed van so Shankz would get the 9s, but instead decided to ocean dump him. After about an hour of hunting, MDM decided to push BSK's turf. Matt landed a helicopter on a building that overlooked all of the turf, and managed to pick one member of BSK off. The others circled the turf in cars for a while, before they decided to have Vince, Ved and Matt land on top of the parking garage, while The next day, On January 12, 2023, Patar spoke to OTT, who agreed to return |

On January 9, 2023, Eli stole a bike from the Vinewood Sign, as there wasn't enough room for him to get into the car with the rest of MDM. SK then got a call from a member of Mayhem asking him why one of their bikes was at the Mandem Block. Sparky explained that they thought it was a local bike, and that they could come and take it back. He wasn't happy that the bike was stolen, due to the 'principals' of it, so Sparky told him that he didn't care and hung up. Sparky then got a call from MC Fixer saying that four members of Mayhem were at MDMR, wanting to show Sparky a song. Sparky told Fixer to tell them to suck their mums, so he did and a shootout occoured. After this, MDM decided to push Mayhem's turf, members of both gangs went down, however neither got all of the other down. After this, Sparky got a phone call from Mattias Nilson, saying that he was happy to drop the beef. The Mandem spoke about this, and said that they would focus of BSK first, and then fight Mayhem after they had finished the BSK war. On January 18, 2023, MDM had a meeting with Mayhem, which ended with Mayhem trying to stab all of MDM, who started shooting and downed them. Later that day, MDM went to a bar in Paleto, Mayhem's turf, and ended up getting into a fist fight with them, which they also won. The next day, they arranged a 3v3 gunfight at the Courtz Center. SK, Matt and Saint went for MDM and downed all three of them, without anyone going down. The following day, there was a 4v4 fight in grapeseed. Eli, Shanks, Saint and Denzel won the fight without any of them going down. On January 21, 2023, the war ended with Mayhem offering to rebrand the Mahito Inn into a Weatherspoons, with MDM and MDM Records artists getting free food. |

On February 7, 2023, a war between MDM and RUST officially began. During the Meth Lab Event, RUST and Seaside felt that MDM and Ballas had backstabbed them after they got them eliminated. Directly after this, RUST and Seaside shot and ocean dumped 3 MDM members and 4 Ballas members, however Matt was the only one who survived and managed to win the event. A day later, Patar was kidnapped and shot by RUST, however there were no further communications until a few days later when RUST pulled MDM over and shot Patar, Ved and Denzel. These events led to Seaside warring Ballas as they were previously close allies. This also led to RUST warring MDM as they were also close allies prior to the lab event, RUST felt that MDM had betrayed them and wanted to take the lab key from MDM. The first fight was very hectic, with Ballas and Seaside also fighting in the area, which caused Adam to go down, multiple civilians running around, Gulag Gang recording the fight for the news and an ambulance taking Sparky to hospital before the fight finished. Four members of RUST went down, but they managed to take down all six MDM and claimed a spray. The next day, there was a meeting between MDM and RUST. RUST said that they wanted the lab, and that the war would not end until they got it, which MDM said would never happen. Shortly after the meeting, there was another 6v6 fight where MDM only managed to down three members of RUST before they were all downed. On February 10, 2023, RUST started a claim on another MDM spray. MDM were able to down all of the RUST members, but they weren't able to stop the claim in time, so the spray went to RUST. A few hours later, MDM kidnapped a member of RUST from their compound, which turned into a shootout. Ved, SK and Matt went down after getting two RUST down, but On February 11, 2023, MDM were able to successfully take back the first spray that RUST took from them. On February 14, 2023, RUST tried to take another MDM spray, however MDM were able to down all of them and cancel the contest in time, keeping the spray. After the fight, the two gangs came to an agreement to end the war. MDM would give RUST $500k, which was how much it cost to enter the event, and Sparky would make a song for them, and RUST would give MDM their spray back. |

On February 9, 2023, a second war between MDM and BSK started. Sparky and Matt were flying in a helicopter with Zaceed and parked on a tall building near Brouge Street to watch a Ballas vs Seaside fight. Whilst using cameras to view the fight, they saw a BSK member put something in a bin so Zaceed flew the heli down and noticed it was meth baggies. After a while, they looked down again and saw OTT hiding in a bush. Matt then proceeded to tweet 'The king is in a bush' which annoyed OTT. Sparky then fell off the building leading to Matt and Zaceed going to help him. BSK came to the heli and after a brief argument, they shot Matt and stole his chain. On this same day MDM were then preparing to take a RUST spray, when a BSK convoy came through MDM turf and started shooting Ved, after this a shootout started with MDM taking down three BSK members. Following this, they went to Sandy Shores and successfully claimed a spray. They didn't down any of BSK, but they managed to hold them off until the claim was completed. While they were leaving, BSK managed to down Patar. The remaining four members went to Brouge Street and shot a BSK member who was sat on top of a roof. This ultimately led to MDM warring two gangs at the same time simultaneously (RUST and BSK). Later that day, MDM met with Vinny and talked about handing the spray over to CG as they didn't want it and they wanted to make sure that BSK could never get it back. While they were talking about this at the block, BSK came to the block and shot everyone down, including Vinny. After they got out of the hospital, they went to the spray and gave it to CG. The next day, MDM set up to take another BSK spray. Four minutes into the claim, BSK started to claim an MDM spray. After MDM finished claiming the BSK spray, they were not able to get to their spray in time, to it went to BSK. The following day, MDM took the BSK spray on OTT's house, without any members of BSK coming to defend it. On February 13, 2023, the war ended with both gangs giving each others sprays back, MDM paying BSK $750k and OTT returning Matt's chain with the agreement to avoid each other in the future. |

After finding R.U.S.T snooping around the MDM lab shared with Hydra, Hydra decide to press RUST. During the meeting Chem offers Hydra 7 mil to snake MDM and share the lab with RUST, Hydra like the offer and think of accepting it On 8th June, 2023 Hydra do a cook in MDM lab and Flippy decides to take the Lab key. Hydra have a meeting with MDM at the Observatory and Flippy tells them that they took the key and if they want they can do something about it, after hearing this Patar Bellosh starts shooting and MDM get gunned down. The next day Tommy Tate wakes up and gets told what happened so he gets few people to dress up in MDM clothes and push the Cubby. On 14th June, 2023 amidst the MDM and Hydra conflict, Hydra go to the RUST compound to make a deal about the meth lab. RUST gives Hydra 3 Mil cash + Cullinan (valued at 3.5 mil) and make a deal to share the lab On 15th June, 2023 after a few days of war, Hydra and MDM have a meeting to end the conflict. Flippy asks Patar if he remembers the conversation they had, Patar says he does and tells everyone that they had a talk where Flippy informed Patar that Hydra will "steal" the key and use it to scam RUST for the meth lab. The deal betwen Flippy and Patar was only know to them until the end of the war. After ending the fake war, Hydra put the key back where it was and continue sharing it with MDM and get a free lick of 3 mil and a Cullinan from scamming RUST for it. |

On 15th July, 2023, Speedy sells Patar his decommissioned CVPI in exchange for Patar's bike + 4 door AMG + 500k. Few minutes later Patar drive to Otto's Auto and the CVPI gets seized by PD because non-government employees aren't allowed to have them. Patar talks to Speedy and Speedy says he will refund him everything but the bike, Patar asks for the bike but Speedy says he will pay for it in cash. After Patar and Speedy agree on the refund, Dean walks upto Lang and Speedy and threatens them. Lang says he isn't scared of Dean and Dean says Lang can't touch a hair of Dean so Lang shoots down both Patar and Dean. After getting shot down Patar goes to the ICU and other MDM look for Lang. On 21st July, 2023 Lang Gang gets into conflict with Gulag Gang after few GG film an Episode of "A Day in the Life of Dickhead " where Dickhead holds up Rooster's Rest security and then GG do a driveby of Roosters making it GG + MDM v Cerberus. On 25th July, 2023 after a few days of conflict, Speedy meets with MDM and gives Patar 1.25 mil (750k for the bike and 500k cash refund) and the AMG back for the CVPI deal and says the conflict was more about fucking with Dean and he is giving a refund because he is a man of his word. Even after Speedy pays the money back the war doesn't end. On 31st July, 2023, Tommy wakes up and hears about the Cerberus conflict. He kidnaps Cyd and calls Lang to exchange Cyd for the 2 MDM chains that Lang has. Lang Gang comes to LSIA to do the exchange but Tommy stabs Cyd and all MDM get gunned down and lose 4 more chains (6 total chains lost). After the failed exchange Mandem go to the Cerberus Spacestation and blow it up with a bomb. After almost a month of conflict, Tommy and Lang meet to end it. Tommy asks for the MDM chain back and Lang says he will look for it. Lang gives back 3 MDM chains but couldn't locate Eli's chain. Lang finds the last MDM chain but after Littlemans take it from his car trunk, it scuffs out and disappears but Lang finds another chain which was originally Dean Watson's and gives it to MDM to end the conflict. |

During the shootout which started the Hydra v Seaside War, Matt decided to twat out "W Hydra" which was noticed by Seaside members. Terry called Matt and asked him about it and Matt told him that Seaside should worry about Hydra first then talk to him. After the Hydra war ended, Terry had a talk with Matt and asked for an apology. Matt apologized but Terry didn't think it was sincere so Seaside did a drive-by on Matt starting the war. The war went on for few days and then Terry gave Matt an option to be a flower girl at his wedding as a way to end the war. After some talk, Matt and Terry decided that Matt can officiate Terry and Kylie's wedding and ended the war. |

On 30th October, 2023, Patar went to craft on his bench and while returning to the city he got followed by George Cartier and Jordan Elmore from The Saints who robbed the bench key off him. Patar informed MDM about this and they figured out that it was Saints who stole the key. MDM decided to scout the Docks to look for Saints and found Gavin Weiland who they decided to oceandump. On 1st November, 2023, STE , Moses and Winston kidnapped Mack Lando from Saints and questioned him about the bench but he denied it. DJ Cooper heard about the kidnapping and spoke with MDM but he also denied stealing the key so MDM shot Mack. They decided to go back to the block and got ambushed by Saints. After Saints shot down STE and Winston with Moses getting away, they admitted that they robbed the key and MDM got the confirmation. On 6th November, 2023, Tommy woke up after being inactive for a while and got caught up with what happened. Tommy was mad at Patar for being careless with the bench but the focus was on the war. After hearing that Mandem haven't been doing well in the war, Tommy decided to arrange a meeting with The Saints. Both groups met near the shore at Zancudo and Saints explained to Tommy that Matt had been disrespectful to them in the past so they wanted get some respect in the city. Tommy asked Saints what they wanted to end the war and Saint Clair demanded 3 million which Mandem refused. Saints brought the offer down to 2 million but Mandem refused again. The next day, Mandem had a meeting and discussed what they could do against The Saints since the war isn't going well. Patar had a talk with Taylor about Ballas going for the bench for Mandem but Ballas refused the offer. After running out of options on what they could do, Mandem decided that they would end the war and focus on rebuilding so Patar called up Saint Clair and offered 1.5 million but Saint stuck to 2 million. The war ended with Mandem paying Saints 2 million and Saints returning the chains they took during war.

Expansions and Business Plans
Buying the Block
On 21st December, the construction began little by little, with the garage being added first, courtesy of Francis J Francer who owns the Realtor business. The next day, apartments were available for purchase in the Block. Two days after this, a ladder was added, the removal of the construction equipment next to the pool, a wall on top of one of the buildings was removed, bridges were added between the buildings and a Mandem spray tag was put over the billboard in permanent paint.
On December 27th, major construction was completed on the block. This included fences and gates at all three entrances, access to the third floor of the apartment complex, United Kingdom flags at the main entrance, Mandem paint at the meeting spot, water in the pool, a table tennis table (in memory of Remy Brown), a football goal painted on a wall, the removal of the billboard and the addition of a mural featuring all nines members, as well as the door to Adam's apartment being made shorter.
On December 30th, more construction was done on the block. This included the bricks being changed, the entire block being repainted to grey, as opposed to yellow, a 'No Ball Games' sign next to the goal, 'Did you die tho?' graffiti on one of the walls, the removal of the sun loungers around the pool, the removal of the palm trees, additional cover on top of the roofs, additional vents on the roof, added cover to the ladder on the main building, added a microphone and speakers on one of the balconies, added a 'No Backseaters' sign in the parking area and access to the first and second levels of the secondary apartment building.
On January 25th, while in a war with BBMC, before they began shooting for the day, Mandem wanted to make sure what they could call their turf and what they couldn't. They discussed for a few minutes and after talking to each other and discussing, they decided to call the whole of Cougar Avenue and Prosperity Street around the Block, making the neighboring the buildings part of their block which would allow them to move freely more.
The Weapon Bench
On December 7, 2021, The Mandem were approached by a man that claimed to be Jesus' brother. He met Tommy, Dean and Patar at the dam, where they were given three McLarens to chase him in. They were then told to chase him and try and handcuff him in thirty minutes. After a long chase, where three of the four cars were disabled, they finally managed to catch and handcuff him. They then let him go and were taken to a container, which Dean was given a key to. They then went inside and found a weapons bench, that at the time could only make advanced lockpicks, thermite and desert eagles.
They then went to The Mandem block, where they had a meeting about what they should do. They decided that only full members of The Mandem should know, and if anyone were to leak the information they would be kicked from the gang. On February 9, 2022, Dean told Vinny that he had a bench after Randy accidentally told Dean that Vinny also had a bench. Vinny then told Tommy that he himself had a bench and that he had also been told about Dean's bench, which Tommy did not seem to mind.

On the 31st of July 2022, Dean arrived at his weapons bench preparing to craft some deagles and FINALLY after 236 days..... found blueprints to craft M70's and Shotguns, which he and the mandem celebrated.
MDM Travel to South America
Before changes come into the city, MDM took a flight to South America for a two days. They met different gangs who held the same city as theirs. They quickly found out how friendly everyone was and made friends the HOA, Gang Gang MOB MOB, and their counterparts who held down the block, Hooligans. While holding a block party and Patar being the highest ranking members in the gang, gave the MDM chain to the leaders, Kate and Mike,giving them permission to rep the chain till the end, to which they happily accepted and carried on with the party.
Mandem Enterprises
Mandem with their new ideas fresh in mind, wanted to take it to the next level. When Tommy was approached by Dean Watson to create a partnership with Cerberus, and help the gang bring their ideas into life. On 26th April, DW, Lang, Leslie and Harry met Tommy, Vince and Patar to discuss the initial talks and set up for further meetings due soon.
Gold Rush was the first company under MDME, which was a great success. After roughly a month of testing, the business launched and made over 10 million dollars in two days.
Notable Arcs and Events
Ten Days Without a Leader
On November 20, 2021, Tommy told Adam, Moses and Patar that he would be leaving the city and said that he didn't know if he would be coming back. Patar wanted to know if he was joking or not, so he told him to prove it by telling him that he loves him, as he would never say it to him. Tommy then told both Patar and Moses that he loved them, and Adam mentioned that he had already said it to him weeks prior. Tommy then told them to make sure that they kept progressing without him and drove off. While he was alone, he tweeted 'Goodbye Los Santos, it's been an honour.', before making a few phonecalls. He then called Ramee to tell him that he was leaving the city. Ramee said that he would miss him, and Tommy thanked him for everything that he had done for him. He then called Guy Jones and asked him to take care of The Mandem for him, which he agreed to do. After doing this, he went to the airport and tweeted a picture of himself in front of a sign that said 'Adios', and tweeted 'Don't know about me I'm Tommy T for life.' After he tweeted this, Adam and Vince ran up to him and tackled him. He told them to leave him, then dropped some of his belongings and told Adam to take them. He then walked down the stairs, leaving Adam and Vince crying.
A few hours later, Vince received a call from an Unknown Number. The man, through a deep modulated voice, told him that he had kidnapped Tommy and had him strapped to an electric chair. He then told him that to save him they would need to sacrifice the rest of The Mandem, and that Tommy had two days to live. After saying this, he hung up. Vince then checked twatter, as the man had told him to, and saw a tweet that Tommy made saying, 'When your flight gets delayed...' Vince, along with Shivvy went and looked at all of the torture spots they could think of in the city, but they did not find anything.
The next day, Shivvy told Adam, Patar and Dwayne about what had happened after they went to sleep. They then met with Vince and were given the full story. Patar then received a call from the man, he once again said that he had Tommy strapped to an electric chair. He also said that he wanted to see where The Mandem's loyalty lies and if they would all give themselves up to save Tommy. He then told him that he would be contacted again soon with and he would give him a clue on how to find Tommy.
A few hours later, Dean was called, however he said that he would likely forget or misremember the clue, so the man then called Dwayne. He told him that the clue was 'Tommy is a tree, and within this clue you will find his roots.' The group then spilt up, eventually figuring out that they needed to go to Tommy's roots, the taxi centre. They arrived and found a note telling them to tweet out the word 'Confirmed' and wait for the next clue.
The next day, The Mandem met and debated what they should do. Dean wanted to get others to help them look for Tommy, but the others were against the idea. Without the others knowing, Dean called Curtis, Mickey and Claire that Tommy had gone missing and may have been kidnapped. Shortly after he told Claire, she informed him that he had sent her a message on the day that he was meant to fly out of the city. When the others found out that Dean had told people, Dwayne punched him with knuckle dusters and knocked him out. They then took him to pillbox, and began to talk about having a possible second in command.
Dwayne then received a call from the man, who told him that he was not calling in regards to a second clue. He said that The Mandem had caused too many problems, and hoped that this would steer them in the right direction and that life as they know it would be changed forever. He then said that The Mandem would no longer see each other that same as things may have happened during the time that they were looking for Tommy. He then told him that Tommy was perfectly fine, and that he was never kidnapped. He said that it was a test and that they failed, and they would be hearing from him in three days, however they never heard from him again.
After finding out that Tommy was safe, Patar and Eli decided to try and figure out why he had left the city. They thought of all the possible suspects. This list included Lana, Heath, Bunny and The Mandem. They also discussed how Tommy left the city the same day that the news about Abdul's empeachment was released. While reading the article, they saw that it noted that Abdul had paid over $1,000,000 for a room that should have cost $252,000 over nine weeks. They then worked out that the largest room in the Diamond Casino Hotel, the same room that The Mandem have, would have cost that much. They then went to the courthouse and looked at Abdul's profile and saw that he did have a room a the Casino Hotel.
They then questioned Lana and decided that they could trust her, so they brought her into their investigation. They decided to go to the Casino to see if they could find anything in Abdul's room. After exploring his room, and looking around the casino, they could not find anything and left. They went back to the courthouse, where they ran into Stacey, who asked if Tommy was okay, as she had recieved a message from him. They asked her what the message said, but she changed the subject so they became suspecious of her. After leaving her, they made a plan to kidnap her the next day and read the text. They also agreed to question Abdul.
The next day, Patar and Eli arranged a meeting with Abdul. At first, Abdul played it off as he had no idea why Tommy left. However after a while, he decided to tell them that Tommy had helped him steal money from the state, and that he may have left to avoid police attention.
While Tommy was away, The Mandem had to operate without their leader for the first time since Tommy was given the role. The first couple of days were quite chaotic, with lots of butting heads and arguments, particularly while they believed Tommy had been kidnapped. After this, they often split off into smaller groups, which seemed to fix this and they ended up managing to be very successful this way.
When Tommy returned to the city, he said that he left the city to help one of his friends back in London. He said that he didn't know how dangerous it would be, and he didn't know if he would be back. While talking to Randy, Tommy said that multiple people got 'wetted up'.
After returning to the city, Tommy became ill and stayed in his apartment for three days. During this time, The Mandem robbed the vault twice, which seemed to improve their planning and communication skills somewhat. For both of these jobs, they were accompanied by Alan, who told them that he would not help them again, to push them to hit the vault without any help. When Tommy was healthy again, he was told about this and seemed interested in hacking the vault.

Heist Progression Arc
6th January 2022 - After the gang stopped robbing banks together due to Tommy being bored of it and not wanting to rush banks at tsunami, they wanted to rekindle his passion and get the whole group to learn how to do jobs without Tommy, as he was the only hacker. This rekindling happened after a group meeting where Lana and Dean shared information they had learnt about the VAR heist and a potential casino heist after hanging out with Chang Gang on several occasions. Dean came to the conclusion in this meeting that the different heists were connected with each other and that there was more to robbing banks than met the eye, steering the focus of bank robberies from financial gain to potential progression. After a brief discussion, the group decided to buy a practice laptop, that would be kept in their hotel room so that more gang members could learn how to hack. This would in turn remove some of the future burden of Tommy, while improving the overall skillset of the group. Adam and Lana, having past experience with the hack, bypassed the practice hack after a few attempts.
Upon knowing about the heist progression, Tommy and Dean questioned Randy Bullet about how it was all connected, and Randy told him that he'd help them with the more next heist if/after Mandem successfully robbed the vault as a gang without help from others. At a later date, while the group was at the block, Cleanbois pulled up and Yuno mentioned to Tommy about the Lower Vault and the Yacht. He gave Tommy a C4, and told him it would come in handy soon, and also offered to help if they needed to bypass something. During the Mandem meeting that followed, they all agreed to either hit a Bobcat or a Mandem Vault the next day. When they realized that the dongles were dying, they agreed to hit the Vault the next day, where Tommy would be hacking and they would follow a movie-like plan.
| 7th January 2022 - Tommy,
After setting up for the heist, the main 4 - Tommy, Vince, After sounds of joy and encouragement on the radio, Vince went to thermite the first gate behind the vault door. He failed the thermite twice and got it right on this third try, leaving him with one thermite for the second gate which had the main loot. He successfully thermite the gate with no thermite left, while the rest of the group rejoiced. Tommy and Vince then started collecting the loot from the trays as 
They left the Vault in a stratum and headed towards the airport for their getaway plan. They entered the Hangar from the back, running through the corridor and they all got into their respective stratums as the police scrambled to follow them as two units circled to the front of the hangar. They drove out of the hangar, pitting pursuing police officers trying to chase Tommy and Vince. Tommy and Vince effortlessly got out with the loot, while the rest of the crew took the heat from the police. With the loot secured it was now a matter of getting everyone out safely. After several individual chases everyone either successfully lost their respective pursuing police units or were successfully extracted by other crewmembers. They met up after the Vault at the Mandem Block and celebrated, later going to the Casino to give each person their respective cuts. Randy called Tommy up and congratulated him on the Vault and told him the next step would be the Lower Vault, which he would talk to the Mandem about on a later date. | |||
Oiled up in the RIG
Mandem completed the Oil Rig heist on 19th December 2022, during the NA storm with the squad of Adam, Matt, Patar, Sparky, Cruizer and Winston. Matt completed all the hacks himself, essentially soloing the rig. After successfully completing the rig after several tries over several days, they got paid out $2.1M and 2520 X-Coin.
On 31st December 2022, Mandem completed the Oil Rig heist again, but during the EU storm with the squad of Matt, Patar, Saint, Eli, Kookie and Zaceed. Matt and Zaceed completed all the hacks.
Mandem Meth Run
On 1st March 2022, Mandem did their first meth run. The team consisted of Vince, Adam, Dean, Patar and because Moses was not awake, they brought along Ved. They completed it successfully and received 256k from which 160k went to Patar and the rest kept 16k each. Since then, Mandem have done three more meth runs, out of which they have only failed one.
The gang started doing Meth Runs again on 22nd November, after Denzel cooked 50 bags for them in less than a week, Cruizer successfully drove and they got $411k. On 28th November, after another 50 bags by Denzel, Jay successfully completed the meth run and got $403k. On 30th November, Denzel finished the 3rd batch for Jay to start the meth run and Matt to complete it, getting $431k. On 2nd December, Jay completed his 2nd run cooked by Denzel, and got $431k. On 8 December, Jay completed a record time meth run in 9 minutes, cooked by Denzel and the boys, he got $400k. On 13 December, Jay did his upgraded meth run going 5/5, also cooked by Denzel, he got $389k. On 19 December, Jay did his 2nd upgraded meth run going 6/6 close to 10 minutes, complete MDM's 7th run, cooked by Denzel, getting $404k. On 24 December, Matt completed his 2nd run while doing a classic mdm comms run, cooked by Denzel and the boys, and he got paid $408k.
In total MDM have made $2,846,000 from 8 successful meth runs.
The Boat Heist
On August 4, 2022, The Mandem set out at sea to ambush three boats and collect $300,000 worth of guns after receiving intel from Pigeon. The squad was Tommy, Adam, Winston, Jay, Vince, and Dean (who was picked last).
Winston began scouting up and down the west coast of the island for the convoy of three boats while Dean drove around looking for a Jet Ski before calling Ramee to borrow one of his boats, meanwhile, Tommy, Adam, Jay and Vince drove the rusty boat that Pigeon had left at the docks for them. While sailing to the pinged location and narrowly avoiding sailing straight into the armed convoy, Tommy, Adam, Jay, and Vince met up with Dean. Vince joined Dean in his boat and as two units they surrounded the boats opening fire on the convoy, while also all wondering why they thought it was a good idea to have Winston alone in a helicopter.
After mowing down the armed guards, the Mandem drew in closer and Winston attempted to land on the boat, exploding his helicopter and the boat as he sank to the bottom of the ocean. Thankfully, the other 5 members were able to recover the loot and later, they safely collected Winston from Viceroy Hospital after he was 'ocean dumped by Ved'.
The First PD Wipe
On August 6, 2022, The Mandem wiped Shift 1 PD for the first time. During the war with MG at the MDM turf, the police got heavily involved and started chasing the MG. Dean tried helping the Mara boys and pitted the cops to help them. After that the cops boxed the MG boys at the turf, the gang made a call to clap the cops for ruining their war. After that, Jay, Sparky and Adam shot down cops from the rooftop while Dean and Ved picked cops one by one. After a few minutes of continuous gunfights. MDM wiped 22 cops out of the 30 cops on duty and Brian Knight made the decision to pull off the few cops left and surrendered. It was the gang's first successful PD wipe with only Patar and Matt going down. Sparky started making a song a few minutes later about the whole situation. The 22 Freestyle is about the PD wipe and the RM War.
Civil War
On September 13, 2022, a group including Dean, Adam, Jay, Matt, SK and Marie were talking when Dean told Jay to walk away, and then mentioned his gun bench, before shooting Marie and ocean dumping her. While at the pier Adam was asked if he trusted Jay with the knowledge of the bench and he said no, however Jay heard it and took it as Adam did not trust him. The following day, Moses accidentally mentioned Dean's bench in a car with Marie, so she was ocean dumped again. They originally lied to Vince, telling him that Suarez was the one the did it, but they eventually told him the truth. This lead to a few arguments but it was eventually resolved.
On September 15, 2022, Tommy woke up and was met by a group of people in the block who were planning to hit a Fleeca and a Paleto. He asked them if anything important had happened in the last couple of days as he hadn't been around, and they told him that nothing had happened. Vince then pulled him to a side and told him about the Marie ocean dumping situation and that Dwayne had put a Mandem vest on Saint and told her that she was MDMA. After hearing this, he then got in his car with Patar and they drove to an underground car park when Patar started to update him on what he had missed. Zaceed then called Tommy and asked for a laptop that he had, so they went back to the block to give it to him. Tommy opened his trunk to put it in it and found Adam hiding in it. Tommy then pulled out a shotgun and asked Adam what he was doing in the trunk, Adam said that he was going to update him on what had happened and wasn't taking it too seriously. Tommy was annoyed by the situation and how Adam was acting so he shot him, and he and Patar then left to continue their conversation, and the others took Adam to the hospital. Dwayne gave Adam two bags of blood, which was enough to save him, but he was then admitted to the ICU.
A group meeting happened at the block, which ended up as a heated argument between Dwayne and Tommy. Dwayne felt that everyone deserved an apology from Tommy, however he insisted that only Adam deserved an apology. Tommy then said that Dwayne was making it about himself, rather than Adam, as he has mentioned the fact that he had saved Adam's life, that he wanted an apology and that no one in the group backed him. The conversation then shifted to how you shouldn't shoot your own family, and Dwayne wanted everyone to agree that they would never do it again, however Tommy wouldn't agree to it. Dwayne said that if you shoot family, you are not family anymore. Tommy then said that he and Dwayne weren't Mandem anymore by Dwayne's word and asked if Dwayne wanted to live by his word, but the others broke it up and got them to calm down.
Tommy then had a talk with Moses, where Moses asked Tommy why he wakes up everyday. Tommy said that he didn't know anymore, so Moses suggested that Tommy should go on a long walk and try and find himself. After this, Tommy had a talk with Jay about Adam saying that he didn't trust Jay. The talk lasted for a while, and ultimately ended with Tommy telling Jay about Dean's bench, the ultimate sign of trust. After this conversation, Tommy went on a walk and sat at the top of the observatory, in the exact same spot that he had sat with Adam after he and Lana broke up.
The following day, not long after Tommy woke up, he saw a tweet about a demolition derby, so he and the rest of The Mandem decided to go. Towards the end of the event, Dean and Dwanye got into a fight, and Dean ended up hitting Dwayne's head into a wall, sending him to the hospital and into the ICU for a brief period of time. Dean then found Piper, Dwayne's girlfriend, and shot her. Dwayne woke up and her about this, and started to crawl towards her, causing Lana to call him 'pussy whipped'. Dwayne then shot her, however it didn't harm her that much and she was okay not long after.
They then had a meeting, where Dwayne apologised to Lana, saying that he didn't really know what was happening due to the drugs. They then spoke about the issues with MDM Records, with Tommy, SK and Lana saying that they wanted to be more involved in the company and that it needed to be fixed from the ground up. Dwayne didn't seem to take this to well, but he seemed to eventually agree with them.
Over the following days, Sparky, Lana and Patar try and help Dwayne with Mandem Records, but it leads to arguments and Dwayne not taking their help, still insisting that he can do what he wants, as he is the owner. Notable moments from these arguments include Dwayne and Lana shouting at each other and Lana walking out, and Dwayne telling Sparky that he owns him.
The next day, on September 19, 2022, Adam left the ICU. He was very distant from the gang, however he spoke to Jay. In this conversation he seemed very confused by Tommy's actions and seemed to not care about what happened next. The others spoke to P Money, as the previous day he had a long conversation with Dwayne about his problems with The Mandem and Mandem Records. From what was said, the others seemed to have lost faith in Dwayne.
After the conversation with P ended, Tommy spoke to Dwayne. He once again tried helping with Mandem Records, but was shut down every time by Dwayne. The conversation then switched to Dwayne's issues with the gang. Tommy eventually got it out of Dwayne that he gave the gun that Dean shot Piper with to Piper, with the intention of fucking Dean over. After hearing this, Tommy told Dwayne to get out of the car and put a gun to his head. He apologised for never taking Tommy seriously as a leader and said that it was his biggest regret, and that he wished that he never met Piper. They said that they loved each other, with Dwayne thinking that he was about to die. Tommy instead shot the air and drove away, leaving Dwayne on the top of Mount Chilliad. He then called him and told him that it would be too easy for him to die, and that he wanted him to live knowing what he had done and what he had lost and that he was not to ever come to the block again. He then removed him from the gang app, cementing his removal from the gang.
The next day, Hydra kidnapped Dwayne for Dean, as he had been trying to talk to him for a couple of days but Dwayne had been refusing. Dean told him that he was also an owner of Mandem Records from the start, and that lawyers would be contacting him soon. When they were leaving, Mario pushed Dwayne into the water. Dwayne started to swim away then dived down underwater, drowning himself. He then lost his memory of the last three days, so The Mandem had to re-explain the situation to him.
The next day, Dwayne regained his memory and decided that he would offer Tommy his shares of Mandem Records. Later that day, Adam and Dwayne had a conversation after Adam was told about what had happened by Sparky. Adam said that Dwayne was refusing to take accountability for his actions and that he no longer saw him as family, but still that he still loved him. After this, Adam called Tommy, but he didn't say anything and hung up a few seconds after calling him.
Almost three weeks after Tommy shot Adam, they finally spoke. Tommy admitted that he was wrong for shooting Adam, and said that he was at snapping point, so Adam hiding in his trunk pushed him over the edge and he saw red. He also said that he had heard some members complain about Adam not taking things seriously and told him that he wanted him to do better as a second in command, as he knew that he could. Adam said that he hadn't forgiven Tommy for shooting him, but that he still loved him and that he would try and move on for the sake of the rest of the gang. After the meeting, Adam put his Mandem vest back on for the first time since Tommy shot him.
Dean Leaves The Mandem & Falling out with the Angels
After many months of Dean causing issues of varying magnitude, Tommy heard that Dean had pulled rank on Winston and then shot him for disobeying him. After hearing the full context to the situation, Tommy brought Adam and Patar to a meeting with Dean. During the meeting, Dean did not back down and accept fault, instead deciding to double down, this caused Tommy to demote Dean to MDMA.
The next day, Dean booked a flight and left the city for a few days. During his time away, Dean contemplated leaving The Mandem entirely. However, he decided to stay and work towards getting his chain back.
On the 4th of November 2022, the two gangs had a meeting with each other where The Angels requested The Mandem to transfer them a spray because it’s in the back garden of the Casa de la Angel. The Mandem intended to transfer the spray they had placed, but instead The Mandem refused and the two gangs cut ties with each other.
On 3rd December, 2022, Dean came back to tell Patar he is officially leaving MDM (sadge).
Few weeks passed by, the tension between Angels and MDM, seemed to calm down, until Lang became the sole owner of Cerberus and the Mayor, and started his investigation on Gold Rush, demanding money that is owed to him. He had been asking Tommy but after being ignored he asked the Angels, who decided to take the side of Cerberus and not MDM. After learning that Liam had told Lang about the casino chip deal, they kidnapped him and checked his phone and interrogated him.
On 25 January, 2023, Dean had a chat with Tommy and handed him the real bench key, in good faith.
The Mandem Get a Gun Bench & a Meth Lab
On February 3, 2023, The Mandem competed in an event where the winner would receive a meth lab. Nine gangs participated in the event, with the final five being, MDM, Ballas, RUST, Seaside and the Hidden. During this event, Seaside & RUST were a team whilst MDM & Ballas were a team. In the penultimate challenge, MDM and Ballas arrived first at the location, took all of the product and decided to give one to the Hidden. This meant that RUST and Seaside had no product and were eliminated. They did not take this well, as they felt that they had been betrayed as MDM and Ballas had not chosen to give them any product. They got into a shootout with all of MDM and Ballas going down apart from Matt. Matt managed to get away, while the rest were ocean dumped.
Matt then completed the final challenge, wear he had to defuse a bomb in a meth lab. He cut the correct wire, which was yellow, as yellow had been a recurring colour throughout the event. The Hidden then had a chance to defuse a bomb in another meth lab, however they chose the wrong wire and the lab exploded.
The Mandem were then given the opportunity to steal the lab for themselves, and give the Ballas three and a half million dollars, or share the lab with the Ballas. They chose to share the lab, which was also the decision that the Ballas made. After this, a text was sent to each of the participants letting them know that The Mandem were the winners of the event. Mandem and Ballas both share the meth lab 50:50.
Following this event, Seaside went to war with Ballas, and R.U.S.T shot down kidnapped Matt and Patar and shot Patar which led to the RUST warring MDM. BSK involved themselves into the war against MDM, on 9th Feb, 2023 meaning that MDM was fighting 2 wars simultaneously. MDM retaliated and took a BSK spray up in Sandy. While the war went on, on 10th February, Denzel became MDMA.
Currently as of October 2023, MDM own a gun crafting bench, and a meth lab, making MDM one of the best connects in the city.
Second PD Wipe
Mandem wiped PD once again during the NA tsunami. The squad consisted of Cruizer, Tommy, James, Matt, Patar and Sparky. This was their second time wiping PD during a different storm. Cruizer, Tommy and James went down quite early in the fight, so mainly the duo of Matt and Patar wiped the PD with Sparky joining them later after being interrupted during his roulette game.
Losing the Gun Bench
On 30th October, 2023, Patar woke up late NA to fulfill orders. He went from MDM block to the gun parts guy. He bought parts there, didn't see anyone follow him and went to the bench. He made guns and thermite and left. On his way back, he spotted a person on a bike in a bush right at the tunnel entrance. The bike and an S14 start to follow Patar. He tried to lose them by going up the mountain but his car flipped. The key, 7-8 mil in mats and guns were robbed from Patar. Patar relayed the information to Mandem and they started to look for people who can possibly be involved.
After some investigation, Mandem thought that it might be The Saints. Few days later, they kidnapped Mack Lando from The Saints and questioned him about the bench but he denied that Saints have it. Mandem shot Mack and returned to the Block but to their surprise, Saints were setup at the Block and killed them. While Mandem were down, DJ Cooper admitted that Saints stole the bench. After getting the unlock, Mandem decided that they will war The Saints and make them regret stealing the bench.
Mandem decided to start the war by going for a Saints spray but Saints ended up wiping Mandem and defending the spray. Saint Clair called Matt and offered to end the war for free but Matt declined and talked shit. The war continued for few days and Saints won most of the fights.
On 6th November, 2023, Tommy woke up and got informed about what happened. He decided to setup a meeting with Saints to see where they stand. Saints said that Winston was bragging about Mandem's money so they want 3 mil to end the war but Mandem declined so they brought it down to 2 mil. Mandem decided that they won't go hunt for Saints but will defend their turf instead.
The next day, Mandem reflected on the war and realized that it's better to pay Saints instead of continuing the war. Patar called Saint Clair and offerwd 1.5 mil to end the war but Saints stuck to 2 mil so Patar gave Saint the money and ended the war.
End of an Era
After feeling disconnected from the gang for a while, Tommy realized that it's better for him to step down as Leader and leave the gang. Mandem didn't like this sudden decision by Tommy and wanted him to stay in the gang. They convinced Tommy to stay in Mandem but allowed him to step down. Tommy asked them to elect a new Leader so they voted for Sparky Kane.
On 30th November, 2023, Tommy decided that the gang won't progress and had a meeting with Patar Bellosh and Sparky Kane. Tommy dropped his Mandem chain and started to walk away but Sparky shot him in the back. After blooding out Tommy, Patar decided to steal ~5 mil from Gold Rush which pissed off Tommy and he wanted revenge.
Tommy spoke to Hydra and convinced them to back him and take away MDM's Meth Lab key. SK spoke with Tommy and told him it's "Game On" so Tommy kidnapped Ved and took his chain, which was just the start.
The next day, Patar offered Tommy 10 mil + 3 Vehicles to end it but Tommy took the money and kidnapped Patar. He took Patar to the middle of the ocean and hit his head on the rock and left him to freeze. MDM went on a wild goose chase for Patar and once they got close to Tommy, Winston Bolt switched sides and held up Vince Watson. Tommy gave MDM the location of Patar and escaped. MDM find Patar and took him to the hospital where the doctors told them that Patar lost his arm.
Michael Simone, with the help of Diamond Dogs, placed few bombs in MDM Block to get it ready for Tommy.
Denzel kept messaging Tommy so he called him. Tommy dropped hints that the Block was going to be blown up and Denzel caught onto it. Denzel informed MDM about it so they started to look for Tommy. They found Tommy with the help of helicopters but ended up giving themselves away. SK asked Tommy what he wanted to end it but he didn't want anything. Tommy asked for a 1 on 1 with SK but SK brought all MDM so he dipped.
Michael told Tommy about the bombs and gave him the detonator. Tommy offered 5 mil (1 for each person involved in planting bombs) and Mick accepted it. Tommy finally met with all MDM and revealed the detonator. Tommy kept giving examples of how MDM are all talk but no action. SK asked if he wants to demolish MDM and Tommy said they need a fresh start.
As the sun was setting, Moses walked into the middle of both sides. He said that both sides are destroying what they built just out of hatred while he just wanted to go home to his Block which setup Tommy perfectly to execute his plan.
> SK : "You know if you do that T (blow up the Block), that's your beginnings gone."
> Tommy : "You're right. That's my beginnings.... not your beginnings. You wanna rebuild right? Well it's time to start rebuilding."
The beautiful Los Santos Sunset brought a lot more darkness to MDM than they ever imagined. Tommy pressed the button and the explosion from the Block illuminated the sky. Moses, the guy who has been beside Tommy since the start, shot him and left his body in the cold. MDM left Tommy at the hospital and went to check what's left of their house. The block was covered with rubble, smoke and fire. They looked at the Mural to reflect at what they had but it was covered with dust, except for Tommy's face which was shining because of the light above.
accepting defeat, asked Tommy for the chains back so MDM can rebuild. Tommy agreed to return Ved's chain but wanted to keep Vince's because of his attitude. While Tommy spoke to SK, Moses came to talk. Moses, with the blown up Block in the background, asked Tommy if he regretted it and Tommy said he didn't.. for now. Tommy ended his friendship with Moses, one of the longest friendships he has had in the city, and they parted ways.

FELINA
After 3 years and a lot of UPS and DOWNS, The Mandem decided that this journey had taught them a lot and they grew up a lot, so they needed to take care of some priorities. Focus on themselves.
- Jay & Saint finally got engaged, took them 5 years.
- Patar came out of the ICU and his dad scolded him and ordered him to leave the US, to visit home and work at their farm for a while.
- Matt took Tati on a vacation to the UK.
- Moses said his goodbye to the city of LS.
- Sparky tagged along with Matt and Tati on the same plane but got off at a different airport.
- and the rest followed through going their separate ways to focus on themselves for a while.
