The District is a syndicate comprised of the ashes from the HOA that operates primarily in Paleto Bay.
General Description[]
Siz Fulker founded the group on December 29th 2023.
The group formed from the ashes of the HOA, consisting mainly of its former members.
Originally, the group went by The PD and NotHOA, but never officially chose the name until April 4th 2024 - The District. By then Siz had become MIA and Julio Thomas was elected the new leader on March 26th 2024.
The PD never really meant anything, but it was meant to be a joke on the "Police Department" as Siz wanted to squat in the Paleto Bay Sherriff's Office and make it as the new headquarters for the group.
