It's Raining - The Early Days

Summary - Jean Paul, Marty Banks, Benji Ramos, Raymond Romanov, Mickey Sinclaire and Yuno Sykk form a group named, "The Company", to progress in heists, as well as, in the legal areas.

The Beginning of a Journey

Jean Paul, Marty Banks, Benji Ramos, Raymond Romanov, Mickey Sinclaire and Yuno Sykk missed the vibes that they had with each other, and wanted to work together to build something new. On December 17, 2024, they all wanted to buy a property, so that they can place a crafting bench, but realised that they needed a name for the group first. They thought of names and one of them was, "Lethal Company", so Benji thought of shortening it to just "The Company", and everyone agreed. They came up with a codeword, "It's raining", so that any member can alert others about a meeting, at a common spot - Suds Law Lundromat. While they saved up for the property, Outto-Tune Tyrone (OTT) approached them, and wanted to help, so after a bit of discussion, they decided to invite OTT as the 7th man of The Company, on December 20, 2024, after which they did their first ever Company event at the VU. After a lot of hard work, Company finally got enough funds to buy the cheapest property on the market, a Trailer located at Fudge Lane, and became the owners of the first ever property in Los Santos, after buying it for $110,000. They noticed that a cat came up to the Trailer everyday, and decided to adopt it and name it "Pickles." Company then started striking deals with other crews, like - offering cheap car parts to Mary Domino-Mushkin to help with Mosley's, offering cheaper Toolkits to PD, buying lockpicks from Hydra in bulk, to resell for profits, and much more.

Crossroads; the True Core

Summary - Jean Paul’s frustrations with the group led him to believe that there needed to be a core of six people who would trust and die for each other. He sensed that "The Company" had too many friends outside of the group and he would either get someone out or personally leave as the CEO of the group. A day later with the members meeting up for a Forecast, the group discussed the root problem, which led to Marty Banks leaving the group, and Yuno Sykk following him later.

The Company was starting to get everything together, but it didn't take long for the first issue to arise. Mickey Sinclaire was meant to make a deal with Leonardo Slacks, to offer toolkits to PD, but Jean Paul didn't like that it was taking long, and wanted to make the deal himself. Few hours later, Jean Paul had a talk Marty Banks and Yuno Sykk and said that Company isn't the group for him, so it's better if he cuts himself off. After the talk, Benji Ramos noticed that something was off with Yuno, and pressured him into revealing the truth about Jean Paul. Benji, in a sense of panic, called Raymond Romanov and Outto-Tune Tyrone for a meeting and informed them about the secret meeting, and how neither of the three were picking up calls. They decided to talk with Jean Paul before anything happens, and if everything goes to shit, they will still work together. The next day, they had a meeting, and Jean Paul put all the blame on Marty. Marty, frustrated about being thrown under the bus, decided to leave the meeting, and later told OTT that he wanted a break and gave up his keys. Mickey told Jean Paul to apologize to Marty, but he didn't want to. Marty secretly created a duplicate key to the house as well. Few days later, on January 7, 2024, Company found Lester, so Jean Paul taunted Marty, so he decided to change the locks of the Trailer. Company meet with Marty, and Marty demanded to be bought out and gave them a warning that Jean Paul will backstab them. Marty apologized for changing the locks and made two new keys, but Jean Paul still didn't accept it. The next day, Yuno, sad because of the drama, told Company that he also wanted to leave. Marty then met Yuno, and Yuno said he wanted to be with a crew that put him first, instead of trying to be first.

Crypto Game

Summary - The Company discovered the new PC stuff and decided to enter the market, by selling PCs, GPUs, Racks and Butcoin, to various individuals.

Investing in new technology
After finding Lester, Company decided to dive into the Cyber Market by selling pre-made stuff to others. They offered pre-built PCs, GPU Racks and Butcoin, at various prices, and made a lot of money to invest into their future endeavors. This wasn't was smooth sailing, as they had to deal with people undercutting them and calling it a scam.

A Crucial Catnapping

Summary (January 13, 2024) - Benji Ramos kidnaps Pickle, the Company cat, and brings him to the new Company HQ.

Pikole Time
Company sold their Trailer at Fudge Lane to the Lumberjack Union, but they decided to leave Pickle, the Company guy. On January 13, 2024, Benji Ramos snuck back to the Trailer, and conducted a successful kidnapping of Pickles, and left a note - "WE TOOK HIM BITCH." Benji then took Pickle to the new HQ and gave him a home in the backyard.

Chaos in the PC Market

Summary (January 13, 2024) - OTT, Raymond, and X got a wake up call on Twatter that someone was selling a PC setup at $9,000, below what the Company was selling at $12,000 with the HDD installed. Jason Polam, the salesman in question, was the one whom Raymond sold it to not too long ago. A plan was set up by The Company to try to get the PC from him. OTT would be in disguise to fake a deal with Jason, before X and Ray robbed him. Once OTT met up with Jason and his crew (Civ Gang), they all got set up and robbed, but the PC wasn't there. X and Ray proceeded to rob the house keys along with a notebook of everyone's name in Jason's crew. Later Jason started informing the cops about what happened and what the PC was like. Learning what Dexx revealed to OTT, that Jason was snitching to the cops about the incident, the Company decided to go to war with Jason and his crew.

Issues with Civ Gang

Company were into PC selling business, and on the January 13, 2024, they got to know that Jason Polam was undercutting the market, so Jean Paul wanted to shoot him. They thought of a plan to set up a deal with Jason, and then rob him. Outto-Tune Tyrone called Jason to do the plan, and him and Raia Kaine arrived at the bank, where they got held up by Jean Paul and Raymond Romanov. They robbed a house key from Jason and Raia, so they went looking for the house, and finally found the house. Nunu El Nene tried to hold them up, so Jean Paul shot her. They tried to enter the house using the key, but realized that the locks were changed. The people with Nunu called the cops, so they had to leave. After the situation, Dexx Martin saw Jason speaking to the cops, and informed Company. Company waited for Jason to leave MRPD, but he got a PD escort, so they followed him and shot at him. Few days later, they found Eugene Zuckerberg undercutting on Twatter, so they kidnapped him, and got another key, but it turned out to be fake.

The Internship Program

The Internship Program was created by Mickey to expand the company's numbers, to develop assets, and to cover for Mickey's absence while he took up a business meeting in Japan.

Lethal Company; The War On Cypress

Summary: Lang’s crew, Cypress, and the Company realized too late that unbeknownst to each other, they had bought the same territory for marijuana growing, Arush Patel Santana oceandumped one of the Company sellers, and it lead to a war between the groups. After few days, Mickey ended the war on mutual terms.

The Company-Cypress War

Company and had some issues, because Cypress were undercutting the PC Market, and on January 21, 2024, Arush Patel "Speedy" Santana found Ben, one of Company's pushers, in Cypress Flats. Speedy told Ben to stop pushing, but Ben didn't want to, so Speedy stabbed and oceandumped him. Company were already thinking about going after Cypress, and after Dexx Martin informed them about Ben, it was the final nail in the coffin. A squad, consisting of Jean Paul, Raymond Romanov, Outto-Tune Tyrone and Dragon Rush, rolled out and killed Lang Buddha, Harry Brown and Luciano DiCenzo. After which, Lang, Harry and Luciano, went to Company HQ, and held up Dragon, Freya Pepperwoods and Benji Ramos. After sometime, Jean Paul, Benji and Raymond, went hunting for members of Lang's Sanitation Union, and stumbled upon, Lang, Harry and Douglas Loftis, and killed all of them. After few days of hunting Lang's workers, on February 1, 2024, Mickey Sinclaire returned from his trip and wanted to end the conflict. Jean Paul then gave Mickey the role of "CEO", and told him to end the war. Mickey met with Lang and Luciano, and Lang tried to get Mickey, to convince Company, to move out of Cypress. Mickey asked Lang for the reasoning for war, and Lang thought that it started because he hung up on Raymond.

Enemy to Everyone

Summary: The Company caused a cascade effect of killing and shooting certain people connected with other groups, garnering bad impressions from the violent activities going around. One such fatality was Ash Ketchup, an affiliate of Hydra Gang whom X nearly killed while she was doing runs for the LSSU.

The Company-Hydra conflict

During The Company and Cypress conflict, Ash Ketchup was shot a few times, as she worked with Lang Buddha. Juan Carlos "Flippy" Hernandez had spoke to Company about Ash getting shot, but Jean Paul had told him that she was involving herself, so the issue ended for the time being. On January 30, 2024, Raymond Romanov and Jean Paul were looking for Union workers, and followed a Sani truck, but to their surprise, Ash was on it. Jean Paul shot Ash, and then got chased by cops, but got away. Ace Carter informed Juan Carlos "Flippy" Hernandez about the situation, so he called Jean Paul. Jean Paul told Flippy that Ash was getting killed because of her relationship with Lang, and because she keeps twatting about Company, but Flippy didn't like the answer and declared war. Hydra got a squad and rolled out to look for Company. They found Raymond, but he immediately ran towards the cops, which pissed Hydra off. As soon as Raymond left the sight of the cops, Hydra snatched him up and shot him. After some time, Raymond and Outto-Tune Tyrone decided to have a chat with Hydra, and explained their perspective, which was understood by Flippy, so the conflict ended.

The Beginning of Pharmaceuticals

Summary : Company bought a turf and got weed strain to start selling drugs. They quickly made it into a new division - "Pharmaceutical Division", with Karl Johnny Black as the Project Manager of the divison.

After the HQ App was available, Company named their weed strain, "ZAZA" and started pushing in Cypress, which caused a lot of issues with Cypress, as they were pushing "Scooby-Doo" strain in the same area. Company slowly started building their weed operation, under the Pharmaceuticals Division, with Dexx Martin and Sylvain "Fred" Bossé as the growers, and Karl Johnny "KJ" Black, Michael "Mike" Manx and Ben as the sellers. On February 5, 2024, KJ was pushing in Cypress, and Lang Buddha called cops on him, but it backfired, and caused a Cypress seller to get caught. Few hours later, Lang snitched again, but this time cops caught KJ. While in the cells, one of the cops slipped up, and told KJ that someone snitched. KJ spoke to Raymond Romanov about it, and he relayed it to Mickey Sinclaire, Benji Ramos and Jean Paul. All of the Board Members were impressed with KJ's work, so Benji thought of making him the Head of Pharmaceuticals Division. Benji asked others for their thoughts, and they agreed. After getting the promotion, KJ worked relentlessly and got the Division up and running. After few weeks, Company bought another HQ App, and got a new strain - "ANITA", inspired by Jean Paul, and started pushing in Sandy Shores. The ANITA sellers worked really hard to get the turf rep up, and even convinced other Sandy crews to push ANITA. Their work paid off, as after a long time of pushing, on March 6, 2024, Sandy Shores overtook Cypress, and became the Number #1 Turf in the city. After the weed system changed a bit, on March 22, 2024, KJ brought in Reggie Might, as the Research & Development person, and with his help Company unlocked the best weed qualities within hours. But Sandy's reign didn't last long, as every group in the city started pushing weed and targeting Sandy. On April 19, 2024, after being the Highest Rep Turf for over a month, Sandy lost their position to Families, where Hydra, Already Dead MC, The Kaneshiro Clan and The Angels were working together.

The House Heist

Summary: Jean Paul the former CEO and founder left The Company and took most of the valuable items out of The Company. The main crafting bench, computers, GPU, storage containers, and GPU racks stolen from JP. Marty Banks warning for The Company's Chief Executives finally caught up to them, now without the secondary crafting bench, less than two PC, and less than eights GPU racks sets The Company back and from being competitive with other top competitors and now back to week 3 progression with the leftovers.

Jean Paul leaves

Since the beginning of The Company, there were several instances when Jean Paul thought of leaving, but never actually did it. After causing some issues with Marty Banks and Yuno Sykk, Marty had warned the others that one day Jean Paul will betray them and leave, but Company wanted to wait till it actually happened. On February 5, 2024, the day of reckoning came, Jean Paul woke up earlier than usual, and secretly took 10 Racks, filled with 6060 GPUs, the main PC and around 200 BUTC, which equated to bout 70% of the assets, with some help from Marty. Outto-Tune Tyrone woke up after some time, and noticed everything missing, so he checked the PC, and there was a note from Jean Paul, which said : "I love you all to death but there's no way you would've let me leave on my own terms. Tell the Interns they did fantastic. I'm not the leader I thought I was, the company is better of without me. For Mickey : Tell Ginger i did love her for real. Keep her as an asset, I am not running off into the sunset with nobody. I changed my sim card so there's a good chance her texts don't go through anymore. There wasn't any heists to pull off so I completed the house Heist. - X" The news left Company Board devastated, but at the same time, gave them the energy to be the best they can be, and prove Jean Paul wrong. On February 6, 2024, Jean Paul was helping Irwin Dundee, and got held up by Terry Linkston, which was noticed by Ari O, who informed Benji Ramos. Benji pulled up and knocked out Jean Paul with a wrench, and took the Rainbow USB, which was stolen by Jean Paul.

The Laundromat Heist Journey

On February 7, 2024, the HQ App got an update, and there were two new heists - Laundromat and Ammunation Crates. Company decided to do Laundromat first, with the squad of - Benji Ramos, Raymond Romanov, Outto-Tune Tyrone, Patar Bellosh and Irwin Dundee. Benji cut off the power, and they started looting the washing machines, to get coins. Raymond then found a safe inside, but fails. Company get a Red USB ($LOYALTY) and escape the cops. Company hit the Laundromat few plans with various different plans like - A Company Job, inspired with Italian Job and Acting as Laundry Customers, but got some duplicate USBs, so they thought of trading with other crews. First trade was done with Civ Gang, who started building connections with Company, after resolving their initial conflict. Outto-Tune Tyrone met with Jason Polam, gave him Company's duplicate Red USB ($LOYALTY) and got a Yellow USB ($LAUGHTER). OTT then did a job with Not BSK and got an Orange USB ($HONESTY), so NotBSK allowed him to take it, so Company can progress. With no luck for a while, Company started reaching to more crews, in order to get the final USB - Purple ($MAGIC), and luckly for them, Juan Carlos "Flippy" Hernandez had one. Mickey Sinclaire, Benji and OTT negotiated with Flippy, and finally reached a deal to get the Purple USB and 100 BUTC, and in return give Flippy - Yellow, Orange and Blue USBs. With all six USBs in hand, on February 20, 2024, Company traded in the USBs with the Monkey man, and unlocked Strawberry and Rancho Cash Exchange, and got an Unicorn, named "Sparkles", making them the second group to reach the next progression, just behind Cypress.

The Cash Exchange Heists

After completing the USB set from Laundromat on February 20, 2024, Company did the first ever Cash Exchange on February 27, 2024, with - Raymond Romanov, Benji Ramos, Outto-Tune Tyrone, Mickey Sinclaire, Irwin Dundee and Max Wood as the squad. Benji disabled the smart locks, and Max unlocked the vault, by one-shotting the hack. They went inside the vault and got around 40k worth of Banded Cash. Ray sneaked out of the back door, and handed 18k to OTT, after which he returned and took part in the chase. Almost everyone got away, but Max got left behind, and got caught. On March 25, 2024, Company hit the Cash Exchange again, but to their surprise, they got a sticker booklet - "Rainbow Lightning Bolt", and after turning it in with the Monkey Man, they got sent on a riddle hunt, and completed step 1/4. Company got "3 Apples" Sticker on March 29, 2024, and completed step 2/4. Company got "Rainbow Lightning Bolt" Sticker on March 31, 2024, and completed step 3/4. Company got "Rainbow Lightning Bolt" sticker on April 1, 2024, and completed the last step of the riddles, to unlock the next level of progression - Maze Bank.

Lethal Company; The War On Manor

Summary - Keandre Davis, one of Company's growers and a member of The Manor, leaves The Company, and Manor plan to take down Sandy Shores as the top turf. Few days later, Manor rob OTT, and kick off the war between the groups.

The Company - Manor Conflict.

With the new weed system, Reggie Might was working tirelessly to figure out the best quality of weed, and kept Karl Johnny "KJ" Black and Keandre "Dre" Davis updated, but he wasn't aware that the information was getting leaked to other crews. Dre was working with Company, but was also a Hangaround for The Manor, so he kept Eli Porter, the grower for Manor, updated with Reggie's discoveries. On March 24, 2024, Pharmaceuticals was doing their usual weed work, and Dre told Michael "Mike" Manx that he wants to bring Eli into the Division. Mike didn't have the authority to make the decision, so he wanted to wait for KJ, but Dre was getting impatient and gave an ultimatum that if Eli isn't brought in, he will leave. Mike informed KJ about the ultimatum, and he was surprised, because Dre used to be in Seaside, and was very loyal. KJ confronted Dre about it, and Dre pushed the blame on Mike, by saying he took a joke too literally. Dre then explains that a relationship with Manor will only be beneficial to Company. Dre, shocked by KJ's questioning, told Sparky Kane, the leader of Manor, that he doesn't want to work with Company anymore, so Sparky started making a plan to do "Order 66" on Sandy Shores, and make them drop from being the top turf. Sparky spoke to various gangs like Hydra, The Saints and Chang Gang, and they were happy to help. Dre spoke to Reggie and KJ, and wanted six weed racks, that he put in, but he wasn't aware that Reggie had kept track of everything and knew that Dre only put in five. Reggie asked Dre why he was lying, but Dre denied it. Manor couldn't pull off Order 66, but on April 6, 2024, Manor was trying to rob Money runners, and spotted Outto-Tune Tyrone and robbed him for his gun. OTT then asks Terry Linkston for the gun + $5k, but Terry denied the offer, so OTT declared war. Matthew Antov, Jon Joyce, Ricky LaFleur and Terry then waited outside the Company HQ, waiting to catch anyone lacking, but their cover got blown, as Matt killed Jon, and Ricky got killed by Company. Mickey Sinclaire tried to talk to Manor at the hospital, but they kidnapped and oceandumped him. Swan DeLeur, Benji Ramos, Malcolm "Sly" Jenkens and Freya Pepperwoods went looking for Mickey, and saved him. After some days of hiding, by both sides, they finally had a fight on April 9, 2024, where 3 Company and 4 Manor survived. OTT was done with the beef so he called SK to end the war on mutual terms, and he agreed. On April , 2024, Ramee El-Rahman stirred a bit between OTT and Sparky, and started a diss track beef between the two. Sparky released the first track - "Bad Company (OTT Diss)", as a warning, and OTT responsed with his own diss - "Bad Manors", so Sparky released the final diss - "KINGS DEAD". Beverly Brekker also wanted to take part in diss track war and released two of his own disses - "Manor Banter" and "Response".

My Criminal Academia

Mickey Sinclaire wanted to set up another event, and thought of doing an academy to teach new people about the basics of being a criminal, and named it - "My Criminal Academia". He approached various different individuals and groups, to try and get admissions, and even got so people to teach the classes. The classes were planned from March 25, 2024 to March 29, 2024, with the classes being - Criminal 101 by Mr. Kebun, Getaway 101 by Irwin Dundee, Cybersecurity by Marty Banks, Physical Security by Raymond Romanov, Gaslight, Gatekeep, Girlboss by April Fooze, with few events like Beach Day by Beverly Brekker on March 27, 2024, and Prom Day on March 29, 2024. The Students involved in the Academy were - Freya Pepperwoods, January Fooze, Eli Lum, Lottie Mae, Swan DeLeur, Timothy Butler, Ray Mond, Raia Kaine, Vee Hernandez and Matthew Antov.

The Maze Bank Heists

The Maze Bank Heists

After turning all four stickers from Cash Exchange, Company unlocked Maze Bank Heist. They had their first go at Maze Bank on April 3, 2024, with Raymond Romanov, Benji Ramos, Outto-Tune Tyrone, Bodhi Mack, Fiona Stewart and Cau Mau. They made good progress with Bodhi acing the Thermite, but they failed to do the Memory Hack. They attempted the Maze Bank a couple more times, with Jayden Dennis becoming the main hacker, and got stuck at Memory hack a lot. They never got to fully complete the heist, as Company disbanded before they could enter the vault.

It was raining, for the very last time

The Collapse of "The Board"

Company had a lot of issues, especially within The Board, about their direction and vision, with Outto-Tune Tyrone wanting more of a "gang" like mindset and Mickey Sinclaire having the opposite mindset. They usually settled on a less aggressive decision, but it didn't take long for the band-aid to fall off. On May 6, 2024, Benji Ramos was finally fed up with OTT's mindset and called for a Company wide meeting. Benji called out OTT for trying to take them into a gang like mindset, but OTT didn't like the tone. OTT started lashing out at Benji by calling him a dickrider and saying that Benji does the same thing as him but somehow gets away. The next day, Mickey spoke to OTT and didn't like the direction in which Company was moving and told Beverly Brekker that he wants to quit. Brekkers, most loyal to Mickey, told Mickey that he wanted to quit as well, so Mickey fired him. Mickey informed Benji and Raymond Romanov about his decision, and Benji gave his two week notice to leave as well. They decided that it's better to liquidate Company assets between the four Board Members, and Benji ordered Dragon Rush and Achez Perez to take 75% of everything from the HQ, leaving 25% as OTT's share. Few hours later, OTT woke up to an almost empty house, and was furious that others removed stuff without talking to him. Raymond called OTT to inform him about what happened, but OTT wanted to know where the stuff was. Raymond said that everything is in a neutral place, so OTT asked how it was neutral, if he doesn't know the location. Company had it's last Board Meeting, on top of their original meeting spot - The Laundromat, where OTT expressed his anger about the stuff being taken, but was told that he got out-voted. They then swiftly moved onto the Asset distribution, Benji and Ray wanted to keep "ZAZA" App, as it had the most progression, with Mickey wanting to keep "Uppie Wuppie", so OTT offered to take "ANITA". Benji didn't want OTT to have ANITA App, since it had all the weed stuff, so they voted that ANITA stays with Pharma, and each Board Member gets $75k for it. Board Members called for a Company wide meeting, and informed everyone that Company has officially disbanded. After disbanding The Company, OTT and Mickey went solo, while Benji and Ray started their own crew - Hades. Beverly Brekker followed Mickey in his adventures, and all Project Managers, except Sly, followed Ray and Benji.
