The Collectors are a group of anonymous individuals that work on behalf of the Curator.
General Information[]
The Curator is a mysterious unknown individual, who has a need to collect things of great value or rarity. The Curator entered Los Santos and filled part of the void left by the PM's absence, recruiting individuals and gangs to do their bidding, particularly boosting cars.
The Curator offers great rewards for those who are loyal and successful or punishments and blacklisting for those that disappoint.
The Collectors act on behalf of the Curator, finding promising individuals and handing out tasks to them, monitoring their progress and rewarding or punishing them as appropriate.
One of the Collector's most notorious acts was the death of Rose Rhodes. NBC was tasked with boosting a 22b by Bloodhound and was asked to bring the fireworks. During the boost the car was disabled so NBC decided to shoot, the resulting shootout led to the death of Rose and the conviction of multiple NBC members for murder. However the PD never learnt the full involvement on the Collectors
