After a long period of absence, Jacob Harth has returned to revive the Dark Web along side The Reverend. The goal is to provide surveillance equipment to both the police and criminals, all the while having convenient management of them. They gave quests to potential members such as the late James McAfee (to replace the late James Carter) and Outto-Tune Tyrone (who refused to participate). They wish to restore the old days of when The Dark Web was respected by criminals and police alike. In addition, they will be providing guns through the Dark Web, as provided by various parties such as Raja Bahadur.
