Tash Vidal is a character role-played by LittleFirestone.
General Description[]
Tash Vidal is a Probationary Police Officer for the Los Santos Police Department, Badge #609-P.
Tash is confident and quirky, known for her flirtatious innuendos, dramatic reactions, and relentless pursuit of criminals, earning her the nickname "the hound". A triathlete with a love for fitness, she’s covered in prison tattoos from her past work in prison.
Tash is a reformed serial cheater who now finds stability in relationships with women, joking she’s too scared to cheat on them. Though she has a strong smoking habit, she often channels her addictive tendencies into healthy pursuits. Her obliviousness and scatterbrain nature add to her unpredictable charm.
Physical Description[]
Tash is a 30 year old woman of mixed Caucasian and Middle Eastern descent, with naturally light brown eyes and dark brown hair, which she dyes white. She began dyeing her hair after turning 27, when she noticed an increase in white hairs. Tash's physical appearance has been marked by several traumatic incidents:
- Tongue Reconstruction (October 2021): Underwent tongue reconstruction after waking up with part of it cut out, likely due to a conflict involving her ex-husband’s fiancée.
- Eyeball Removal (October 2022): Kidnapped and had her right eye removed by a criminal; she sacrificed it to protect her cadet and now has a glass eye.
- First Heart Attack (December 2022): Suffered a heart attack on duty, revealing a blocked artery; advised to improve her diet and quit smoking.
- Second Heart Attack (January 2023): Flatlined for 5 minutes after another heart attack on duty; warned another could end her police career.
Tash is covered in tattoos, including a mermaid playing a harp on her right arm, symbolising her love for music and the ocean, and a fist breaking a chain on her left shoulder, representing her recovery from methamphetamine addiction. The rest of her tattoos are Japanese art, inked by inmates during her time as a Correctional Officer at the Melbourne Remand Center.
Personality[]
Tash Vidal is like a tornado wrapped in a mom blanket, loud, chaotic, but somehow also caring. Her addictive personality has taken her on a wild ride. She went from being hooked on meth in her teens to getting obsessed with healthier vices, like gym workouts, and relentlessly chasing criminals. Despite ditching the meth, she still has a thing for cigarettes.
She’s blunt, calls everyone “c*nt” (with love or fury, depends on the day). Relationships? Well, she views commitment like a rollercoaster where you love someone, but also enjoy a few side adventures along the way. She’s cheated on every partner but genuinely doesn’t get why people think that's weird. That is until she married Gumtree where she consistently fights her inner demons.
Tash is a drama magnet, but it's mostly self-inflicted. She’s clumsy, distractible, and would argue with a table leg if it stubbed her toe. Her mind wanders faster than her patrol car, but despite all the chaos, she’s got a big heart, making people either love her or just laugh at the absurdity of it all.
Background[]
Tash Vidal’s life has always been a bit of a mess, starting back in Perth, Western Australia. Her mom, Fatima, was hooked on meth and surrounded by a revolving door of sketchy guys. Fatima was usually too high to even tell Tash much about their Lebanese roots, leaving Tash to figure things out on her own. Her dad, a police sergeant, had enough of the chaos and packed up for Melbourne, leaving Tash and her mom behind. By the time she was 15, Tash had fallen right into the same routine, addicted to meth and running drug errands to keep it going. At 18, with her life falling apart and her mom sinking deeper into addiction, Tash swallowed her pride and called her dad. He agreed to help, but it came with conditions. She had to move to Melbourne, live with him, and follow his strict rules. Her dad didn’t mess around. He’d wake her up at 4 AM with a banging spoon, make her run until she couldn’t anymore, and put her to work cleaning police station toilets. It was tough, but it slowly pulled her out of addiction. As much as she hated it, she found herself getting stronger, both physically and mentally, and even started to find purpose in the police work she used to despise. Before long, Tash joined the Victoria Police, following in her father’s footsteps. She climbed the ranks quickly, becoming a sergeant in her late twenties. On the surface, she had it all together—a career, a family, and stability. But the pressure of being a wife and mom started to suffocate her. To blow off steam, she started hitting the party scene, spending her nights with a crowd that wasn’t exactly on the right side of the law. What started as a way to escape the monotony of home life soon got out of hand. Tash found herself getting deeper into the criminal underworld, hanging out with some seriously shady characters. She crossed a line and became a gun dealer, using her police knowledge to stay ahead of the game. But living a double life caught up with her. When the authorities got wind of what she was up to, Tash knew prison was looming. So, she did what she was best at—she ran. She packed her bags, leaving her husband, kids, and everything she knew behind. With a warrant out for her arrest, Tash fled Australia, knowing she could never go back. Her old life was over, and Australia became nothing more than a place she could never return to—a past she couldn’t fix. |
