General Description[]
Talia Puff was formerly a Hangaround with Bang Boys Syndicate. After reuniting with her brother Tommy Puff, the group's Second-In-Command, Talia quickly made a name for herself in Los Santos; in under a week, she had several warrants regarding animal-related crimes, including Poaching, Animal Cruelty, and Kidnapping an EMS K9.
Talia was dedicated to antagonizing members of the San Andreas State Park Rangers, particularly Flop Dugong and Avery Stone, the former of whom issued a Mental Evaluation Request for Talia to be held in Bolingbroke Penitentiary following Talia's kidnapping of Dr. Sarah Tonain; intending to get back at Avery Stone. After spending 19 years in Bolingbroke Penitentiary, Talia was finally let out by Flop Dugong, noting that she was 'forgotten.' During this time, her unavailability lead to her parting ways with the Bang Boys. She then spent her time further targeting members of the Rangers and their families, even burning down the home of Tommy Melarky.
In the aftermath of the Government Collapse, Talia was shot in the head by Tommy Melarky while trying to evacuate. She died instantly.
Background Information[]
Talia Rose Puff was born to Terry Puff and Bonnie Bailey in a chaotic household within Los Santos. Bonnie was pushing to her way up the political climate of San Andreas and Terry only wanted to explore the seedier sides of the city. Realizing quickly that Terry and Talia were liabilities, Bonnie decided to cut all ties, starting with getting Terry deported and disowning the baby toddler Talia completely. Together, Talia and Terry were shipped off to New South Wales in Australia, to Sydney.
Despite the rough life she led, between the drugs, the begging, and the debt, Talia did her best to keep her chin up and persevere. She wanted to do better in her life, and decided to attend a Police Academy. She passed coming out the other end as a Peace Officer with the New South Wales Police Force, Badge #649, at the age of 21. Talia pushed hard to keep the citizens of the state secure. Unfortunately for her, however, she fell in love.
Married, and having made plans for kids, Talia and Alexander Turner were officers together, and constantly patrolled together. For years, life seemed to work its way towards a better and better state. A shadow loomed over Talia, however, as her work in the Police Force came back to bite her; The Moran family bit back. Shot, kidnapped, and held in a small, worn-down apartment in the Inner West, members of the Moran family gave Talia a choice: die with her husband as the building was set alight, or execute her husband and walk free to try and capture them another day. Talia made her tear-stained choice, slit her husband’s throat, and shot down the Moran family brutes before they could think.
Talia Turner died, with Talia Puff turning herself in by calling in the casualties. To this end, Talia was removed from her job, and tossed into Dillwynia Women's Correctional Centre for a number of years. Her time in Dillwynia let her pay penance to the people she arrested by following through with brutal assaults, gruesome hits, and constantly using her connections with her time as an officer to smuggle in what she needed. Talia took advice, made steps, and became a smuggling deadly brute, traveling between groups and trying to keep her father afloat with her jobs. Eventually, however, Terry let slip that Tommy existed. After months of turmoil and research, Talia located Tommy Puff back in her birth state of San Andreas. Taking a chance seeing someone she was related to, with a rap sheet at that, Talia departed Sydney to see her real family.
