This was allowed because of his familial ties to his father Barry Benson and, at the time, stepfather Irwin Dundee. These connections afforded him insights into the club's inner workings and fostered a sense of belonging within the BBMC, eventually quitting the Los Santos Police Department to join the motor club.

- Sarah Weasel (February 20, 2022) - Shot and killed her at Dean World after she stabbed Jordan, a BBMC Prospect, without provocation[4]. TJ won a Stand your Ground bench trial against Wrangler and beat a second degree murder charge. The whole incident was ruled as self-defense[5].
- Axel Justice (September 7, 2023) - He was taken hostage as part of the negotiations trying to take over the prison. Yaeger and TJ executed the commissioner in front of a camera streaming to the whole city[6].
