Stevia Rosé is a spoiled rich girl who wants one thing and one thing only: booger sugar. She's here in Los Santos for the month on a partying visa and she's ready to party. She just got her driver's license and she's ready to get fucked up behind the wheel.
Her daddy owns Hotel™, the hottest nightclub in Berlin, and she's the heiress to his fortune. Her father has other goals for his daughter's time in the city, expecting her to find a nice man, whereas Stevia's only interest is in cocaine.
Stevia's patience wears thin extremely quickly, and she demands that her whims be satisfied. She wishes to shut her brain off at all times, unlike the common folk who need to use them. Due to several years of heavy cocaine use turning her brain to "mush", she is not capable of feeling empathy or love. The only thing that makes her feel anything is cocaine, and she becomes reactive to the point of violence when others try to prevent her from pursuing this goal.
Physical Description[]
Stevia is a very slim white woman with an arrogant walk and shoulder-length blonde hair. She wears a white singlet and short denim skirt with leggings and a yellow plaid overshirt worn without the buttons done up. Her accessories include a blue beret, layered silver necklaces, a chunky brown bracelet on her left wrist, and a watch with a bright pink band on the other. She is missing several of her teeth after being hit by a car.
Background Information[]
Before coming to Los Santos, Stevia had been in Berlin on a partying visa for the last 7 years. Her father, Bill Rosé, is a billionaire and, as a result, she's been "protected from all things ranging from violence to fast food."
Character Arc[]
Stevia arrived in Los Santos on June 5th, 2024 - her 18th birthday. She immediately took to Twatter, posting "slaying. gagging them. fucking your world. #hotel" alongside a very flattering selfie. Her first pursuit: attending the birthday party of Cau Mau on Vespucci Beach and sourcing cocaine. While there, she almost immediately made an enemy of Carmella Corset by demanding she leave, as she's not interested in partying with other women and wants all the boys and cocaine to herself. The two traded insults until Carmella was fed up and slapped her, forever changing her after her sheltered upbringing.
After the scuffle, she departed from the event and declared it a failure, encouraging them to enjoy their "cocaineless birthday party" and exclaiming that she bets it'll be "so dull" they'll "remember it in the morning." As she made her way back towards the city, she posted a review of the party on Twatter, ranking it a 4/10 due to the lack of cocaine and describing it as "embarrassing" but giving extra points for "crazy trashy woman who absolutely GAGGED" her. She followed this up with a second Twat advising citizens avoid the party unless they're "looking to be punched in the face by tall women."
While making phone calls to numbers from the Lemon List in an attempt to find cocaine, Stevia was stopped by "a strange man in a van" who shouted out about his shared like of the drug. She changed her mind about getting in the van when she heard that he was headed to Cau's party, informing him that it's "terrible" and has no cocaine. In lieu of a better option (more "posh" drugs), motivated by her boredom and sobriety, she huffed car polish from a cloth with this man.
"I'm seeing stars! I'm feeling noises! I'm hearing colOOOOORS! ...And it wore off. It's over. I have a headache and I want to kill myself. Why would anybody do those? Why would anybody subject themselves to that?"
Disappointed by this experience, Stevia continued on her search for cocaine.
Next, she contacted Nico Kanto after seeing a positive review of his "edging" and "seed-spreading" services on Twatter. She figured that a "sexual deviant" would know where to get some good cocaine, but was let down when he clarified that he was a gardener rather than, in her words, a "professional fuck man." He offered her weed instead, which Stevia was surprisingly amenable to. She expressed a desire to mix a little bit of sativa with so much Red Bull vodka that she would forget his name, her own name, and all the memories she'd make while on the cocktail of drugs. The two organised for Nico to source a "party pack" consisting of weed and alcohol, which Stevia was willing to part with the entire contents of her bank account for ($500 USD).
It took Nico some time to come through with the goods - a gap during which Stevia visited the hospital twice due to vehicular accidents, called her dealer to complain several times, and officially "snapped" due to the strain of reaching "another sunrise completely sober."
"My name is Stevia Rosé and my father is the owner of Hotel™, the hottest nightclub in Berlin. I'm in Los Santos on a party visa and so far I've gone through multiple sunrises and not many drugs. I've not done much partying, I've not had much fun, I've just met dispicable men and women with American lower-class attitudes."
Finally having made it to the drug deal, Stevia had come armed. She, accompanied by two others she'd picked up along the way, had a knife and was ready to rob her drug dealer. This plan didn't go as well as she'd hoped, and she ended up incapacitated once again, fearing she'd die sober as she was transported to the hospital for treatment. However, as luck would have it, her injuries were treated by a doctor who took pity on her and gave the tragic party girl something to alleviate her sobriety after discharging her from the emergency room: a joint. It made her want to watch nature documentaries and cry, and Stevia lived to see another day.
