General Description
Stephen, commonly known as "STE", is the Second-In-Command, and one of the founding members of the southside street gang, The Manor. Stephen is a natural leader, being able to successfully co-ordinate squads in the past during Manor's wars, he has proven time and time again that he is capable of being in a command position for the gang. One thing that has always stuck with STE was his racing ability, As of recent times, there has been less and less of a reason to race frequently, however, the Manor are in the beginning stages of forming a racing crew with Jordan Bones at the helm.
Because of his at times, strong Irish accent, STE is often subject to a mocking by many of the gangs members, vying for a funny reaction. James Malding is one such member that still uses the "Tirty tree" phrase when within STE's vicinity.

Ties To Snakes: Vendetta -> Hydra Affiliate
Before the economic collapse, STE was part of the racing crew, Vendetta, and was closely affiliated with Hydra Gang, helping them with Meth cooks, taking part in war, and helped them in getaways, to himself, STE looked to Hydra as his home. During Hydra's war with Seaside, STE was involved in an altercation when Seaside attempted to close down Harmony Repairs, shooting their mechanics with STE retreating to the Motel, Seaside were eager to finish the last remaining person, as they pushed into the house, STE began shooting each member that entered, eventually smoking them all.
With all of STE's contributions, being heavily involved in Hydra's businesses, and being close to most members, everything indicated that STE's journey would end with a Hydra flag. One night, Miguel Almerion spoke to STE, basically telling him that because of their similarities, his hotheadedness would prevent him from joining them later down the path. STE was guttered, at the time, he was also around a few people from another group, The Mandem.
A New Home: Journey To Mandem
Stephen was for a while, hanging with The Mandem, as his friend and MDM member Matthew Antov had encouraged. Tommy Tate, MDM's leader at the time, took a liking to STE for his humour and clever wit. During Mandem and Cerberus' conflict, STE helped MDM plant a bomb at Cerberus Space station, blowing it up as they escaped. STE began to feel welcomed with his new friends, as he was brought on many of their ventures.
On November 1st, 2023, After being around MDM for a bit, Patar Bellosh decided to bring STE into MDMA, handing him a Mandem Vest. only a week and two days later, On November 10th, 2023, During a Mandem Meeting, Tommy pulled Patar aside, telling him that he believed STE was fit for a chain for being a good member and valuable asset.
New Levels: MDM Associate -> Chained Member
STE was brought on a mission to infiltrate Humane labs along with Patar, Saint, Matt, Vince, and a 'doctor'. after sneaking inside and bypassing the guards, they made it near to the doctors lab. The doctor explained the reasoning for them being covert, explaining that this was his first time doing an experiment on a human and the subject experienced side-effects, mutating him into a powerful figure with inhuman strength. To take the subject down, you have to strike the back of the neck, so they can then to retrieve a briefcase containing a valuable package. STE, Patar, and the doctor then snuck into the lab, whilst the latter two were distracting the subject, STE snuck up behind him, struck him, and took the briefcase. While leaving, they were spotted, and were chased into a white van and G-wagon, barely escaping alive. In the ensuing chaos that followed, the guards attempted to pit STE in the van as they travelled around sandy before being told to head to Paleto.
After narrowly escaping their pursuers, they hid on the shores where the doctor told them that the guards had a severe case of 'Ligma' and the package contained the cure to Ligma. Suddenly, all the guards and the doctors subject arrived, quickly overwhelming them with guns. The doctor soon handed the package to STE, telling him to use the vial where it was revealed to be a Mandem chain, and STE was immediately jumped before being congratulated by everyone attending.
STE was brought into mandem the quickest, receiving his chain after only 9 days in MDMA.
New Beginnings: Return To Los Santos
Following the economic collapse, STE returned to Ireland where he found himself involved in crime life once again, the situation was so bad that STE had to change his legal surname from 'Joyce' to 'O'Connor' and he'd soon flee back to Los Santos when the borders re-opened. He'd quickly reunite with old acquaintances and ex-MDM members, first being Sparky and Patar at southside hospital. As time went on, Most of Ex-MDM as well as new faces became a proper group. At the docks, STE and James were approached by Ballas leaders Taylor Lott & Fin Win, they asked if the boys can buy Grove Street #9 since Section K was buying up houses along with many other parties acquiring properties, The pair spoke with the rest and soon brought in together to purchase the property.
