Static is a group formed in December 2024 to make and distribute cocaine in Los Santos.

Static is a group founded by Andi Jones that brought the first bricks and baggies of cocaine to the city. Static set up gameshow-like activities for the first baggies of cocaine to be spread around the city, anyone who received a baggie was given the task to get as many people addicted as possible. The name of their cocaine is "White Noise."
