General Description[]

Stacy was a delusional man believing himself be a judge within the jurisdiction of Los Santos, as well as a "Godfather". Regardless he was able to trick all members of the cabinet present at the time to believe he was an actual judge.

Stacy died in a shootout at the Farmer's Market.
