Skyler Dredd was the Comissioner for the Los Santos Police Department.
Skyler Dredd was the Chief of Police in the Dallas Police Department. After fired for being too violent, Skyler went on a trip to visit his old co-worker Tyler Peters who also made him the comissioner. After showing Skyler San Andreas, he started a rampage carate chopping a civilian, then Jessie 'Nova' Galagah State Marshall. Eventually, he met his fate 15 minutes later after a manhunt when a BCSO Deputy beat him to death with a baton.
