One day with Tommy T struggling to find a hustle in the city, Mr. Kebun came up with an idea for rental housing to help him out. By the end of the day he already had four investors.
He brought in OTT later on because of his experience in the rental market, and OTT got a REIT agreement written up with lawyer Siobhan Fitzpatrick.
He started with a three-floor rental, a two-floor rental, basing Wu-Chang Records in the basement, and is currently working on rent-to-own properties with a 25% markup on base price as interest.
After new legislation came in that made all contracts void if they got no signature from a Lawyer in 14 days, and the Council's opposition to Mr.K's business, he let the contracts expire and took over the properties.

Leonardo Slacks and 7 other cops moved into the first rental on the 15th of January 2024, and signed a $15,000 weekly contract for a month. This was ended early after Slacks got robbed outside his house and he felt unsafe in the community.
Koankreat Petrosyan and his Armenian brothers rented the 1st unit, while Wu-Chang resides in the basement. Murphy Braun moved into the last unit remaining in the house, for 3 months. Carmine Costello moved in with the Armenians on the 6th of February, giving them 2.5k a week.
Vinny Pistone got a rent-to-own property for $280,000, with a $55,000 downpayment, $26,500 a week for 8 weeks, and a $5,000 security deposit. It is located at Brogue Ave 10. He will occupy it from January 25, 2024, to March 21, 2024.
Kate Wong Gomer convinced Mr.K to convert the Leo Slacks PD rental into a rent to own for Kate. He agreed, and they came to a deal of 26k for 8 weeks, 60k downpayment for a total of $270,000, starting Febuary 5, 2024.
