Backstory: As previously briefly mentioned, Sebastian was born in London, England and was raised by nobility by his mother jenny and his father, Arnold who were a duke and duchess of England. Alongside his adopted sister Claire. The first few years were great as he never knew any better, he was home schooled by the best tutors money could buy, he spent a lot of time with nannies and people who worked in the house as his father was always busy with "work" and other things, meeting with foreign secretaries, politicians, going to parties, stuff like that.
By the time Seb was 10 years old he was tired of not being a "normal" kid and decided he would escape this boring life, despite its perks, the stress of never ending expectations was already getting to him, he snuck out of the house and travelled around the city in his finest clothes, but too many people recognised him as the noble kid and he was quickly picked up by police and returned home, he decided there and then, he didn't like police, they were annoying. so a few weeks later he tries again, wearing clothes that were less noticeable and he went shopping, buying clothes and things to blend in with the regular folks. This became a common thing, leaving the house for hours at a time. He grew up living a split life, at night at home in the country house, in the day meeting new people, exploring the streets of London, pretending to be a young homeless child, he would wear masks to hide his identity. This was the time he most enjoyed in his childhood.
At age 15 he had made friends with a lot of local teens and had adopted the alias "Vincent Jones" the kids he had fallen in with were extremely poor, already falling in with gangs, drugs, drug dealing and the violence that came along with that. Seb went along with them being sucked into a life of crime as Vincent. He started dealing drugs around this time, it was making him good money which he gave to his friends who needed it more than he did. He also stole his first car that year, joyriding around the streets of London before being caught by police. they took him in, he stuck with the Vincent Jones alias but it was quickly discovered who he was, his family were well known. Of course, It was a HUGE scandal, all newspapers, tv, social media were talking about this for months. His parents hired private security to keep him in the house, he rebelled against this. trying to sneak out again and again but not being stealthy enough he would always find himself being caught.
The scandal died down, finally, after a few months the restrictions were lifted on him and he went back out on the street as soon as he could, wearing masks to hide his identity, he realised that crime was not the life for him, especially after his friend Shaun died in an argument he caused with other gangs, he tried living life straight edge and attempted to get “regular” jobs, but most places would only offer him jobs for publicity after quickly realising who he was. He eventually gave up.
A few years later, now 18 he started partying, going to clubs, meeting new people and having a good time. He would go out almost every week, disappointing his parents who expected him to get into politics or at least show himself in public in a respectable manner that matched their expectations on how a Di'Quad should act. However, he hated the people he grew up around, hated politics and people who thought they were better than others because of that, instead he decided to rebel against that idea and decided to go to university in Scotland as a way to get away from home.
At age 22, his father died and he inherited... a lot of money, he moved to the city, and spent all of it, he threw parties, he bought the most expensive caterers and booze, he took drugs and spent money on prostitutes, he bribed police on the times he was caught and he realised he had become everything he had hated about the people he grew up with. He spiralled into a pit of depression and addiction, he spent months of just repeating the same routine of waking up, throwing parties, gambling and not remembering how he got to bed. It got to a point where he ran out of money, no one came to his parties anymore he couldn't pay for the maid service so the house became a disgusting mess, he couldn't pay for the caterers, he couldn't pay the bills anymore. So, out of money, out of ideas, he began trying to clean himself up, tidied the house He spent a couple of years getting sober before he sold his house, booked a flight to America and moved to Los Santos, a new city where no one knew his name or face, but he kept hold of his same old style and personality, trying to make it big in the city.
