Description

Sebastian is an undiagnosed sociopath who has issues understanding social norms and deciphering emotions. He often does things that bring discomfort, pain, strife, or just all around misery to people for a small sliver of entertainment, as he finds most everyone boring. In times of high stress, when he's bombarded with numerous emotions and can't sift through them properly, he leans into his alcoholism to make them all go away. He was 1 of 6 Owners of Los Santos's first gay bar & night club, Pitchers. He sold his shares late June of Pride 2023, and is no longer associated with the business. He also founded The Neon Tigers MC and is currently the President.

Background

After Sebastian's sister left home, he had came out to their religious parents as gay. This prompted numerous therapy sessions and lengthy rants, which ultimately ended up with them sending him to a gay conversion camp in Seeley Lake, Montana. Shortly afterwards, both their parents died horribly in a car crash. When news of this reached Sebastian, he ran away and lived on the streets where he met his now deceased boyfriend, Mick.

They lived happily for almost 7 years until the night Mick had convinced Sebastian to try meth with him. Sebastian had fallen asleep after taking the drugs, while Mick had OD'd right next to him without his knowledge. The sudden death of his partner is what sparked his hatred for Meth and Oxy, as those were Mick's drugs of choice. After Mick had passed, Sebastian made his way to Los Santos as the memories started to become overwhelming.

History

White Widow

When Sebastian first came to Los Santos, he immediately reconnected with his Sister Sarah Ableton. Before she even had a chance to come pick him up, he had committed his first crime...human trafficking. He had purchased a blind serial killer from Gioconda Coppola for $50, and then proceeded to lead Wrangler on a wild goose chase over twitter, giving away their locations, causing Sarah and Co. to panic. After everything had been said and done, and the serial killer reunited with the people she was looking for, Sarah and Sebastian finally got to reconnect and catch up on their lives. Shortly after this, is when he was brought into her company, White Widow Dispensary. He would often help run the booth while at the farmers market along with Joey Valentine, Pierre-Olivier Morrin, Sean Deane, Jerry Mané, Charity Deimos, and Richie Nickel. After a couple of months, he was unfortunately apprehended by Randy Wrangler at the White Widow farm, where massive illegal amounts of weed were being grown by Sarah. This led to 2 court cases over the course of 2 months that were aimed at shutting White Widow down completely and taking all of her assets and business away from her. Give the history of the business, and it's tie to Boe Jangles, Sebastian refused to let this happen and fell on the sword by admitting it was him that did everything without her knowledge. This allowed White Widow to survive the litigation set against them, however the internal damage had already been done. Sarah having dealt with the emotional rollercoaster of possibly losing her last connection to Boe over months, caused her to fall out of love with the Weed game, ultimately leading to the doors of White Widow being closed. After over a year, Seb was finally able to convince Sarah the night of Boes birthday, to reopen White Widow and bring it back to being a beacon to the city of Los Santos. She got the family together (Seb, Herself, Leland Jones, and Mila Smoak) and they all mutually agreed to open it back up and run the business together as a family. The grand re-opening was speed ran within a week in order to make it happen before Boe's 3rd memorial. On July 4th, 2023, White Widow had officially re-opened its doors and is now an active business within the city again.

Pitchers

Sometime during the Farmers Market days, a group of friends had gotten together (Sebastian, Sean Deane, Ricardo Perez, Meg Kyracruz, Raphael Monroe, Cayman Turner and Zeno Asphodel) and all decided to make an unironic Gay Gang and actually do crime and have fun together. This quickly outgrew the memeness of Gay Gang and developed into a business strategy that later led into the formation of Pitchers. The first gay bar & night club within the city. The popularity of the company grew rather quickly and the word spread like wildfire. Sebastian's role within the company in the early stages were very much a 'fill as needed' role. While he was the Chief of Security, he was the one that made the logo, the farmers market banner, a few of the items sold, as well as the marketing material. Pitchers quickly outgrew the markets, as they took the approach of reaching out to other companies and building relationships rather than sitting at a booth and waiting for opportunities to come to them. This type of approach led to their first big event, which was an auction to purchase a date with people. The event was a massive success, and was the catalyst that led Pitchers to being an event planning powerhouse within the city. Sebastian played a pivotal role in the conception of Pitchers niche events, the Drag Shows featuring multiple groups throughout the city. During this time, Raphael Monroe had also started to accuse Sebastian of being apart of the Smileys simply because he had talked to their leader more than once. This led Raphael to quitting Pitchers, refusing to work with someone who associated with someone like him, and dedicated his life to proving that Sebastian was indeed a smiley (this was not the case at all). Sebastian was close to Kray Tor in the HOA, and got the idea of a drag show due to Kraytors situation with the Lady of the Lake. He struck a deal with Kraytor, that if he collected 40,000 materials for the HOA, then he would convince them to participate in a Drag Show. Sebastian wound up single handedly getting all 40,000 materials himself and making the event happen, which was the catalyst for every Drag Show after the fact. Sebastian planned the first two drag shows within the city, the HOA and the Lost MC. As he is a motorcycle enthusiast himself, it only made sense that he wanted to get all of the MCs in the city to participate. Around December of 2022, Sebastian had participated in Human Trafficking for Norman Bones which prompted him to go on the run for the entirety of January 2023. During this time, Meg Kyracruz had shown her true colors to Sebastian by snitching to Jeffrey Bundy about what he looked like. That, coupled with the fact that the owners had become extremely messy and unprofessional, led Sebastian to having a very bad relationship with the leadership of the company, which further led to him soft quitting by stepping away. The owners all voted 1 week before Pride 2023 to kick him out of the company to "Prevent him from riding our coat tails", however due to a signed contract, he fought the vote and had decided to fight it in court. Near the end of Pride 2023, Sebastian wound up selling his shares to the company for $675k due to a business opportunity that he refused to pass up. Resulting in him dropping the litigation against Pitchers and leaving the company behind entirely.
