Background[]
He is one of 4 people that came from Guarma to live in Los Santos. All four these poeple are decendents of the Kings of Guarma who took over the Island in 1902.

First time in Los Santos[]
Sebas himself originally came to this city to check up on his nephew Benicio Delgado who had moved to the city to work with their primo Edgar Del Castillo
While in Los Santos, Sebas is mostly loafing in Benicio Delgado's apartment living off the money his nephew brings home.
He had a part time job as a news man and anchor for the Tripas News Netwark who try to get click bait sound bites from people in the city in order to increase viewership to the niche news channel.
Sebas officially joins the Tripas Cartel[]
After originally visiting LS for a number of weeks, Sebas eventually returned to the Island of Guarma. He stayed on the Island for many months before Edgar Del Castillo contacted him again.
This time Edgar reach out to his Guarman Tio to secure a manufacturing facility on the Island of Guarma. Edgar had recently procured ownership of a gun blueprint manual which had the specifications to manufacture 9 different SMG weapons. Because of the value of this blueprint and the fact that it was known to be the only SMG blueprint currently available in LS, Edgar decided to ship it off to his homeland of Guarma where it can be stored in secret and where they can manufacture these weapons without Police intervention.
On a handful of occasions Edgar visited the surprisingly small manufacturing facility that was prepared by Sebas and met the Sebas's employee and resident gun mechanic Jho Gaúcho who would be manufacturing all the Tripas Cartel arms for the promise that he would one day be paid as well.
Each time Edgar would take a small number of guns back with him to start the sale of these products.
However, soon these small gun shipments would no longer satiate Edgar's need and after some months the gun deliveries all but stalled completly. At this time Sebas would make his second trip to the City of Los Santos.
When he arrived Sebas explained to his nephews that the local Guarman airport had been taken over by a Guarman cartel and that he could no longer effectively transport the weapons.
While Edgar hatched a new scheme to deliver these weapons, Sebas seeing a new oppertunity for money slowly started integrating with the Tripas Cartel.
As he was family of the leader of the Cartel, Sebas was quickly accepted as a full member and started to participate all the normal illicit activities that the group used to acquire funding.
While Sebas had managed to build a large amount of trust with the Cartel members, no one ever understood why there never seemed to be any Gems when Sebas was part of a Jewellery store robery.
