Seaside was an organized criminal syndicate operating out of Del Perro and a penthouse in Vinewood.

Its members included former high-ranking gang members, prominent public figures, and wanted terrorists. The group was active in both legal business and high-level crime such as heists and weapons trafficking. Seaside prided itself on the respectability afforded to its members due to their network of connections and wealth of experience under their collective umbrella.

Leader Benji Ramos placed the gang 'on hold' in December 2023, citing an unclear future.

Power Structure and Influence[]

Seaside was led by the 'Trident' - Benji Ramos and Karl Johnny Black - and a Council made up of long-time and trusted members.

Originally, Benji did not want Seaside to have a leader or a clear power structure. But the rest of the group were used to taking orders from him, so they treated Benji as the de-facto leader. This leadership was later made official with two additional leader positions.

The Council (formerly known as the Core Family) acted as a system for group making decisions. This stemmed from Benji’s trust of the founding members that were a part of the Vagos with him rather than associates brought into Seaside later. This act followed a series of back to back wars, pointing to the benefits of a clear distinction between vital voting members and adding weight to what it meant to be a Core/Full member.

Hierarchy

The original power structure was:

  • Leaders - The Trident
    • Founding Members
      • Core/Full Members
        • Associates - members working towards full member
          • Unofficial hangarounds - Anyone around them as well as individuals who had expressed interest in joining and have been named by a current member as a potential

In September 2022, Benji restructured Seaside to eliminate the Associate position, making it a full member role and distinguishing the former ‘Core Family’ group as ‘The Council’. A hang around process was also officially established which was similar to the existing process but introduced a majority vote to confirm hangaround status and an unanimous vote to be reach full membership. At this time, the procedure was to then monitor full members to see if they are ready to join the Council.

The current structure is:

  • Leaders - The Trident
    • The Council
      • Full Members
        • Hangarounds

An additional rank was established in April 2023 to reflect the authority of founding members not involved in day-to-day decision making as members of Council.

Family Rules[]

Seaside had a number of spoken and unspoken rules in regard to hierarchy and decision making, including:

  • No shooting family.
  • New hangarounds are to be voted in by a majority vote. Full member status require a unanimous vote.
  • Members must be an "8 out of 10" on the aggression scale.
  • If two members in a relationship break up, it cannot affect the cohesion of the group. The situation must be dealt with as a private matter.
  • Members must put $10k into the family fund every Monday (exceptions exist based on gang asset fee contributions).
  • If people decide to jump off the ship, members are not going to jump off and save them (referring to those considering leaving the group)
  • Treat members who still want to stay on the boat with the utmost respect, with utmost fairness they can, and to treat them like family.
  • Never forget where you came from.
  • Don’t disrespect those who brought you up.
  • All members are still allowed to talk to and hang out with former members of Seaside.
  • Drug makers are to follow the ten crack Commandments.

Notable Events[]

The Birth of Seaside

Seaside was formed in November 2021 by ex-Vagos members who chose to leave the south side after the former Vice-el Jefe Benji Ramos grew disillusioned with the leadership of Speedy and felt disrespected by other members of the gang.

The ex-members of the Vagos that left with Benji were: Karl Johnny Black (KJ), Reggie Might, Pepe Ramos, Chico Guzman. Followed by Joaquin Jimenes (JJ) and Javier Diaz a few days later. Ash Ketchup, who was heavily associated with the Vagos through her relationship with Benji and subsequently became close with the rest of the gang, joined those who left in their pursuit of a new life out of the southside. They would go on to become the founding members, with Antonio Chorizo (an ex Vago hangaround) joining shortly after. Then there was Ash's pet rabbit that was last to be blooded for being a rat (Vagos spy). Later they formally added Yair Lamas (another ex Vago hangaround) as he kept good business relations and was good friends with some members, and proved to be level headed and reliable. Also, Benji's pet huskie named Tobias, that was blooded in when Benji first got him.

Creation of the Name: For the first couple of weeks after the Vagos exodus, they didn't have an official name. The group jokingly tossed around names like their old 'EASTSIDE' mantra such as "Beachside" and "Seaside" as a nod to their meetups outside Benji and Ash’s beach house as members were blooded out of the Vagos and figuring out future plans. While the name "Seaside" started as a meme within the group, people around them, including members themselves, starting referring to the family as Seaside. Eventually, they officially named themselves Seaside.

Expanding the Family

In the beginning, Seaside was not interested in adding more members to the core family due to the unique shared experience they had forming Seaside.

After noticing how many people were hanging around with Seaside, doing jobs and slowly feeling like the family, the group discussed the potential creation of subgroups. Benji asked opened the floor to suggestions for Extended Family members.

As they began to invite people in, the group adjusted initial plans to fully bring on new members and created a path for associates to become full members. In the beginning there wasn't a major distinction between new members ("Extended Family") and the initial group ("Core Family"). For example, at the time the only difference was voting power, something some originally didn't want them to have at all, but this later changed.

Seaside increased recruiting efforts in March 2022 with plans to have new members become Associates first with the possibility of officially joining Seaside later. Dropping the "Extended Family" title all together, existing members under the former title were folded into the core team. For example, Bodhi Mack.

The role of associates was reassessed and has changed several times prior to its removal in September. Initially they were trusted members of the Seaside family who simply need more time to get to know all members of the family and/or establish themselves before a unanimous vote to blood making them a full voting member. The process later changed to a simple majority vote to become an associate, then a unanimous vote to earn a chain that would make a full member.

Seaside Sundays

In April 2022 Seaside held the inaugural ‘Seaside Sunday’, a day of fun activities designed to promote comradery among the gang. Organized by Bodhi, 10 rounds (plus a tie breaker) were held of ‘Seal or No Seal’ – a play on game show Deal or No Deal. Attendees were split into two teams, competing in rounds consisting of activities such as trivia, races, etc. The winning team then chose a container and would win additional prize money if they correctly guessed if it contained a seal plushie. Winner: Team Benji over Team KJ

The April Seaside Sunday also included the promotion of Terry Linkston and Taylor Briggs to Seaside Associates.

The second Seaside Sunday was held in August 2022 with a number of blue subarus replacing the containers. Winner: Team Benji over Team Reggie

Notable Wars & Conflicts
Seaside vs BSK

In December 2021, the Brouge Street Kingz commenced a series of attacks on UwU Cafe stemming from a grudge held against Seaside member Reggie Might. Citing issues with Reggie in the way he treated BSK during his management of the Vagos’ meth operation, BSK leader Outto-Tune Tyrone (OTT) attended the gang-affiliated café demanding to speak with him. During his visit, OTT claimed to have been scammed, paying for food and not receiving it. BSK and Seaside engaged in numerous gun conflicts in defense of the café. Seaside also actively hunted BSK, dressing in red to take BSK’s own gang color from them. The conflict ceased when OTT took a customer hostage and had conciliatory talks with numerous Seaside members. It ended with arguably the greatest diss track ever created - OTT Diss Track by Pepe Ramos.

Seaside vs NBC

In February 2022, a situation between Seaside member Javier Diaz and Natural Born Crackheads (NBC) member Alan Kyles escalated into war between the two gangs. The pair were involved in a car collision with Javi requesting $100 compensation, not recognizing Alan as a member of NBC. The war of words threatened violence. Later, NBC’s Daquan Dumas (Peanut) demanded Javi pay $10k for the disrespect. After two fights, members of both gangs bonded in prison and arranged for the matter to be settled with a 1v1 between Javi and Alan.

Seaside vs JustUs

In February 2022, Seaside sparked trouble with JustUs when members were suspected of breaching JustUs storage containers. Seaside member Yair Lamas returned to scene of the robbery, was attacked and oceandumped. JustUs Leader Zoey Levy revealed the oceandumping to KJ, who reported it back to Benji. The resulting conflict included assaults on UwU Café and several gunfights. The two gangs eventually came to a mutual understanding, with Zolo agreeing to make a Seaside song, and Benji making them a middleman to his gun operation.

Fun fact: Many Seaside members became fond of JustUs member Terry Linkston as he was often the only one awake during active Seaside hours. In the weeks following the war, JustUs gang presence declined and Terry spent more time with Seaside. He was offered (and accepted) a place in the family in April 2022.

Seaside vs R.U.S.T.

Once good friends, relations between Benji Ramos and RUST leader Raymond Romanov soured when Seaside suspected Ray of attempting to kidnap Joaquin Jimenes at the request of Arush Patel Santana. In May 2022, tensions boiled over when RUST robbed an ATM outside UwU Café resulting in a gun fight. This was Seaside's first war post gang app introduction, and the conflict escalated with RUST wiping Seaside gang sprays despite having none of their own for Seaside to retaliate against. Following almost two weeks of war, Raymond returned from a holiday and RUST was downed in a gun fight. At Grandma’s, Benji and Raymond discussed ending the lengthy war.

Seaside vs the Mandem

With the introduction of the gang app and spray system, Seaside marked its territory across Del Perro beach. Unable to expand to the Bay City Incline area, Seaside sought territory from neighboring gang The Mandem (MDM). Unable to come to a mutual understanding, Seaside took several MDM sprays by force but they were promptly resprayed. Eventually MDM sought the assistance of Hydra, transferring parts of their turf to create a buffer between MDM and Seaside. Shortly after, Hydra transferred half of this territory to Seaside which enabled them to achieve their original desired expansion.

Seaside vs GSF

In July 2022, an altercation occurred between Benji Ramos and two members of The Families (GSF) at UwU Café. A GSF prospect and his OG entered the store looking for someone and when Benji questioned the duo, the prospect responded “it’s not you”. Taking this as disrespect, Benji g-checked him. The prospect walked off while the OG remained to calm the situation. In the background, however, the prospect was robbed and eventually shot by Seaside members who overheard the disrespect. Two days later, Benji was abducted outside his Beachside Ave home by GSF. He was taken to the Kortz Center, robbed, and shot. This prompted a week-long conflict during which a second war occurred between Seaside and Sessanta Nova. The war ended following a meeting between Benji and GSF OG Ghost Storm at Vinewood Bowl. The talk went in circles and tensions rose until Ghost realized Benji was one of his main gun suppliers back in the day and the war was officially called off. They went to the vault where Ghost paid Benji $90K.

Seaside vs Sessanta Nova

In late July 2022, Seaside member Zaceed Skengerton was shot down by members of Sessanta Nove (SN) after he had a fist fight with one of their hangarounds. Ash Ketchup demanded SN leader Dub Blunt pay 100k to which he responded, “you can take it back in blood”. After numerous gunfights, Benji offered for SN to surrender for just $80K. He was paid by SN member Garrett Honeywheel who stated that money was no object to him and that the war was pointless. The Seaside vs SN conflict ended the same day as the GSF war.

Seaside vs Gulag Gang

In September 2022, Seaside was blindsided by an unsuccessful attempt by Gulag Gang (GG) to seize one of their gang sprays. GG leader Marty Banks later explained to Benji Ramos that the wipe was intended for use against RUST but it did not work. GG later tried it against GSF which also failed. Marty said he left the wipe with GG member Future Cortair who decided to try it on a Seaside spray. Benji requested $420k (the cost of a spray) to avoid war, to which Marty refused.

Five days of intense and closely-fought gunfights followed. As Seaside began to discuss escalating to take GG sprays, the two gangs met at the Casino to discuss terms to end the war. Marty commenced talks by wanting it to end for free (an incorrect option told to him by Appie Turk), however Benji said he wanted $1.4million. X the monkey arrived, paying Benji $696K. Benji accepted this as settlement to end the conflict. Marty apologized for the initial spray wipe attempt and all in attendance had a group hug. Marty also gave Benji a key Level 4 heist meta unlock (the oil rig).

Seaside vs The Dons

In November 2022, Seaside member Fredo Sanchez was held up and handcuffed by The Dons, demanding tax for using their local weed packing location.

Benji Ramos rallied a squad and headed to The Dons’ block to discuss the situation. The Dons claimed it was a southside initiative and all gangs would be taxed, however Benji was insulted that their previous business relationships didn’t seem to matter. As Benji left the meeting, he threw a pipebomb killing four Dons. Numerous gunfights resulted, however The Dons struggled to secure weapons for the conflicts.

Two days later, The Dons apologized and said they would not tax Seaside for now. Reggie Might accepted their terms and officially ended the war.

Seaside vs Hydra

In December 2022, Hydra-affiliated criminal Fernando Reyes, better known as "Mario," robbed Seaside hangaround Dragon Rush while he was packing weed, seizing numerous boxes of drugs.

Seaside commenced conflict with Hydra few days later, with gunfights held over two days. With a freshly-robbed RPG, Benji Ramos felt Seaside had recouped the initial theft losses. Both he and Hydra’s Miguel Almerion opted to move on from the dispute.

Seaside vs Marabunta Grande

In late January 2023, Seaside was informed that the tombstone of their thought-to-be-fallen gang member Michael Simone had been desecrated by members of Marabunta Grande, including Gabriel Navarro. The act had followed a dispute between the Fudge Lane-based group and Seaside member Nicholas Simone regarding a RON Oil sign.

Nick, as a board member of RON Oil, had been in talks with MG regarding their concerns with the sign when tensions grew. Nick arranged for his Russian connections to bomb their turf, resulting in Gabe and Wilmer Guzman (Azul) being injured.

MG’s retaliation - damaging Nick’s brother’s tombstone - infuriated Seaside members who then assisted in kidnapping and torturing Gabe.

As more Seaside members learnt of the attack against the memory of their brother, outcry grew for more retribution. Benji Ramos called Gabe to Michael’s grave to demand compensation to repair the damage, which was denied. Those present shot down Gabe as he left and vowed to make MG regret the despicable act.

After a disastrous 24 hours for MG, Shotti Garrido called “a spade and spade” and paid Benji $100k to end the onslaught.

Seaside vs Ballas

In February 2023, Seaside was offered a chance to compete for an available meth lab. Others granted the opportunity were The Clowns, The Hidden, The Saints, The Mandem, NBC, RUST, and the Ballas. As a long-time ally, the Ballas were Seaside’s first pick for allies, yet were told to seek another partner due to leader Jon Joyce’s lack of confidence that they would have people available to participate on day. With a promise to help the Ballas in the future, Seaside informed them of their decision to partner with RUST.

Unbeknownst to Seaside, Ballas allied themselves with the Mandem. During the course of the competition, Seaside suppressed news of the Ballas breaching established rules by utilizing an externally obtained vehicle, despite being pitted by the gang during transportation. Business was business until Ballas specifically sabotaged Seaside and Rust by taking all the supplies needed for progression, lying about it when confronted, and being accomplice to the distribution of those supplies to even more groups in order secure Seaside and Rust’s elimination.

Shocked and disappointed, Seaside agreed that this would impact their relationship with the Ballas. The matter escalated when Rust began firing on the treacherous groups. Seaside assisted them in putting down all but one of participating Ballas and Mandem gang members.

After a vicious first day (involving more several fights, the purchase of a Grove Street house, and the taking of the main Cul-De-Sac spray), the conflict deteriorated into more than a week of fruitless hunting and Ballas-initiated ambushes. The gangs eventually agreed to end the conflict following a strong day for the Ballas, with a mutual understanding to return taken assets (Seaside to return the house, and Ballas to return stolen and stashed chains and Ivan Samarsky's wedding ring).

Seaside vs The World

Seaside vs BBMC

Tensions between Benji Ramos and the Bondi Boys Motor Club (BBMC) can be traced well back to his Vagos days when war raged following a temporary falling out between good friends Benji (the Vagos Vice El Jefe) and Irwin Dundee (BBMC's Prime Minister). Throughout the conflict, Dundee used stories of a ruthless and selfish Benji to keep his members in line.

When Benji left the Vagos and formed a new group in 2021, Dundee pressed Benji for his decision to leave. As Seaside grew as a criminal organization, small disagreements with BBMC popped up. Some Seaside members previously close to BBMC, such as Reggie Might, found themselves no longer welcome to hang with the MC.

Slowly but surely, Seaside grew stronger and expanded its turf across Del Perro Beach. In an attempt to avoid confusion, Benji consulted with Dundee and Pez Speedwagon regarding gang spray locations beyond the area north of the Del Perro Pier. An agreement was struck that south of the pier was fine, but anything in Vespucci was not to be touched.

When Dundee was removed as BBMC leader and killed, Benji demanded answers on the whereabouts of his longtime friend. Benji's calls to multiple BBMC members went unanswered or were met with feigned ignorance and, in a fit of anger, Benji shot down several BBMC members outside of the front gate of the Billabong. This conflict was puppeteers by a man Benji referred to as Normal Boner a.k.a. Norman Bones; the mysterious death God that Dundee had made a deal with when he died the first time. Norman told Benji that Dundee can come back from the dead only after Barry Benson fulfills his side of the bargain. This information only spurred Benji on to continue the conflict with the BBMC, until Barry informed Benji on what their plan was to revive Dundee.

Tensions rose again in June 2023 when BBMC kidnapped Seaside hangaround Emberlynn McKale as a hostage for a bank robbery. In retaliation, Seaside staked out the Billabong to hold up and rob several MC members. The next day, Seaside also abducted BBMC’s Gheto Kaiba for a Paleto heist.

Subsequently, Reed Dankleaf from Diamond Dogs commissioned a billboard in Vespucci, promoting ‘Benji’s Backalley Motors’. The move prompted new BBMC leader Barry Benson (of Benson's Backalley Motors) to spray cosmetic rat sprays across known Seaside locations.

Violence erupted when BBMC prospect Flops Rainman pointed a gun at Seaside member Dragon Rush but was shot down instead. In an attempt to keep things peaceful, Seaside Council member Javier Diaz spoke with Barry over the phone, during which Barry confirmed that he did not want to escalate things further until he spoke directly to Benji. However, immediately after the phone call, as BBMC tried to place sprays at the Del Perro gas station, three Seaside members rolled up with melee weapons. BBMC members, including Barry, shot them down.

After taking vengeance for the shooting of his people, arranging for Seaside to storm the Billabong and shoot down all present while he was mid phone call with Barry, Benji agreed to take it easy on the BBMC. Numerous melee flights ensued. The conflict ended by the start of July with BBMC agreeing to remove their graffiti from Seaside Tower and the gas station… but not all as Benji had grown fond of some of the sprays.

Seaside vs Gulag Gang II

In July 2023, Seaside committed a series of thefts targeting illegal weed grow operations throughout Los Santos. While Benji was on a trip away from the city, Seaside Council member Draco Jones stole weed planted by Gulag Gang. Recognising the strain, and with approval from Seaside 2IC Karl Johnny Black, Draco called a GG member to ‘jokingly’ inform them of the theft. After the fact, the decision to call was met with resistance from other Council members including Joaquin Jimenes and Nicholas Simone. During a meeting between Seaside and GG, Marty Banks demanded the weed back while belittling Draco. In an attempt to avoid war, JJ later called Marty to offer the weed back.

During this situation, a Seaside hangaround left and another was removed due to their split loyalty to a separate group with ties to GG.

The following day, on his return to Los Santos, Benji discussed the matter with various members of Seaside and agreed the initial call to inform GG of the theft was a bad decision. He urged Draco to apologise for the perceived taunting but assured Draco that he would not let GG show disrespect.

At a subsequent meeting, Draco apologized to Marty for the call. Marty responded to Draco's apology by demanding Draco wear a dog collar as part of his apology. Unwilling to tolerate such disrespect, Benji stepped forward to insult GG and bullets flew from both sides. A Seaside hunting party rolled out but the conflict was called off the next day with a peace talk between both sides.

Seaside vs The Saints (Part 1)

In September 2023, Benji Ramos struck up a conversation with The Saints member Taj Robicheaux as he repaired his car at Hayes Auto Body Repairs. When the topic of Seaside member Fredo Sanchez came up, Taj disparaged his character, expressing his hatred of Benji’s fellow gang member.

Amused by Taj's audacity, Benji reached out to Fredo to share the gossip. Fredo then contacted Taj who proceeded to ridicule Benji for failing to defend Fredo during their talk. As Benji called to clarify, humour at the situation quickly turned to outrage as Taj’s attitude continued. He invited the Saints member to Hayes to talk or confront Fredo directly.

Later, as Benji stood with a group outside of Hayes, Taj drove by on a motorcycle and shot into their crowd. As he tried to escape, he crashed and lost consciousness. Robbed, cuffed and kidnapped, Taj spewed a diatribe against Fredo, Seaside and his own gang. Now furious at his disrespect, Benji shot him and vowed retribution against Taj’s gang.

As the Seaside convoy rolled out the next day, their only find was a solo Taj who continued his tall talk. He was promptly shot and thrown off a bridge.

A few hours later, Saints Under Boss Adam Prince reached out to Benji for a resolution. The pair decided on The Saints surrender for $350,000 immediately and $150,000 in a months’ time.

Seaside vs The Hidden

In September 2023, a workplace argument turned violent when Seaside member Joaquin Jimenes was fired from his position at Procyon Motorsports. Angered at the disrespect shown during the interaction by supervisor Colorado Blue "Bruce" Spruce, a member of The Hidden, JJ and several members of Seaside abducted him and fellow gang member/co-worker Liam Berg.

During the kidnapping, the group passed other Hidden members to which the captives called out to for help. Stopping to deal with these new witnesses, a gunfight broke out and two more Hidden were subdued. Seaside ultimately oceandumped the four hostages who were later found.

After much deliberation, the Hidden decided to strike back. As they rolled out, they reached out to The Saints via Twatter who were also at war with Seaside. Axel Drake saw their twat and called for the tea. Upon finding out they were hunting for his gang; Axel revealed his identity and location – daring them to come find Seaside.

Axel, along with three other Seaside members, soon came across their convoy and a gunfight ensued.

After suffering a loss, the Hidden waited for Seaside leader Benji Ramos to discuss the situation. Only partially briefed on the matter, Benji demanded $250,000 for pointing guns at his boys.

The following storm, Hidden Captain Garret Mathews spoke with Seaside's Draco Jones and agreed to the terms.

Seaside vs The Saints (Part 2)

In October 2023, Taj Robicheaux reignited the Seaside vs Saints conflict, unable to resist being rude and disrespectful when Fredo Sanchez apologised for crashing into his car. Infuriated with Taj’s ongoing insolence, Fredo shot him but left his fellow Saints member untouched.

As Saints still owed Seaside $150,000 from the previous month, Draco Jones went collecting - speaking with (and then gunning down) a group of Saints outside their Vinewood home. The price to end war with Seaside had risen.

Incapable of fighting Seaside in a traditional sense, the Saints retreated to their turf - only leaving to attempt to catch stragglers but strictly avoiding the main war party. Despite a few squabbles, including a hit-or-miss push of the Saints docks, Seaside continued to hunt for the elusive gang.

After a week of this tactic, a Saints member complained about the situation - that Seaside was applying too much pressure on their turf and thus prevented them from rolling out. Seaside agreed to give them time and waited hours after the following storm. However, there was no sign of a Saints war party. Seaside again pushed the turf, resulting in a decisive victory.

It was during this interaction that Seaside presented a selection of options for Saints to end the war. The defeated gang agreed to pay the $150,000k owed, return any chains taken, and don swimwear to repair cars at Hayes.

Seaside vs Hydra III

In October 2023, the Seaside and Hydra relationship was drawn tight, taut, and ready to snap at any given moment. In the wake of Seaside’s role in stealing a Hydra-affiliated meth lab three months earlier, angered confrontations and even the odd bullet flying had yet to set off the powder keg primed for explosion.

For Seaside, Benji Ramos urged his gang to remain vigilant but get on with life, to ignore any taunting but take action if called for…but some members grew frustrated by pointed twats. On the Hydra side, Juan Carlos Hernandez (aka Flippy) advocated patience… but some members were baying for blood.

Both gangs waited, watched, and prepared. The tension grew.

Never did conflict seem closer when the gangs came to blows at Burger Shot. Many Seaside members had commenced work at the restaurant in order to 1) bring life to the company in AU/EU hours, and 2) support Nicholas Simone’s efforts to gain interests in the business. The boys intervened in a conflict between Hydra and The Families, shooting down Miguel Almerion.

Again, the tension grew.

Eventually, Flippy gave the order to test the waters - to hunt for stragglers on their own, but too many Seasiders were around. The following day, a Hydra war party rolled up on Seasiders repairing cars at Hayes. War had begun.

After 24 hours of fierce fighting, Flippy spoke with Draco Jones, asking how much it would cost to end the war. Draco replied that he didn’t want anything. Both agreed it was over.

Seaside vs the Mandem II

In October 2023, as Seasiders lay dead following a sudden ambush by Hydra Gang at Hayes, Mandem member Matthew Antov (aka Matt) twatted his approval. Most didn’t notice or care, apart from Matt’s friend Terry Linkston – a Seaside member outraged by the attack and furious at Matt’s disrespectful comment.

Terry reached out to express his dismay, but Matt doubled down and said Terry had bigger concerns to deal with. The comment burned in Terry’s mind throughout the following Hydra war.

As soon as the snake situation was dealt with, he turned his attention to the British gang.

Benji Ramos and Karl Johnny Black both stated that they didn’t care about the comments but reiterated they would back whatever action Terry chose to take. They brought the issue up with Mandem 2IC Patar Bellosh and MDMA member Denzel Wallace.

Terry had expected more from his friend and demanded a genuine apology. Conflict hinged on a conversation between him and Matt.

With his gang on standby, the two met where Matt apologised and stated that he was only joking. But Terry left the meeting doubting Matt’s word and gave the order - Matt was gunned down in a driveby in a nearby clothing store.

With their fellow gang member now in ICU, a small group of Mandem did a retaliatory driveby against a group of Seasiders at Hayes. War had begun.

After a day of scuffles, including knife fights and more drivebys, Seaside and Mandem found themselves fighting PD at each other's side to save Sparky Kane who risked being sent back to prison for three years.

The following day, Terry and Matt agreed to bury the hatchet on the condition that Matt would officiate Terry’s upcoming wedding to Sparky’s sister Kylie Kane.

Heists
VAR Heist

Advised of the existence of VAR headsets by Yuno Sykk, Seaside began the process of VAR heist. KJ, through Mari Mckay, found out that the Yacht Heist was the place to get the headsets. KJ and his friend Max Wazowski did the Yacht Heist together, with Max completing the heist solo while KJ was "having a party" to distract cops.

Armed with the headsets and the location (provided by Yuno), Seaside commenced its VAR attempts.

Lower Vault at last
Early Stages

While in the Vagos, Benji and others wanted to do the lower vault and sought information on how to achieve this from Raymond Romanov. However, right before they attempted to hit the Lower Vault, it was placed under construction.

The Day Finally Arrives

On January 29 2022, Benji, JJ, Chico, Javi and Bodhi Mack at last hit the Lower Vault. Beforehand, Benji, Chico, Javi, and JJ strategized their getaway plan. Bodhi woke up and joined them to strategize and prep for the vault. Their plan involved grapple guns, motorcycles, and multiple drop offs. They successfully hit the vault and piled into the car to begin the getaway. After a long chase, all of the loot was safely stored.

As part of the loot, Seaside at last had the case with the Casino blueprints. After opening the briefcase, Seaside became the 5th group in the city with Casino blueprints.

Casino Heist

Seaside became the 3rd crew to successfully hit the Casino Vault on April 8 2022. Members of the successful heist were Benji, Bodhi, JJ, Chico, Javi and KJ. Ivan was on the team but was switched out later on when KJ wanted in on the heist, he still got a cut in the end.

Oil Rig Heist

Jasper Saxon and War against Serial Killers

In late 2021, Seaside member Reggie Might was drawn into a police investigation of the Cassette Killer Copycat murders due to his history with infamous serial killer Jasper Saxon. In an attempt to support Reggie, Ash Ketchup became involved by placing a Yellow Pages asking for the killer to call her. After a game of cat and mouse between Reggie and the copycat (which turned out to be Jasper himself) via phone, Reggie was abducted and tortured in December 2021. The killer then turned his attention to Ash, torturing her in March 2022. During her disappearance, Seaside turned its rage against any and all serial killers in the city. Chief focus of this ire was The Smileys, its leader Kenneth Jesperson and his then partner Ursula Leichenberg.

At this time chatterbox and his Clown Cartel were preparing to go to war with Seaside, due to them being a group of serial killing clowns and wishing to avoid being next on Seaside's crusade to rid of the city of all serial killers. They also wanted revenge for what Seaside did to their fellow clown Ursula Leichenberg. This conflict never came to fruition thanks to Seaside associate Timmy Yougman, with the help of Links Missin, convincing them to lay low instead.

In April 2022, Jasper (aka Alvin Kohawl) was apprehended after agreeing to meet with Reggie, and subsequently being attacked by Chico Guzman. PD moved in, arresting both Jasper and Chico. Jasper/Alvin was found guilty of multiple counts of murder, attempted murder, and acts of torture. He was executed in April 2022.

War in Sandy Shores

In late January 2022, Seaside supported the Lost MC-created People's Republic of Sandy Shores in their attempt to secede from the State of San Andreas.

On the day of the battle, Seaside troops arrived at the Lost Compound where they learned radio frequency and their unit partners - the Vagos. Equipped with war boats, Seaside and Vagos awaited orders before Benji Ramos was asked to invite the Ballas to the cause.

A massive battle occurred near the hills, with Seaside and Vagos shooting up from the ocean and lower ground. Demetrius "Draco" Jones from the Ballas saw the PD starting to get out of their cars and made the call for Seaside and Vagos to go on land. Speedy and Seaside kept the PD busy on the hills long enough for the Ballas to make a godly flank. In the wake of the fight, Seaside managed to pick up some Vagos/Ballas and take them to Grandmas. Lost soon declared their victory.

Twelve PRSS associates were captured in the war and sent for a HUT charge for treason. They were released later with shorter time and fines after police learned about them being brainwashed to join the PRSS movement. After the State sanctioned an asset freeze on the Lost MC, club members surrendered to the state and were charged for treason and fined. Michael Simone was suspected of arming PRSS with weapons and artillery.

Seaside member Ash was one of the many people brainwashed to support the PRSS movement.

Avenging Michael Simone

In September 2022, Seaside became aware of the kidnapping of member Michael Simone.

At the time, the story was believed to be that a few months prior, Reed Dankleaf had leaked information to the cops pertaining to Michael and his gun deals, almost resulting in Mick being captured for his various warrants. This action angered Michael and began to hunt Reed. In the evening of September 27, Reed was watching over Flossie Grey, Michael’s girlfriend, and witnessed Michael meeting with her. Aware of Michael's anger with him, Reed kidnapped Michael. At some point, the pair fought and Michael died.

A Seaside group, headed by Nick Simone, undertook a search for Michael. On October 1, they were eventually led to a destroyed warehouse with a body on site. The corpse was positively identified to be Michael by Nick and doctors.

Incensed by the loss, members of Seaside commenced a revenge campaign on cops who were disrespectful of Michael's passing. This was comprised of a series of bombings and vandalism with the 'MICHAEL WAS HERE' spray.

On October 17, it was revealed that the death was faked in a ploy to fool the cops. His accomplices in the deception were Reed and Sai Carter, with Nick learning later during the search. Michael unveiled the truth to close friends including Benji, who claimed to have never believed the falsehood.

A leader steps away

Seaside experienced a slight leadership change with the departure of Ash Ketchup, a founder and former love interest of leader Benji.

In September 2022, during a two-week-long absence of Benji from the city, she called a meeting and returned her flag and chain, citing group isolation and perceived disrespect.

This followed months of her struggling with her leadership role despite Benji encouraging her to seize the power available to her. Benji would often remind her that the gang was theirs and KJ’s to define and direct as they wished.

On Benji’s return to the city, he was told of Ash’s departure and move into Hydra’s Snake Pit. He promptly advised his members to focus on the future, to move on from the issue and not rise to any bait from external parties.

Project 54

In November 2022, Seaside commenced 'Project 54', a plan to reach 54 gang sprays (beyond its then 36).

This expansion stemmed from negotiations between Draco and Eastside Ballas leader Jon Joyce, exploring options to hand over a spray in the south side area closest to the Overboost Drift School for $1 million. The deal was agreed to via gang vote and handover actioned in the presence of Benji, KJ, Draco, Jayden, Pepe and Chico.

Placements were strategically planned by Draco and Jayden, and sprays 37 through to 53 were placed in this south side dock area during back-to-back tsunamis. The final spray of Project 54 was placed in Del Perro.

One Year Strong / Seaside Olympics

“The Southside is goddamn near dead and look what I’m fucking doing - I got 26 strong members here. Whenever there is a doubt, just remember that we’ve all gone through the bullshit. The people behind me supported me before I had a single fucking eye on me and that’s how I know the backbone of Seaside is always strong” – Benji Ramos

A year on from its creation, Seaside celebrated its anniversary with an extravaganza of activities including the Inaugural Seaside Olympics, heartfelt speeches, the placing of their 49th spray, and the bestowment of chains to all full members of the gang.

The Seaside Olympics comprised of three events organised by JJ, including: blindfold racing, moped jousting, and a drunk bicycle race up Mount Chiliad. The overall winners were #1 Draco, 2# Ace and 3# Benji.

Simones and Seaside Vs The World

Six months after Seaside Council member Michael Simone’s fake death, police were informed that he was still alive when his thought-to-be-friend Miguel Almerion, along with girlfriend Lilith Fulker, snitched to PD and exposed him on social media. Miguel, citing that Michael refused him favours and didn’t appreciate his efforts, also handed over key evidence snatched from one of Michael’s safe houses to LSPD’s Jackie Snow.

After consulting with people, including Benji Ramos, Michael initially opted to ignore Miguel. He was tired of an unending game of cat and mouse with law enforcement, and reached out to PD himself to commence negotiations for a plea deal with help from Reggie Might.

During his wait, Michael carefully navigated shifting loyalties while simultaneously trying to keep himself alive. He and Seaside arranged for some of his illegal goods to be moved, including a sniper rifle, but the shipment was intercepted by members of Miguel’s gang.

Being hunted by the Chang Gang umbrella, Michael agreed to meet with Miguel but took precautions. In one confrontation, Hydra descended on Michael’s supposed location only to find a body double. As Miguel shot the fake with Michael’s own sniper riffle, Michael emerged from foliage to shoot Miguel himself, reclaiming his stolen weapon.

The shooting escalated matters, prompting Chang Gang to kidnap, interrogate and ocean dump people close to Michael including his brother Nicholas Simone and Benji. The violence was spearheaded by Mr. Kebun, citing an old grudge with Michael for accidentally blowing up a Chang Gang-affiliated car park. Others targeted included HOA 2IC Andi Jones and Lost MC President Rudi Rinsen.

War seemed in the air as all gangs with impacted members gathered to consider their next move.

Simultaneously, conflict between the Simones and Lang Buddha reached fever pitch when a state announcement went out describing Nick Simone as a terrorist. In response, Nick blew up Mayor Buddha’s car. A series of events, including Nick and Benji attempting to sway votes in the upcoming election as well as Buddha holding Nick hostage to go through his phone, culminated in a chase where Cleanbois member Harry Brown shot at the Simone brother. Ultimately, Benji Ramos had to intercede to keep the competition non-violent. However, Buddha and his loyalists continued to assist Chang Gang as accomplices to the kidnapping of various people close to Michael Simone.

In a David verse Goliath effort, Seaside and HOA threw itself on the Umbrella war machine. Fighting to the last man to prove they would not go quietly into the night. Hunting squads made up of Hydra, Chang Gang and Street Team rolled out against Mirror Park forces, catching Seaside stragglers in their wake.

As a Seaside six started their campaign, Hydra sought additional assistance outside the Chang Gang Umbrella, bringing in Angels and VFT for support. Hydra also sought out the Ballas leader Jon Joyce to double cross Seaside despite their fledgling relationship rekindling.

Seaside found themselves cut off from key resources such as heroin and at the mercy of new resuscitation drug herodrenaline. After days of cat and mouse, Seaside faced heavy loses despite some key victories.

Despite much of the city turning on them, with even close friends at best opting for neutrality, the conflict saw several Seaside allies prove themselves: Hayes staff worked tirelessly despite constant assault; Diamond DogsSai Carter made deals to supply Seaside with much needed drugs; The Saints leader Adam Prince used subterfuge to repair Seaside jewellery; and Jon Joyce pulled a reverse double cross, attempting to ambush Hydra during a fake kidnapping of Benji Ramos (an act that resulted in Joyce leaving the Ballas).

The conflict ended mutually with a conversation between Benji and Hydra leader Juan Carlos Hernandez aka Flippy, acknowledging the reasons of each side and calling each other ‘Vice El Jefe’ in reference to their previous roles in the Vagos.

Benji Ramos did not steal a meth lab (REAL)

In July 2023, after a month of secrecy, Seaside member Axel Drake assisted former Street Team members Ace Tonnerre and Leon Von to steal a meth lab key owned by Bondi Boys MC and shared with the Chang Gang umbrella. The trio took the key while three BBMC members were traveling north to move the lab from its then location.

While almost the entire gang was unaware of the operation, Ace and Leon handed the key to Axel for Seaside to protect. Several weeks later, the Council negotiated the lab’s sale to R.U.S.T. The deal included $2 million to be given to Ace and Leon, a Porsche transferred to Axel, and 12 weeks of free meth runs to Seaside. R.U.S.T also offered to bring in Seaside should they ever obtain another lab key.

The End (for now?)

With many of his people moved away, Benji Ramos was dealt an additional emotional blow with the departure of the Simone brothers from Seaside. The circumstances surrounding the break resulted in Benji grappling with his choices for the gang and his own perceived mistakes throughout its history – in particular, misplaced trust and expectations.

This realisation followed Michael Simone, a then Seaside Council Member, facilitating the murder of one of Benji’s associates Edgar Del Castillo. The disregard of Benji’s thoughts on the matter and Michael’s choice to use another gang (Bondi Boys MC) to conduct the killing, brought to the surface Benji’s concerns that Michael had always been loyal to him… but not fully loyal to Seaside.

The situation came to an emotional head at Bahama Mamas West as Benji raged at the loss of Edgar, reaffirmed his wish never to physically hurt his brother but threatened to murder one of Michael’s associates. As tensions rose, the meeting was bombed and bullets flew.

Disappointed in the situation and his own choice to insist on giving the Simones a position of power in the gang, Benji gathered his remaining gang members to advise them that a new future was needed. Each member expressed their loyalty and appreciation of Benji and Seaside but before he could reveal his final decision, the group was called away to meet Reggie Might.

Sitting together on a bench looking over the ocean, Benji, Ming Phong, Keandra Davis, Samuel Smalls, Dragon Rush, Louis Blanc and Dominique Reilly-Smith and Yuki Tanaka listened as Reggie explained that he was ill, an issue exacerbated by the Edgar situation driving away his main physician (Michael’s associate who Benji had threatened). As the conversation neared discussion on the future, the meeting was again interrupted – this time by a rocket-wielding BBMC seeking revenge from an earlier shoot out. Dragon and Louis defended and rescued their family, and Michael provided weaponry for the Seasiders to retaliate against the attack.

After bidding farewell to Reggie as he left to seek a cure, Benji led an assault against the Billabong.

Finally, back at Seaside Tower and joined by Karl Johnny Black, Benji told his family his plan – that it was time to say goodbye. He wanted to fix their problem, but first needed to fix himself. He asked them to keep their flags in their pocket, as one day they might reunite.

And just like Los Santos’ ocean waves in winter, Seaside was frozen in ice.
