General Description[]
Scott, better known as Scotty, is a college dropout looking for opportunity and parties in the city. He sometimes gets into mischief and trouble, he calls them Pranks or Senior Pranks. Some of his pranks can get out of hand and sometimes draws the attention of the law or other groups.
Physical Description[]
Scotty is a Caucasian male with dirty blonde hair, parted neatly to show his hairline. He can be seen wearing various varsity jackets and wearing his signature aviator glasses. He also has a distinct yet stereotypical frat-bro accent.
Affiliations[]
For a long time, Scotty was unaffiliated with any group. He roamed the city talking to people in his beat-up trailer. Though, after hanging out with the HoA and bonding with many of the members, he was officially brought into the group as an HOB member. He is also one of the groups' cocaine dealers/pushers. When Siz disbanded the HOB on 10/5/22 he was inducted into the HoA by default.
