Scooter McQueeny is a Tuner Shop mechanic and street racer known under the alias "Sport". He is known as one of the best S+ hackers in the car boosting scene. He joined Street Team to help them with boosts and conduct operations for H&O Exports.
Background[]
After more than one interview, McQueeny was hired by Tommy Cruizer as a mechanic at the Tuner Shop. He hoped that this job position help expand his roots within the city.
He was initiated into the Midnight Club racing crew by R3dD3vil.
