Background[]
Scarlett Skye came to Los Santos with a promise for employment, but is now stranded due to the company going under before she had a chance to start work.
Prior to moving to Los Santos, Scarlett was in a Motorcycle 'gang' that travelled all over the United Kingdom. Whilst in this gang, Scarlett and her friends were sent to prison for unknown reasons. While incarcerated, they turned on and attacked Scarlett (again for unknown reasons), leaving her with a scar on the left side of her face. Scarlett also briefly worked as a dispatcher for the Police during her time in the UK. One of Scarlett’s main goals when moving to Los Santos was to get better at driving cars, as all she knew well was how to ride bikes, due to her time spent in her previous 'gang'.
Personality[]
Scarlett flew into Los Santos as a bubbly, confident lady who wore her heart on her sleeve and would dress in sensual outfits. However, things took a change after losing her closest friends – which resulted in Scarlett becoming more guarded and finding it hard to trust new people. She is still quite confident although due to her life taking a drastic turn, she gets anxious when she doesn’t have full control over things. Now Scarlett dresses in more modest outfits to feel safe.
Hydra[]
On Scarlett’s first day in the city (2nd March 2022), she cycled to Mirror Park trying to look for someone to give her food, but came across the Hydra Cul-de-sac where she found Nikolai Filatov. Niko invited Scarlett into his and Kio Shima’s house, where Niko, Kio, and Yosuf gave her a tour of the home and told her that she is always welcome. A couple of weeks later Kio gave Scarlett her own set of keys to the home.
Aleksander Sazkaljovich taught Scarlett how to hack into stolen vehicles which lead her to becoming a successful boost hacker. On 25th March 2022, Scarlett hacked her first S+ Boost. When Scarlett was fresh into the city some of her favourite things to do was boost cars, assist with meth runs and meth cooks, and rob banks. Additionally, she later found her love for motorcycle races.
On April 18th 2022, Scarlett and Hydra robbed the City Vault, however it was an unsuccessful getaway. Aleks managed to smuggle the money from the robbery out of his possession before he was transported to jail. Aleks and the others involved in the job decided that because it was Scarlett’s birthday, they should give all the money to her. Hydra moved from Mirror Park to Little Seoul and Scarlett used this money to buy a home in the Hydra pit.
Scarlett was part of an operation alongside the rest of Hydra to boost a drift car for Earl. The mission was ultimately successful, however JJ was put in ICU after being blown up by C4. Because of the success of this job, the Puppet Master rewarded them with a unique 1-of-1 Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4 boost, which was put into Scarlett’s name, before later selling it in exchange for a Lamborghini Huracan and 3 million dollars. Earl also hinted that it may be possible for Scarlett to obtain the actual 'Phoenix' dongle alias if she could find out who currently owns it.
In June 2022, Scarlett’s relationship with Hydra started to decline due to Scarlett confessing her feelings for another member of the gang, Clarke Bishop. Hydra has one main 'rule' or 'commandment' that reads "Thou shall not date within the gang. ", and as a result of the confession, trust had been broken within the gang. A few weeks went by, and Scarlett was demoted in the gang from Affiliate to Hangaround. Scarlett was also not allowed to use her favourite bike, the R1, nor could she drive the Huracan. After further discussions within the gang between the members, as of July 25th, 2022, Scarlett and Clarke were officially kicked out of Hydra Gang by Flippy and Miguel.
A Love Story[]
Scarlett and Clarke first met back when Scarlett lived in Mirror Park, and they became closer when she moved to Little Seoul. The dynamic between Scarlett and Clarke was very friendly and flirtatious, however the flirting was brushed off by them being “just close friends”. Clarke made Scarlett feel cared for, and she admired Clarke's intelligence. Secretly, Scarlett caught feelings of love for Clarke. Scarlett then told Clarke that it wasn’t fair that Clarke kept flirting with her, because Clarke was in a relationship with Victor.
Scarlett and Dante Wolf became close friends after meeting at the casino one night, and on the 19th June 2022, he suggested that Scarlett should confess to Clarke how she felt - which she proceeded to do. Clarke didn’t want to pursue anything, but didn’t deny that the feelings weren't mutual. Scarlett then faced her first punishments after both her and Clarke admitted to Flippy what had gone down during the events of the previous day. Her and Clarke soon realised that they could only truly rely on each other.
Some time passed, and Scarlett noticed that Clarke was upset, so wanted to cheer her up. To do this, Scarlett bought two parachutes and took Clarke skydiving. Clarke’s parachute was damaged, leading to her to fall and injure herself badly, causing Clarke to spend the night in the ICU. The next day she was in a catatonic state due to the trauma, but was nowhere to be found when Scarlett went looking at the hospital. Scarlett eventually found Clarke, and immediately knew something wasn’t right - Clarke was mostly mute, other than repeating words that she had been told, and was prone to wandering off aimlessly. Scarlett tried to get Clarke to recovery by taking her to seemingly important spots over the city, but nothing worked until Scarlett took her to her safe place, a pier in Paleto. During this time, Clarke hinted that her real name wasn't Clarke, but the name of her ex that passed away. To escape her catatonic state, Clarke forced a knife that was in Scarlett’s hand into her own stomach. A note fell from Clarkes pocket with “Yeava” written on it, which she later confessed was her real name.
When Scarlett and Clarke were kicked from Hydra, they bought a home together and decided to branch out career wise, with Scarlett becoming a gun (and other useful items) connect for Sai Carter and his Gun Emporium. Clarke became more comfortable around Scarlett, even telling her that her full real name was 'Yeava Balian'. Scarlett and Clarke officially started dating on the 3rd August 2022. After the events that took place within Hydra, Scarlett struggles to trust new people.
Business Venture[]
One of Scarlett’s biggest aspirations was to get involved in the gun market, and after leaving Hydra, this dream became a reality. On the 25th June 2022, Scarlett reached out to Sai Carter in hopes to become a saleswoman for his Gun Emporium. After many meetings with Sai and colleague Levi Smith, Scarlett became a gun connect under Sai Carter’s Gun Emporium (off El Rancho). Clarke was proud of Scarlett and wanted this to be her individual thing, however Sai and Levi invited Clarke into the Emporium, and Clarke accepted this offer. Scarlett made her first gun sale on the 31st July 2022 and continues to sell illegal weaponry and other essential items to fellow criminals.
R.U.S.T[]
Scarlett has always been friendly with Cydney Lune and Raymond Romanov, and after she was kicked from Hydra she become closer to other R.U.S.T members like Achez Perez. Once Ray heard that Scarlett got kicked, he told her that she is always welcome to do jobs with R.U.S.T. On August 16th 2022, Ray told Scarlett that she could become a hang around member, but she declined the offer. Scarlett isn’t interested in joining a gang at this time, but is happy to spend time with R.U.S.T.
Racing[]
Being an avid bike rider, Scarlett decided to start bike racing in June 2022 for an additional inflow of cash. At her first race she met Psych0 (real name Sai Kou) who at the time was attempting to rebuild the bike racing scene by hosting regular races. These races were intended to be fun and welcoming to new racers, with racers helping & constantly looking out for each other. Slowly, the numbers at these races started growing, which put the bike races on the cops' radar.
| In August of 2022, the PD started harshly interfering in bike races. Scarlett contacted Trooper Snow in an attempt to calm the cops down, however Snow would fail to answer the phone. Scarlett then had a meeting with Tony Corleone, where he stated “The reason the cops are being aggressive to the bikers is because they can.” - Scarlett read this as being due to the bike racers not retaliating back to the aggression of the cops. On September 2nd, the bikers had finally had enough of the hostility, resulting in Scarlett leading some of the other bike racers in setting up an ambush against the PD to send the message that they won’t let the PD walk over them.

| The ambush on the cops caught The Puppets eye and Earl wanted to meet with some of the racers. Scarlett, Clarke and Cob4lt (Sam Flynn) spoke with Earl, where he proposed that he has a plan to reintroduce motorcycle boost contracts. However, for this to happen all racers need to “continue the chaos.” He also tells them to keep in mind the “bigger picture.” |
| On the 3rd of September Scarlett was trying to figure out how to solve the tension between the racers and PD, and in the process she met with Goofy, who said that he and other racers could help if they wanted to intimidate the cops. She also spoke with her bike racing friends like Clarke, Psych0 and Cob4lt to relay the info and get any feedback. Scarlett was told by Richard that there were people in the racing scene that would snitch to the Police about races; Scarlett informed some other racers about this, to which the bikers then agreed that they should be more secretive about their races, and to only retaliate if the cops put people’s lives at risk. Scarlett finally had a meeting with Trooper Snow where her and Psych0 explained why the ambush happened. |
| In the tensions on DNF Week, someone snitched on a race that started in Grapeseed, giving the cops a rough idea of the racetrack. The cops set up an operation in order to catch Scarlett, where Captain Angel was seen set up on the first corner of the track with spike strips - these spikes where able to damage the majority of the racers, however Scarlett narrowly managed to avoid them. While evading to try and bring the heat off of the other racers — with Scarlett noticing that she was being focused despite not having been spiked — Scarlett headed directly towards the city, however her bike was taken out by a civilian, and the cops swarmed Scarlett with tasers and were trying to cuff her. Little did anyone know that the tases would significantly injure Scarlett, as she was very weak due to the crash and her medical history of having low blood sugar. Scarlett screamed on the radio “if I get tased one more time, I’m going to go down.” - subsequently, Scarlett was tased again, causing her to have a violent seizure on the ground due to the shock it had on her heart; she was admitted into ICU under police custody for two nights due to the seizures failing to calm down. |

| Scarlett met Ryder Flint in April 2022 at the Tuner Shop. They got to talking and Scarlett asked RJ what his favourite tea was. He says PG Tips, leading to RJ asking Scarlett what tea she likes, and she says Yorkshire Tea.
RJ and Scarlett had an on-and-off beef for a few months before things cooled down, and eventually leading to a place where they are at least cordial to one another. |
| On the 5th of November, Scarlett woke up to a text from Clarke, saying there’s food in the glovebox and ‘I love you’. She also texted there’s something else in the glovebox, a letter and that she will have to take care of Starling.
The next day, Scarlett catches up Jules 'Headphones' Abel on the disappearance of Clarke talking with her at the Observatory. Scarlett tells her about the notes she saw in the van, at the pier and the coordinates leading to the Docks and Paleto Pier, taking Headphones to both locations. Afterwards, they decide to do Dodo together and talk during it, towards the end Headphones receives a text from Clarke with a set of coordinates - 59° 15' 47.265" N -, they stop the dodo run and head to MRPD, where Scarlett 311's for assistance in deciphering the coordinates. Ashley Smith and Odessa Glafx respond to the 311, asking about where they received the text for the coordinates, with the group heading back to that area. As they search around, to no avail, Scarlett receives an unknown phone call playing morse code, Scarlett quickly records it. The four of them head back to Davis PD, where Odessa and Ashley figure out the coordinates, having only the latitude, they figure out it's going across Canada, Russia, Estonia, though without the longitude there's no way to properly figure it out. Odessa and Ashley also decode the morse code, revealing it to say "Don't look for me I love you". Scarlett and Headphones depart, heading to Ottos where they briefly talk, Scarlett deciding she's going to head to Russia and look for Clarke, but leave Starling for Headphones to look after. When she arrives home, she finds that the front door has been broken in to, the house has been ransacked with paintings moved, boxes searched, bottles emptied or smashed, she heads back to Ottos to see Headphones again, bringing her to the house to show her what had happened before they again go separate ways at Ottos. Not long after, Cobalt calls up Scarlett, telling her he received a text from Clarke with a set of coordinates - 149° 31' 39.018" E -, Scarlett picks him up from Apartments, calls Odessa and meets them again at Davis PD. Odessa and Ashley work on the coordinates, finding they point towards the Sea of Okhotsk, giving Scarlett more of an idea where she should be heading. She makes it clear she will be heading to Russia and sets out to prepare, getting a backpack. Later in the day, Scarlett talked with Jordan Elmore for an unrelated issue, but dropped she was leaving to Russia, although she had no plan on how to get there. Jordan mentioned he knew two people that had experience flying long distance to Russia and would provide her with a weapon and if needed, explosives. On the 7th November, Cobalt and Kiku believed Scarlett to already be in Russia and were attempting to hotwire a plane at LSIA. Scarlett calls Kiku wanting to talk and is upset that they intended to follow as she believed it to likely be a one way trip, she meets them at LSIA. Scarlett talks with Kiku, where Kiku provides information on the area surrounding the coordinates such as the road connecting most places in Russia. Scarlett mentions she can't tell them everything about Clarkes kidnapping. Kiku tells Scarlett how Firefly are her 2nd family, she lost her first family before clinging to this one and passed up many opportunities beforehand. Following this, she asks Cobalt to step away so that she can speak to Scarlett alone. Kiku goes on to say there's no point beating around the bush, she had one shot of getting her past to go away and that the person Clarke mentioned they couldn't trust, is her. She reveals that if she didn't find Clarke, P.B would tell the Russian Mafia as well as the Russian Government where she and her family are hiding. That she intended to go to Russia with Cobalt to set things right after everything Scarlett did for her and not realising her and Clarke were so close. Scarlett questions her and Kiku mentions that she saw one chance to not be hiding her whole life and took it, however seeing how close Scarlett and Clarke were and everything they're willing to do for her, she regrets it, that if Scarlett pulled out her gun and shot her, she would understand. After the revelation, Scarlett angrily states that she doesn't want Kiku to go to Russia, that she's lucky to not be on the ground, lucky that it's raining and she's not burning. Kiku is surprised that she didn't get shot, but Scarlett mentions that Cobalt is the only reason she is alive, but if she does try to get on that plane, or Scarlett comes back without Clarke, she would hunt Kiku down to ends of the earth. Kiku offers her help, as she knows the lands, she sends a copy of the dossier she received to Scarlett and mentions her going there with no expectation of coming back, that even if she was just used as a stepping stone she would have no regrets, however Scarlett turns her offer down. Scarlett tells Cobalt that Kiku isn't coming, leaving it up to Kiku to tell him if she wants. However she will call Cobalt when everything is ready if he still wishes to go. Scarlett then talks to other members of Firefly. She shares the Kiku dossier with Sai Kou and leaves her fate up to him while she is gone, Sai gives her his gun to take to Russia. She talks with and apologises to Kelly Dean telling him that Clarke is her endgame. Jordan Elmore sets her up with a flight and an uzi. Scarlett texts people she trusts, including Lea Nova telling them that she will be out of the country and in the case of Nova, where to look for her if she doesn't return. Scarlett meets up with Cobalt and they fly out to Russia, where they end up having a rocky landing and begin their search for Clarke. |

| On the way to Russia, the plane crashes, Scarlett lands in the ocean near the boat Clarke came in on with Cobalt further down on land with his leg fucked. Scarlett saw his parachute in the distance and headed towards the area. Along the way she saw cop lights and went to investigate, seeing Cobalt being escorted into a nearby roadside police station for holding or questioning.
Scarlett, wet from the ocean and not looking anything Russian thought the police would also detain her, making her unable to save Clarke causing her to panic. Having an Uzi given to her by Jordan Elmore, she took out the small police force in the station, grabbing the keys and rescuing Cobalt. Cobalt and Scarlett stayed in abandoned buildings making their way to the place where Clarke was being held, in the process or at the area Cobalt and Scarlett clear out a barn. Clarke was tortured/poked with a cattle prod in the mean time, that has since scarred over. When Cobalt and Scarlett arrive and find Clarke, she is on the floor having been stabbed by her grandfather Petros Balian, Petros is also on the ground bleeding from the two having fought, Scarlett shoots him twice. At some point Scarlett passed out after finding her, Cobalt patches them both up as best he could, Scarlett is in and out of it seeming concussed. Cobalt drags Clarke out of the area, although there was no one there, he didn’t want to risk reinforcements or some panic button. People in the area were not willing to open the door to strangers, so Cobalt ‘did what he had to do’ to get Scarlett and Clarke inside, where it was heated, insulated from the elements. Found medical supplies inside and stitched up Scarletts bullet graze. Cobalt got them a ride to get out of there, leading to them getting a plane which Scarlett flew to London. The night they spent in London, Cobalt went for a walk while Scarlett and Clarke made love for the first time. Scarlett left her backpack, coat, the Uzi and the gun given to her by Sai Kou in London. This is not the full story of what happened in Russia. This is what has been pieced together from Scarlett, Clarke and Cobalt talking about it. More remains to be uncovered |

- Her favorite weapon is the Chain Knuckle Dusters, especially when punching cops. They remind her of the chains she freed herself from in her mind.
- On 12th May 2023, Scarlett received a Race Creation Dongle for causing chaos in the racing scene at the behest of the puppet Earl
